He was a retired construction worker and a 56-year member of Laborers Local #1353, Charleston. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a retired supervisor of operations for Steam Power Plant at Elkem Metals Co., Alloy, W.Va. He was a native of Franklin, W.Va., and a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a Methodist, a graduate of Mathias High School, and attended West Virginia Tech. Surviving: wife, Marion Gunnoe Eye; daughter, Katrina "Cathy" Eye Dicterow of Laguna Beach; sister, Rosamond "Chungy" Moyers of Mathias; brother, Neufer Eye of Strasburg, Va.; one granddaughter. She was a graduate of Charleston High School and attended Mason School of Music. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Columbus, and Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, South Charleston. T. Ray Tuckwiller Jr., 84, of Charleston died May 15, 1998, at home after a long illness. He was a retired Certified Public Accountant and headed the firm of Tuckwiller and Gleason, Charleston. He was a graduate of West Virginia University, a Navy veteran of World War II, member of West Virginia Society of Public Accountants, and was the first president of Charleston Chapter of West Virginia Certified Public Accountants. She was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church, St. Albans, Order of the Eastern Star, Gallipolis, Ohio, the WVEAand Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority.
