Providence "Bobbie" Graf, 93 of Toms River went home to the Lord, March 8, 2008 at Arbors Care Center, Toms River.
Born in Albany, NY she resided in Staten Island, Toms River, Florida and Vermont before returning to Toms River in 2006.
Bobbie was a homemaker, she loved to sew and teach sewing, owning and operated the B&J Yarn Shop in Staten Island. She had been a life member of the Columbettes, serving as a past president of Christ the King Council, Staten Island New York. She was a communicant of St. Luke's RC Church and a member of the Choir and Rosary Society.
She was predeceased by her husband Henry in 1982 and grandson Christopher in 1986.
Surviving are her loving children Henry Graf, Augusta "Gussie" Orleman and Sandra Hendley and devoted 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Rose Anna Guido, 73, of Toms River, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2008.
Born in North Arlington NJ, Mrs. Guido resided in Clifton before moving to Toms River in 1987. She was a Homemaker, and was a member of the Garden Club and Women's Club at Holiday City at Silverton.
Mrs. Guido is survived by her husband, Michael Guido, 4 sons, Gerald Mangrella of Indialantic Florida, Paul Guido of Hazlet, Michael Guido of East Rutherford, Mark Guido of Brick, 2 daughters, Theresa Mangrella of Huntington Beach California, Roseanne Mangrella of Clifton, 1 sister, Jean Vitaliano of Harrison, 15 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Edward C. Russ, 78, of Lakewood, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2008 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick.
Born in Jersey City, Living most of his life in Jersey City, before moving to Brick in 1980, and then residing in Lakewood since 1995, summering in Green Island, Toms River since 1963. Edward was a deputy police chief for the City of Jersey City for 27 years, retiring in 1980. He was a U S Army Veteran, serving during the Korean Era, a member of the F O P Lodge in Jersey City, and the VFW of Brick. His many enjoyments were relaxing at the pool, cruising, and organizing trips to
Wildwood with his community.
He is predeceased by a brother Raymond and is survived by his wife Joan Raines Russ; a son and daughter in law Mark and Cathi Russ of Brick; a daughter and son in law Pat & Paul Tyrrell of Manalapan; and four grandchildren, Chris and Brian Tyrrell & David and Lauren Russ.

Darlene Gail Tomesco 64 of Brick passed away February 28, 2008 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick.
Born in Paterson, NJ she resided in North Haledon, Hollywood, Florida and Lakewood before moving to Brick in 1995. Darlene was a Computer Specialist for the Lakewood Board of Education for 18 years.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Edward October 15, 2003.
Surviving are her devoted children Sean Tomesco and Maureen and her husband Kris Valentin. Her loving grandsons Derek Groom and Jason Groom. Her brother Wesley Farrell Jr., sister Donna Reyes and many nieces and nephews.

Donald Martin Knabe, 77, of Toms River, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at home.
Born in Staten Island, where he resided before moving to Normandy Beach then Toms River in 1956. Mr. Knabe was in the U.S. Coast Guard during the Korean War.
He owned and operated his own Plumbing Company, was a plumbing inspector for Toms River, and was Chief Sanitary Inspector for the Monmouth County Regional Health Commission #1. He was the State of NJ Bugler and had played Taps for fellow Vets and had played in many parades. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion, and Coodie State Burglar, he was an avid fisherman.
Mr. Knabe is survived by his wife of 53 years, Joan Knabe, his 2 sons, Douglas Knabe and Richard Knabe, his 2 daughters, Laurie Madeo and Patti Liguori, 1 sister, Doris Lavoie, and 7 grandchildren.

Edward Matthew Farynyk Esq., 60 of Brick passed away Tuesday February 26, 2008 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick.
Born in Bayonne he resided in Jersey City, summering in Brick, permanently moving to Brick in 1999. Mr. Farynyk was a lawyer in Jersey City, operating a private practice, he had graduated from St. Peter's College and Rutgers Law School.
He was a former Commander and presently the treasurer of the Sons of the American Legion Post #348, a member of the Brick VFW Post #8867, the Brick Elks #2151, a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and had sponsored and coached College Little League in Jersey City.
Surviving are his wife Laurene Lisa Farynyk. His daughters Lisa Farynyk and Randi Farynyk. His sister Diane Farynyk and niece Lianne Farynyk and mother in law Ada Lisa.

John Edward Carbone 31 of Toms River passed away February 20, 2008 at home.
Born in Red Bank he resided in Hazlet before moving to Toms River 20 years ago.
John worked in Sales for T-Mobile, he was a 1994 Toms River High School North graduate and had been on the Football Team and Track Team. He had attended the University of South Carolina and East Stroudsburg University.
Surviving John is his daughter Corrine of Bayville. His parents Herbert and Clare (nee DiBello). His brothers and sisters in law Christopher and Deborah Carbone of Toms River, James and Denise Carbone of Mt. Bethel, PA and Michael Carbone of Toms River. His sisters and brothers in law Teresa and Joseph DeLuise of Bangor, PA, Karen and Jennis Richard of Hazlet, Ann Marie Blaney and Mary Beth Carbone both of Toms River, and many nieces and nephews.

Sheila Renee Silvia 36 of Toms River passed away February 5, 2008 at the U.M.D.N.J., Newark, NJ.
Born in Jersey City she moved to Toms River in 2000.

Margaret Southerland 87 of Toms River passed away February 19, 2008 at the Arbor Care Center, Toms River.
Born in Jersey City she resided in Jersey City before moving to Toms River in 1980.
Mrs. Southerland worked for the American Can Company in Jersey City for over 25 years, retiring over 20 years. Margaret was a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Toms River.
Surviving are her brother Jeffrey Montanaro, sister Theresa DiGeronimo, many nieces and nephews.

Josephine LoRe, 92 of Toms River, passed on Monday, February 18, 2008 at her daughters home in Toms River.
Born in Highland Falls, New York Mrs LoRe spent most of her life in Passaic and Clifton, she moved to Brick in 1999 and Toms River in 2005. She was Co-chairman of the Passaic Heart Foundation and active in fund raisers in Passaic. Mrs Lo Re owned and operated the Sunshine Driving School, and Encanto Driving School in Passaic, she retired in 1990. She was a parishioner of St Luke RC Church, Toms River.
Her husband Joseph LoRe predeceased her in 1986. She is also predeceased by one brother Louis Castiglia and four sisters Jennie Lipani, Mary Castiglia, Rose Testa and Anne Sancenito. She is survived by her son and his wife Peter and Kathy Lo Re of Roseville, CA, her daughter and her husband Rose Marie and Fred Pisani of Toms River, 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Edith Fearon McGowan, 87 of Toms River passed away February 14, 2008 at Holiday Care Center, Toms River.
Born in Irvington, she resided in Harrison and Belleville before moving to Toms Rive 25 years ago. Mrs. Fearon worked for Hudson Lamp in Kearny, NJ for 15 years before retiring many years ago.
She was predeceased by her husband Samuel McGowan.
Surviving are her sons Thomas McGowan, Robert and his wife Maria McGowan, Ronald McGowan her 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Marie A. Noe, 76, of Toms River, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at Kennsington Manor, Toms River.
Born in Union, Mrs. Noe resided in Silverton, Pine Beach and Cedar Glenn. Mrs. Noe was a Nurse for 40 years in the Ocean and Monmouth areas, retiring from Jersey Shore Medical Center in 1990.
Mrs. Noe is survived by her husband George Noe, her 2 sons, Les Blistyak and wife Gail of Pine Beach and Edward Blistyak of Toms River, 2 brothers, Robert and wife Mary of Park Ridge, and Richard and his wife Cile of Ramona, California, and 3 grandchildren, Ryan, Justin and Amanda.

Thomas Zingarelli, 78, of Toms River, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at Valley Hospital, Ridgewood.
Born in Clifton, Mr. Zingarelli resided in Garfield and Brick before moving to Toms River in 1985. He was a Truck Driver for Meehan Tooker in Carlstadt, retiring in 1998. Mr. Zingarelli was a lifetime member of the Elks.
Mr. Zingarelli is predeceased by his wife Eleanor Zingarelli, who passed in 2007, by his son Thomas who passed in 1993, and his son Robert who passed in 2007. He is survived by his daughter Loralee Karcich of Hillsdale,
9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Born in Brooklyn, she resided in Brooklyn, Massachusetts and Vermont before moving to Toms River in 1995. Nancy was a clerk for the United State Bankruptcy Court in Trenton for 6 years retiring 2 years ago. She was a communicant of the Church of the Visitation RC Church, Brick and a member of the Ocean County Arts Guild of Island Heights.
Surviving are her husband Alfonso A. Juliano, her sons Daniel Golanda and Philip Golanda. Her daughter and son in law Donna and Greg Gelineau. Her sister Muriel Beck and 8 grandchildren.

Born in New York City she resided on the Westside of New York, moving to West New York, NJ before moving to Brick in 1986. Mrs. Woods was a Telephone Operator for the Palisades General Hospital, Palisades for 7 years retiring in 1986.
She was a communicant of Church of the Visitation RC Church, Brick.
Her husband Harold predeceased her in 1987.
Surviving are her son and daughter in law Harold and Diane Woods Sr. of Vernon, NJ, her daughter Barbara Woods of Brick and two grandchildren Harold Woods Jr. and Erik Woods.

Pamela Franklin Reo, 47, of Farmingdale, NJ passed away February 4, 2008 at home.
Born in Lakewood she resided in Howell most of her life before moving to Farmingdale 4 years ago. Pam was a Certified Nurse Midwife for the past year with Dr. Kenneth Skorenko MD of Long Branch; previously she was with North Dover OB-GYN Associates for 13 years. She served on the Board of Trustees for Prevention First of Monmouth, a member of the Ski Club of West Long Branch and the New Jersey Midwives Association.
Her daughter Amanda in 2003 and her brother Henry Franklin Jr. predeceased Pamela in 2007.
Surviving are her beloved parents Henry L. and Joan Franklin Sr. of Whiting and loving sisters, Peggy Somers and Helen Knapp both of Whiting, Paula Miele of Manahawkin, Patricia Franklin of Morganville and Joanie Ruggerio of Point Pleasant.

Geraldine Geraci, 79, of Toms River, NJ passed on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown.
Born in Brooklyn she lived in Freeport, NY before moving to Toms River in 1999.
Mrs. Geraci was a homemaker.
She was the wife of the late Frank who passed in 2006. She was also predeceased by her brothers Raymond Conyngham, Frank Conyngham and John Cunningham, her sisters Helen Jeff, Muriel Ferro and her grand daughter Danielle Geraci.
Surviving are her sons Joseph of New Hampshire, Richard of Freeport, NY, her daughters Geraldine Mort of Brick, Vicki Geraci of Centerport. Beloved aunt to Mary O'Neill and many other nieces and nephews. Also surviving are her sisters Eileen Wilcox and Barbara Thein, 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

William H. Sierfeld, 93 of Pt. Pleasant, passed away February 5, 2008 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick.
Born in Glendale, Ohio, living most of his life in Jersey City, before moving to Pt. Pleasant. William was a Police Captain for the Hudson County Police Department for 32 years, retiring in 1972, and was a member of the Police Benevolent Association.
He was predeceased by his wife Lisette and his brother Norman and sister Marion Aikens. William is survived by his daughter and son in law Eleanor and Willard Wade of Pt. Pleasant and Toano, VA.

Josephine M. Ilaria 78, of Toms River passed away Monday February 4, 2008 at Community Medical Center, Toms River.
Born in Newark she resided in Union before moving to Toms River in 1985.
Josephine was a homemaker, she and her husband Vincent P. Ilaria were married for 59 years.
Besides her loving husband Vincent she is survived by, her three devoted children, Peter Ilaria of Millington, Lillian Lamana of Succasunna and Marie Sena of Clark.
Her brothers Jerry Tamburello, Joseph Tamburello and sister Frances Signore. Her 7 cherished grandchildren Gina Marie, Robert, Anthony, Gerard, Kristen, Anjelica and Kevin.

Charles J. Schneider, age 76, went to be with the Lord on January 30th, 2008. He passed away while staying with his daughter, Kathy, in North Carolina.
Charles was born in Newark and resided in Toms River for 40 years, where he was a local volunteer fireman for East Dover Volunteer Fire Co. #4. Before retiring in 2002, he was a local Sunoco dealer. Charles was a long time Nascar fan, and in his earlier years he raced cars at Wall Stadium. He was also a dedicated NY Giants fan.
Beloved father of Wendy Giasulla, Kathy Mayer and her husband Brian and Tracy Walker. Devoted grandfather of Michael, Jessica, Brian, Connor, Robert, Justin and Nicole. Loving brother of Marilyn Maier and Robert Schneider. Special uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all.

Daniel C. Perrino, 81, of Toms River, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2008, at Community Medical Center Hospice.
He was a retired New York Telephone Company Staff Supervisor with 38 years of service. He was a graduate of Fairleigh-Dickinson University at Teaneck with a B.S. Degree in Business Management in the evening school. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps in World War II. He was a member and a past commander of V.F.W. Post 6688 in Paramus, NJ., and currently a member of the V.F.W. Post 08867 of Brick. He was a member of St. Justin’s Church in Toms River. Mr. Perrino was born, raised and married in the Bronx and lived in East Paterson and Paramus for many years before moving to Toms River in 1986.
Surviving are his wife, Lillian, in Toms River; a sister, Anna Thompson, of East Meadow New York, and 5 children, Daniel J. Perrino of Maryland, Kathleen Anne and James Kruse of Raleigh NC, Theresa Mary and Frank Wilmot of Poolesville Maryland, Anne Marie and Michael Fitzgerald of Blooming Grove New York, and William J. and Denise Perrino of Wall NJ, and 15 grandchildren.

Aviator Machinist Mate Seaman Keith M. Rigney, 21, of Toms River passed away January 24, 2008 in St. Mary's, Georgia.
He served with the Helicopter Antisubmarine Squadron ELEVEN, and had completed 2 tours of duty abroad the USS Enterprise for Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Keith was a life long resident of Toms River and had graduated form Toms River High School East in 2005. Active in High School Keith captained the Power Lifting Team and was on the Football Team.
He is survived by his parents Bruce and Mary Ellen (nee Mitzenius) Rigney. His brothers Daniel and twin brother Neil. His maternal grandmother Peggy Mitzenius, aunt Barbara Rigney of Madison, uncle Brian Rigney of Bristow, Virginia and cousins Kevin, Karen, Cristin, Scott and Megan.

Patricia A. Jourdan, 68, of Brick, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2008, at Ocean Medical Center of Brick.
Born in Kearny, Mrs. Jourdan resided in Carteret until moving to Brick in 2001. Mrs. Jourdan was a Homemaker.
Mrs. Jourdan is survived by her husband Charles Jourdan, her son Michael Jourdan Sr. and his wife Sylvia Lioe, 2 brothers, John Kulberg and Michael Chabra, 2 sisters, Lynda Hibinski and Evelyn Lopez, and 1 grandchild, Michael Jourdan Jr.

Rose Edna Germann, 89, of Toms River, passed away on January 29, 2008, at Green Acres of Toms River.
Born in New York City, NY, Mrs. Germann resided in Woodhaven Queens, West Milford, and Chenago Forks, NY, before moving to Toms River in 2001. Mrs. Germann was a Homemaker.
Mrs. Germann is predeceased by her husband Thomas, and her 2 brothers, Richard and John. She is survived by her sons William of Belle Meade, Herb of Toms River, George of Short Hills, and Thomas of West Milford, 2 brothers, William of Florida, and Edward of Little Egg Harbor, 2 sisters, Dorothy Stachowiak of Uniondale, NY, and Joan Goodrich of West Town, NY, 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson!
Visiting will be Friday, 10:00am – 11:00am, at Silverton Memorial Funeral Home, 2482 Church Road, Toms River, NJ 08753. Service Friday at 11:00am at Funeral Home.
