Joseph "Ken" Kenner Maynor, 81, of Oceana, WV went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 7, 2015 CAMC General, Charleston, WV. He was born on February 8, 1934 in Oceana, WV a son of the late Elbert and Bertha Barber Maynor. Ken was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is a member of Toneda Missionary Baptist Church where he served as a deacon, a United States Army Veteran, attended Oceana High School, a member of the UMWA Local 7604 and he retired from Kopperston number one mines. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Chilton Barber; five sisters Viola Maynor, Geneva Hatfield, Verna Elswick, Burnas Barber Vance and Mary Maynor. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 55 years Charlotte Fleenor Maynor; a daughter Dana Kay Maynor of Oceana; a son David Allen Maynor and wife Terri of Oceana; three grandchildren Shauna Cook and husband Shawn of Oceana, Leslie Maynor of Oceana and Lauren Maynor of Nashville, TN; three great grandchildren Raigen Cook, Skylar Cook and Logan Cook all of Oceana; two brothers Harold Maynor of Beckley and Lawrence Maynor and wife Agnes of Davin; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 13, 2015 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV, with Rev. Ron Lee and deacon Fairley Lusk officiating. He will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV. The Wyoming County Veterans Honor Guard will conduct Military Rites. Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 AM until time of service on Friday, November 13, 2015 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Allan Pruett, Barry Steffey, Frankie Runyon, Tommy Evans, Jimmy Bragg, Ken Stafford, Larry Baldwin and Steve Stewart. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

William Theodore Brown, Jr., 53, of Ravencliff, WV passed away on Monday, November 9, 2015 at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV. He was born on June 20, 1962 in Welch, WV, a son of Patricia Morgan Brown of Ravencliff and the late William T. Brown, Sr. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by a brother Randall Brown and a niece Tabatha Gwyn. In addition to his mother he is survived by a daughter Amber Mejia of Hickory, NC; a son Timothy Brown of Ravencliff; two sisters Sheryl Bailey of Cyclone and Deborah Plumley and husband Elmer of Shady Spring; two brothers Jack Brown and Robert Brown both of Ravencliff; two grandchildren Kalea Mejia and Austin Mejia; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, November 15, 2015 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV. He will be laid to rest in Brown cemetery, Ravencliff, WV. Norman Bruce Brown, 81, of Pineville, WV formerly of Oceana, departed this life on Sunday November 15, 2015 in Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV. He was born August 10, 1934 at Lorado, WV, a son of the late Rev. Elva Horace and Delphia Bailey Brown. He was a retired coal miner for Eastern Associated Coal. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Clara Bailey Brown; a son-in-law Donald Daniels and a brother Shelby Brown. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of seventeen years Elisabeth Tezas Lundy Brown; three daughters Mary Belcher of Ravenswood, Annetta Daniels of Lake and Stephanie (Scotty) Lusk of Lynco; six grandchildren Amy, Jesse, Shane, Kelly, Katie and Ashley; five great grandchildren Emily, Austin, Addyson, Kara and Madyson; a brother Horace (Barbara) Brown of Kopperston; a sister Gertrude Whisenant of Lynco; a step daughter Shelia Lundy of Keyrock; a step son Tim (Vicky) Lundy of Brenton; three step grandchildren Jennifer, Jessica and Ricky; and a host of other loving family and friends. Special thanks to his caregiver Courtney Bailey and the wonderful staff at the Bowers Hospice House. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday November 18, 2015 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV, with Rev. Jackie Lusk officiating. He will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV. Friends may gather with the family from noon until service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Dr., Beckley, WV 25801. Pallbearers will be Jesse Belcher, Shane Belcher, Scottie Collins, Ricky Ellis, Lonnie Marcum and Freddy Berry. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

Donna Sue Walls Chambers, 73, of Simon, WV passed away on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV. She was born on April 9, 1942 in Uno, WV a daughter of the late Oma Wilburn and Macy Blankenship Walls. Donna attended the Reedy Creek Free Will Baptist Church and was a 1959 graduate of Baileysville High School. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Edward Warl "Moose" Chambers; five brothers Harold, Clifford, Gene, Dale and Ron Walls. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving daughter Jennifer Lynn Chambers of Simon; a brother Roger Walls and wife Lois of Brenton; and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2015 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV, with Rev. Lonnie Blankenship and Rev. Landon Blankenship officiating. She will be laid to rest in Walls-Christian cemetery, Reedy Creek, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 5-8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

Robby Keith Clay, 50, of Fanrock, WV went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 16, 2015. He was born on February 13, 1965 in Norfolk, VA a son of the Jerome and Marcella Stewart Clay, Jr. of Pineville. Robby attended the Brier Creek Tabernacle and worked for A. Mikal Royce Company. He loved his church family and going to church. Most of all he loved his son. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Loyd and Ruby Stewart Whitt; and Gladys Clay Boblett. In addition to his parents he is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Carla Morgan Clay; a son Cody Keith Clay of Fanrock; a sister Sheila (Lee) Harrison of Pineville; three brothers Steve Clay of GA, Randy (JoAnn) Clay of GA and Chris (Melissa) Clay of Beckley; a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at noon on Friday, November 20, 2015 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV, with Rev. Ernest Francis and Bro. Steve Acord officiating. He will be laid to rest in Stafford Family cemetery, Fanrock, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 6-9:00 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at the funeral home. John Kirby Suttles, 41, of Mullens, WV passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2015. He was born on January 1, 1974 in Man, WV a son of Lorene Bentley Suttles of Pineville and the late Herbert Franklin Suttles. John was a 1994 graduate of Baileysville High School. In addition to his father he is preceded a brother James Baisden. Survivors include his two sons John Jacob Suttles of Mullens and Darrell Dewayne Suttles of Davy; three brothers Roger Dale (Carolyn) Suttles of Kings Mountain, NC, Herbert Edward (Rachael) Suttles of Cyclone and Christopher Suttles of Pineville; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the Big Sandy House of Worship, Big Sandy, WV, with Pastor Michael Brooks and Pastor Jamie Addair officiating. He will be laid to rest in Christian cemetery, Roderfield, WV. Friends may gather with the family after 6:00 PM on Friday, November 20, 2015 at the church. Phillip P. "Philmo" Neace, 47, of Justice, WV went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at his home due to complications of injuries sustained in a ATV accident. He was born on June 28, 1968 in Man, WV the son of Franklin Leroy Neace of Justice and the late Liddie Howell Neace. Phillip was of the Pentecostal faith and loved hunting and riding ATV's. In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by a sister Loretta Lynn Neace; a brother Carlos Howell; and two nephews Matthew Neace and Christopher Neace. Survivors include two sisters Iva Dean (Butch) Daugherty of North Spring and Pearle (William Jason) Crouse of Justice; three brothers Leroy (Robin) Neace of North Spring, Sammy Joe (Ramona) Neace of Hanover and Gregory Grant Neace of VA; and a host of nieces, nephews and family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 27, 2015 at the Justice Church of God, Justice, WV with Rev. Bill Cresong officiating. He will be laid to rest in Neds Branch cemetery, Justice, WV. Friends may gather with the family from noon until time of services on Friday, November 27, 2015 at the church. Kenneth R. Gregory, 72, of Matheny, WV departed this life on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV. He was born on September 24, 1943 in Clear Fork, WV a son of the late Morgan and Bessie Bowes Gregory. Kenneth was a coal miner for 18 years . He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed working in his yard and garden. He was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two sisters Margaret Short and Alva Lea Blankenship; and two brothers Arlie Gregory and Donald Bowes. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Mary Jane Hearn Gregory; two sons Ken of Beckley and Jimmy and his wife Judith of Columbia, SC; five sisters Mary Anderson of Pineville, Alma Blankenship of Clear Fork, Edna McVey and her husband Jimmy of Charleston, Norma Marcum of Vacaville, CA and Rema Kidd of VA; five grandchildren Chad Kendrick, Abigail Grace and John Paul Gregory of Beckley and Cody James and Kelly Faith Gregory of Columbia, SC; several nieces, nephews and a host of other loving family and friends. A celebration of Kenneth's life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at the Joseph Baptist Church, Lynco, WV with Pastor William Cook and Rev. Erwin Gregory officiating. He will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 AM until time of service on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at the church. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

Paul Randall McNew, 67, of Fanrock, WV passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Doctor's Hospital, Augusta, GA. He was born on November 22, 1948 in Davy, WV a son of the late Charlie and Denita Trent McNew. Randall came to Wyoming County and married his loving wife October 18, 1965. He started to work for Pineville Furniture in May 1966 which he was still employed which he loved life family, Wyoming county school bus driver from 1973-2004, Fire Chief of the Brenton Fire Dept. Station 600 from 1985, his fireman were like his family. He drove an ambulance for Bill Buzzo for about 10 years, CPR instructor for the American Red Cross, Commander for Civil Air Patrol, Fire Warden for Dept. of Natural Resources, Natural Gas Well tending for B&G Production. He loved to serve his community and his church. He loved to play with his dog Bear Girl Whom was very protective by him. He was a long time member of the Clear Fork Church of God. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a daughter Ramona McNew; two brothers JC McNew and Charles McNew and a sister Nancy Reynolds. Those left to cherish his memories are his loving wife Lana McNew; a daughter Paula McNew of Augusta, GA; honorary daughter Dora Tawney and husband Bob of Parkersburg; three brothers Franklin McNew and wife Flo of Marlton, NJ, Rex McNew and wife Jennie of Brandburg, KY, Robert McNew and wife Ruth of Deerfield, Mass; four sisters Hazel Potter of Princeton, Joyce Caldwell of Charleston, Bertha Puchalski of Spencer and Joan Fletcher and husband Joe of Kodak, TN; his loving animals dog Bear Girl and cat Ginger and grand cats Sam and Slider; Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the Brenton Church of God, Brenton, WV with Pastor Hannibal Blankenship, Pastor Lee Fisher and Rev. Tommy Knotts officiating. A fireman's tribute last call service will be held. He will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV. Friends may gather with the family after 6:00 PM on Monday, November 30, 2015 at the church. The family would like to thank all of those in the community who contributed to the recent fund raiser held by the Brenton Fire Dept. and Car Show fund raiser by D&R Service Center. The family greatly appreciates the outpour of kind words and condolences. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

Carlo "Pappy" Ramsey, 83, of Oceana, WV, left this world for a better place on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital, Beckley, WV. He was born on January 24, 1932 in Chavies, KY a son of the late Earnest and Sarah Couch Ramsey. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife of 31 years Anna Cook Ramsey; three daughters Joyce Lucille Ramsey, Rose Breeding and Vicky Mills; and siblings Walter, Fred, Gladys and Rosella. Survivors include four daughters Gloria (Delwood) Blankenship of Oceana, Barb Stacy and companion Lee Lusk of Pineville, Carla (Major) Bailey of Rockhouse and Sarah (Tom) Tegtmeier of North Richland Hills, TX; two sons Carlo Andrew Ramsey of Columbus, OH and Robert "Bobby" Ramsey of Brenton; three brothers Roscoe Ramsey and Richard Ramsey both of Ft. Worth, TX, Herman Ramsey of FL; 21 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild due to arrive in December; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at noon on Monday, November 23, 2015 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV, with Bro. Wayne Bailey officiating. He will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 5-8:00 PM on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the funeral home. A special thank you to the staff of Wyoming Nursing and Rehab for their wonderful care. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.
