LEON -- Isaac L. "Butch" Walker, 53, of Leon, Mason County, formerly of Charleston, died Monday, July 31, 2000, in West Virginia University Hospital, Morgantown, of cancer. He retired from the Navy with 26 years of service, was owner/operator of B- Secure Co. for eight years and was a Protestant. He was preceded in death by father, Isaac L. Walker Sr. Surviving: wife, Terry A. Gill Walker; daughter, Diane Bastian of Miami; mother, Lillian D. Davis Walker of Charleston; brother, Thomas W. of Charleston; sisters, Connie Higgins and Mary "Rita" Gandee of Charleston; granddaughter, Alexa Bastian of Miami. There will be no service. He was a retired mechanic from the West Virginia Department of Highways, a member of Berlin United Methodist Church, an Army veteran of World War II and recipient of the Purple Heart. Surviving: wife, Bettie J. Morrison Duncan; daughters, Anna Faye Eyth of Ocala, Fla., Mary Ellen Edison of Stuart, Fla., Linda Sue McClung of Weston; son, James Russell of Weston; sister, Ella Mae Radcliff of Erie, Pa.; nine grandchildren; one step-grandchild; four great-grandchildren. She was retired from the accounting department at CAMC Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Dunlap. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and was a member of Southport Presbyterian Church and First Presbyterian Church, Charleston, W.Va. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia R.
