BARNETT, Glenna Mac, 74, of Pearl Street, Martins Ferry, Ohio, died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2003 in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.

Sister Mary Carney, a member of the Sisters of St. Joseph, died in Mount Saint Joseph on Wednesday, September 17, 2003.

CARTER, Margaret H. "Peggy", 72, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., died Tuesday at her home.

CICERO, Dominic D., 84, of Main Street, Wheeling, W.Va., died Monday, Sept. 15, 2003 at home.

CLAYTON, Barry E., 44, of Bellaire, died Tuesday.

DeBLASIS, Albert J. Sr., 91, of Hospital Road, Bellaire, Ohio, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2003 in the Shadyside Care Center.

DAVIS, Harold D., Sr., 69, of Triadelphia, went home to be with his lord on Tuesday, September 16, 2003. He passed away at Peterson Rehabilitation Hospital and Geriatric Center after a lingering illness.

GROVER, Travis Russell, 24, of Gashel Run Road, Triadelphia, W.Va., died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2003.

KIZZEE, Herman C., 74, died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2003 in Valley Haven Geriatric Center.

MAYFIELD, William Laval Sr., 43, of Grandview Street, Wheeling, W.Va., died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003 at home.

MINCH, John William, 83, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003 in Wheeling Hospital.

NIXON, Charles W. "Bill", 66, of Noble Street, Bellaire, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. after a courageous battle with numerous illnesses.

PICHA, Annabell Stanley, 71, of Belleville, Ill., died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003 at Wheeling Medical Park.

QUINN, Ed, 87, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2003 in the Carriage House, Steubenville, Ohio.

SHAFFER, Doris D., 70, mother of Tony (Rhonda) Shaffer of Hendrysburg, Ohio, died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2003.

THOMPSON, Susan, 51, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003 in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.

WEIR, Robert Franklin, 67, died peacefully on Sept. 15, 2003 at his home at 737 Main Street, Wheeling, W.Va., overlooking the beautiful Ohio River, surrounded by his loving family and friends.

WOOD, Douglas E. Jr., 27, of Gainsville, Fla., died Friday, Sept. 12, 2003 in Florida.
