Mildred Grace Sizemore, 69, of Cyclone, WV passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016. She was born on July 28, 1946 in Welch, WV a daughter of the late George "June" and Brooke "Brookie" Blankenship Toler. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son Waylon Cole Sizemore; two brothers Robert and Arvis Toler; two sisters Rosie Racine Toler and Carolyn (Danny) Osborne; two nephews Bucky Walls and Lane Perry; and a niece Angie Osborne. Survivors include her loving husband of 27 years Paul Sizemore; two daughters Yvette (Mike) Wintz and Pamela (Victor) Brown all of Cyclone; a sister Freda (Richard) Walls of Uniontown, PA; two brothers Jim (Claire) Toler and Tom (Ellen) Toler all of Cyclone; four grandchildren Derick (Amanda) Sizemore, Victoria Brown and fiancé Zachery Nelson, RJ Bailey and Brookie Bailey and fiancé Jerad Cook; four great grandchildren Parker Sizemore, Jagger Sizemore, Dawson Cook and Owen Cook; and a host of other loving family and friends. Carolyn Brown, 76, of Clear Fork, WV passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 in CAMC General, Charleston, WV. She was born on March 3, 1940 in Sunhill, WV a daughter of the late Roy and Sadie Cline Cole. Carolyn is a member of the Clear Fork Valley Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her loving husband Buford Brown; a son Marty Brown of Union, WV; a sister Kathleen Morgan of Sunhill; three grandchildren Tori Kessler, Albany Brown and Aydan Brown; one great grandchild Mia Kessler; and a host of other loving family and friends. James Robert King, 48, of Oceana passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2016 in Logan Regional Medical Center. Logan, WV. He was born on June 9, 1967 in Sevierville, TN a son of Jack King of Sevierville, TN and the late Dorothy Loveday King. In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by two brothers Jackie Lynn King and Kenneth Lee Workman; and two sisters Anna Faye King and Loretta Jane King. Survivors include his wife of 11 years Sue Ellen Workman King; a daughter Amanda King of Sevierville, TN; two sisters Carolyn Sue King and Suellen Workman King; three brothers Johnny Ray King, Joey Lee King and Jonathan (Meghan) Workman; four grandchildren Gannon Silas Underwood, Kirsten Chentelle Weaver, Katilyn Grace Weaver and Trysten Joshua Cruze; a niece Brianna Leigh Workman; a sister-in-law Lynn Workman; and a host of other loving family and friend. Caleb Allen Wolford, 25, of Gilbert, WV passed away on Monday, June 6, 2016 in Logan Regional Medical Center. Logan, WV. He was born on October 13, 1990 in Logan, WV a son of Mary Beth Cline of Gilbert and Dennis Larry Wolford of Clinchco, VA. Caleb was of the Church of God Faith. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Naomi and Kendall Cline; paternal grandfather Talt Wolford; an aunt Sonya Wolford Sexton and uncle Mark Cline. Charles Donald Simmons, 69, of Mullens, WV passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2016 in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV. He was born on November 20, 1946 in Oceana, WV a son of the late Charles Franklin and Garnett Forren Simmons. Charles was attended the Otsego Bible Chapel, worked with the Mullens Little League for over 50 years, the Midget League and Wyoming East High School. His top priority in life was his family. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister Carolyn Siers; a daughter Melissa Ball and granddaughter Allyson Ball. Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years Sharon Gayle Wilson Simmons; seven daughters Nimfa, Naome, Nancy, Jan, Selina, Janelle and Mailyn; nine sons Bryan, Donnie, Ben, Kevin, Ryan, Chris, Aaron, Turtle and Steven "Possum"; four sisters Brenda Miller, Robin Cannady, Cheryl Hudson and Judy Schurdell; two brothers Jeff and Dean Simmons; his handy man and father-in-law KA Wilson; numerous grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends. Rachel Mae Colbird McNeely, 56, of Bolt, WV passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at her home. He was born on January 7, 1951 in Mullens, WV a son of the late John and Inez Elswick Blankenship. Johnny was a member of the UMWA and the Rhema Ministries. In addition to his parents he is preceded in by three brothers Gerald, Jim and Lee Blankenship; and three sisters Pearl Lafferty, Marie Sinecoff and Ruby Cole. Juanita Vernatter, 71, of Bull Creek, WV went to be with Jesus and the Angels on Friday, June 17, 2016 after a long illness. She was the daughter of the late Author and Ruby Cline Vernatter. She was born November 6, 1944 and made her home on Bull Creek her whole life. She was also preceded in death by a brother Howard Vernatter and his wife Faye and their son Timothy and a sister Freda Vernatter that she loved dearly. Left to cherish her memory is two daughters Elaine Robinette and fiance` Jerry Daughtery of Iaeger and Regina Bowles and husband Lee of Bassett, VA; a son Bradley Vernatter of Bull Creek; a grandson Casey Vernatter of Bull Creek that she loved like her own son and two granddaughters Savannah Brooke Robinette of Iaeger and Rachel Bowles of Bassette, VA; a sister Cora Justus and husband Sherman of Bassette, VA; a brother Bobby Vernatter and wife Betty of Bull Creek; three special nieces that were like daughters Hope Dotson and husband Ricky, Dawn Vernatter and companion Randall Robinette and Connie Blankenship and companion Harold Robinette; loving nieces Julia Lockhart, Tammy Bailey, Diane Cline and Tammy McCoy; loving nephews Keith Mitchell, Billy Vernatter, Steven Coleman, Teddy Justus and Jeff Justus; special great nieces Makiesha Dotson and Charity Blankenship; special great nephews Austin Dotson and Michael Vernatter; along with several other great nieces and nephews and so many friends that loved her. Roger Lee "Blackie" Simpson, 61, of Surveyor, formerly of Gilbert, WV passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV. He was born on April 8, 1955 in Iaeger, WV a son of the late Ralph and Adell Browning Simpson of Gilbert. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Wanda Fortner Simpson of Surveyor. Roger's favorite hobbies were hunting, fishing, gardening, going to church and spending time with his daughter McKenzie. Those left to cherish his memory a daughter McKenzie Simpson of Surveyor; siblings Carnetta Sue (Clyde) Keyser of Gilbert, Dean (Charlotte) Simpson of Gilbert, Tammy (Dana) Browning of Hanover, James Simpson of Gilbert and Mary Alice (Jeff) Testerman of Gilbert; many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other loving family and friends. Bobby Ray Belcher, 74, of Oceana, WV went to be with his Heavenly Father on Father's Day, June 19, 2016 at Bowers Hospice House. Born on March 9, 1942 in Elk Lick, WV a son of the late Bernard and Merlie Moore Belcher. Bobby was a member of Oceana Freewill Baptist Church where he sang in the choir and was a Baileysville High School graduate. He was a retired manager of Lynco Company Store where he met his wife of 40 years. Bobby enjoyed spending time with his family and his pride and joy, his great grandchildren. He also loved his little buddy, his cat Lucky. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sons Kevin Belcher and Terry Combs; granddaughter Amy Combs; and brothers Jackie, Gene and Alfred Belcher. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Virgie Day Belcher; daughter Cathy (Timmy) Harless of Cyclone; grandchildren Tara (Dale) Boothe of McGraws, Jared (Sara) Harless of Oceana, and Matthew Combs of Oceana, great grandchildren Brooklynn and Jacob Toler, Chloe and Jenna Harless, and Tyler Cameron; sister Betty Ann Cline of Lynco; and a host of other loving family and friends. He was born on June 23, 1934 in Brenton, WV a son of the late Curtis Henry and Bertie Vay "Babe" Dameron Hawks. Harold was a member of the UMWA and the Brenton Baptist Church.
