He was a retired pipe welder and a veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Whatcoat United Methodist Church, White Sulphur Springs, the church choir and Plumber and Steam Fitters Union, Roanoke, Va.

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas -- Arlen Billy Fisher, 65, of Grand Prairie died Sunday, Dec. 21, 1997, in Grand Prairie. He was born in Given, Jackson County, W.Va. He retired from the Armed Forces, and was a member of the VFW and Moose Lodge.
