JAMES BARTOLOMA, 94, of Wyckoff, formerly of Lyndhurst, died Wednesday. Before retiring, he was a welder for Lehman Shipyards, Lyndhurst. He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Lyndhurst. Arrangements: Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, Lyndhurst.

FRANCESCO BINETTI, 68, of East Rutherford died Wednesday. Before retiring, he was a welder for Ford Motor Co., Mahwah, where he worked for 38 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Arrangements: Failla Memorial Home, Hoboken.

ESTELLE M. BLUCAS, 86, of Clifton died Monday. Before retiring, she was a production worker for High Vacuum Technology Inc., Passaic. Previously, she worked for Forstmann Woolen Mills, Passaic. She was a parishioner of Saints Cyril and Methodius R.C. Church and a member of the Seniors, both in Clifton. Arrangements: Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, Lexington Avenue, Clifton.

FREDERICK T. BORIS, 76, of West Milford died Thursday. Before retiring, he was a form toolmaker for B.L. Carbide Tool Co., Upper Saddle River. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a parishioner of Our Lady Queen of Peace R.C. Church, West Milford. Arrangements: Richards Funeral Home, West Milford.

JOHN W. COLLINS, 43, of Ridgefield Park died Tuesday. He had been a fragrance blender for Frutarom, North Bergen, where he worked for 25 years. Arrangements: Vorhees Funeral Home, Ridgefield Park.

ELEANOR M. WALKER CONWAY, 90, of Dumont died Tuesday. Arrangements: Minchin Funeral Home, Paterson.

GRACE O'BYRNE DOUGLASS, 92, of Vienna, Va., formerly of Ramsey, died Wednesday. She served as a Sunday school teacher for the Ramsey Presbyterian Church and was a past president of The Valley Hospital auxiliary. Arrangements: Van Emburgh-Sneider Funeral Home, Ramsey.

JOSEPHINE SHEEHAN EVANS, 85, of Palisades Park died Thursday. She was a parishioner of St. Michael R.C. Church, Palisades Park, a member of its Holy Rosary Society, and former member and past president of its Mothers Guild. She was a volunteer at the Medical Hospice Program at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. She was a member of the Palisades Park Seniors and AARP. Arrangements: Frank A. Patti & Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home, Fort Lee.

ISIE V. MARINO, 80, of Totowa died Thursday. Arrangements: Festa Memorial Funeral Home, Totowa.

LAWRENCE J. MATURO, 60, of Fairview died Monday. He had been a self-employed businessman. He was an Army veteran. Arrangements: A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, Cliffside Park.

DENNIS M. PATRISSO SR., 47, of Wallington, formerly of Clifton, died Thursday. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Virgin R.C. Church, Garfield. He was vice president and sports announcer for the East Rutherford Wild Cats Organization. Arrangements: Aloia Funeral Home, Garfield.

RUTH E. HEENEY RAY, 85, of Manahawkin, formerly of Saddle Brook, died Thursday. Before retiring, she was a saleswoman for Crestwood Jewelers, Whiting. She was a member of Assembly of God Church, Cedar Run, and Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 447. Arrangements: Vander Plaat Memorial Home, Paramus.

ASTRID ROSS, 61, of Closter died Wednesday. Before retiring in 1997, she was a dental assistant for Dr. Richard Koppel in River Vale, where she worked for 23 years. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Closter. Arrangements: Moritz Funeral Home, Closter.

JOHN A. SCARLATO SR., 81, of Garfield died Tuesday. Before retiring in 1985, he was a machinist for Hammersly Paper Co., Garfield, where he worked for 30 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Virgin R.C. Church, Garfield. Arrangements: Aloia Funeral Home, Garfield.

RAE M. CONTI SCERBO, 87, of Hackensack, formerly of West New York, died Wednesday. She was a parishioner of Corpus Christi R.C. Church, Hasbrouck Heights, and a member of its Rosary Society. She was a former parishioner of St. Joseph of the Palisades R.C. Church, West New York, and a former member of its Rosary Altar Society. Arrangements: Costa Memorial Home, Hasbrouck Heights.

HELEN M. BIELEN SUDOL, 90, of Elmwood Park died Wednesday. She was a parishioner of St. Leo R.C. Church, Elmwood Park. She was a member of the Seniors, Elmwood Park, and AARP. Arrangements: Edward F. Kugler Community Home for Funerals, Saddle Brook.

ANGELINA VALENTI, 84, of Montvale died Thursday. Before retiring, she was a seamstress in New York City. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy R.C. Church, Park Ridge. She was a member of the Montvale Seniors Club. Arrangements: Robert Spearing Funeral Home, Park Ridge.

WALTER W. VAN HASTE SR., 81, of Haledon died Thursday. Before retiring in 1993, he was a pharmacist for Michael's Pharmacy, Totowa, where he worked for 40 years. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. Arrangements: DeLuccia-Lozito Funeral Home, Haledon.

THOMAS W. WALKER, 39, of Front Royal, Va., formerly of Lyndhurst, died Sunday. He was the Northeastern regional bakery supervisor for Costco Inc. He was a graduate of Oklahoma State Technical College. He was a member of Bassmasters, Izaak Walton League, and the Hog Owners Group. Arrangements: Maddox Funeral Home, Front Royal.

DAVID W. WITTENHAGEN, 85, of Rochelle Park died Thursday. Before retiring, he was a railroad worker and a member of United Transportation Union Local 1445, Jersey City. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Arrangements: Vander Plaat Memorial Home, Paramus.
