Surviving: daughter, Julia McGrady of Wilmington, Del.; foster daughter, Edna McVey of Charleston; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Calfee Funeral Home, Beckley, with the Rev. LeRoy Davis and the Rev. Jack Gilmore officiating. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny. FAYETTEVILLE -- Geraldine Catherine Treadway, 69, of Fayetteville died Sunday, April 12, 1998, in a Beckley hospital after a long illness. She was a hospital cleaning aide.
Surviving: sons, David Treadway Sr. of Cleveland, Ohio, Alan Treadway of Beckwith, Skip Fraizer of Wisconsin; daughters, Carol Smith and Karen Sewell of Fayetteville; sisters, Shirley Daul and Audrey Daul of Red Granite, Wis.; 17 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Margaret A. Weber
BERKELEY SPRINGS -- Margaret A. Weber, 83, of Berkeley Springs, Morgan County, died Monday, April 13, 1998, at home. She was a graduate of Bath District High School, a clerk for Berkeley Springs Post Office with 12 years of service, a lifelong member of St. Vicnent dePaul Catholic Church, where she also served as organist and Sunday school teacher, was a member of the Altar Society and Rosary Society. She was a charter member of Morgan County War Memorial Hospital Auxiliary where she served as chairperson of the memorial fund for 20 years and was a charter member of Berkeley Spring Women's Club.
Surviving: daughter, Sister Mary Margaret Weber of Berkeley Springs; son, Stephen A. Weber of Charleston; three grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, Berkeley Springs, with the Rev. Chester Michael officiating. Burial will be in Greenway Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home, Berkeley Springs, where a vigil will be held at 7:30 p.m. The family suggests memorial contributions to Berkeley Springs Volunteer Fire Department.

Loretta Deel Williams, 54, of Charleston, formerly of Cedar Grove, died Sunday, April 12, 1998, in CAMC, Memorial Division, after a long illness. She was a longtime resident of Kanawha County, a Protestant and a homemaker.

SAND BRANCH -- Virginia May Williams, 86, of Sand Branch died Saturday, April 11, 1998, at home after a long illness. She was a graduate of Williamsburg High School, attended Asbury College, Asbury, Ky., and Appalachian Bible College, Bradley.
Surviving: daughters, Neysa Thompson of Fort Worth, Texas, Ramona Hibbetts of Bryan, Texas, Anita Williams of Charles Town; sons, Lewis of Sand Branch, Barry of Fort Clark Springs, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. Frederick Wolfe, 84, of Charleston died Sunday, April 12, 1998, in CAMC, General Division. He was a retired miner for Amherst Coal Co., a retired truck driver for West Virginia Motor Delivery Trucking Co., a member of Campbells Creek Lions Club, UMW District 17 and Teamsters Local 175.
Surviving: wife, Dollie Skiles Wolfe; sons, Raymond, Marvin and Ernest of Charleston; sister, Rebecca Reynolds of Princeton; brother, Mike of Charleston; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. James Jason Workman, 25, of St. Albans died Saturday, April 12, 1998, from injuries received after being struck by a car on U.S. 60 outside Barboursville, said a spokesman for the Huntington State Police detachment. He was a construction worker.

Bayless H. Comer Jr., 61, of St. Albans, died Monday, April 13, 1998, in Putnam General Hospital after a long illness. He was a retired truck driver and mechanic, an Air Force Veteran and a lifelong resident of St. Albans.
Surviving: mother, Gertrude Comer of St. Albans; sister, Patricia Gray of Jackson, Ga.; three nephews, two nieces of Jackson. She was born in Crystal, W.Va., was a former resident of Stephenson, W.Va., and Akron, was a homemaker and a former cook for Clark Restaurant in Cleveland.
