JOSEPH BARTOS, 77, of West Yarmouth, Mass., formerly of Clifton, died Friday. He was born in Czechoslovakia and came to the United States in 1951. Before retiring in 1987, he was an engineering manager for Lummus Crest Co., Bloomfield. He was a parishioner of St. Pius X R.C. Church, South Yarmouth, and St. Mary R.C. L. JOSEPH FALLON, 91, of Rutherford died Thursday. He had owned Fallon's Bar and Grill, East Rutherford, for 40 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was past national president of the 6th AD Association, past commander and former service officer of American Legion Post 109, and former service officer of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 227. He was past president of the Rutherford Old Guard and the Kip Seniors Group. He had been named Man of the Year by the Rutherford Chamber of Commerce. He was a graduate of Rutgers University.
