MOWDER, Clara Arlene Yost, 77, of Louise, W.Va., died Monday, Sept. 15, 2003, at her daughter's home.

ERNEST, Kevin D., 29, resident of Manheim, Pa., died Friday, Sept. 12, 2003.

LINIGER, Esther L., 92, of Proctor, W.Va., died Monday, Sept. 15, 2003, in New Martinsville Health Care Center.
