RAINSVILLE - J.W. ''Juel Bailey, 91, died Saturday at a Fort Payne hospital. The funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Rainsville Funeral Home with the Rev. Kevin McCreless officiating.
Burial will be in Mountain View Memory Gardens.
Mr. Bailey was a retired auto salesman.
Survivors include his wife, Lola Ayers Bailey; one son, Jim Bailey of Rainsville; three sisters, Debbie Hosch of Lubbock, Texas, Eunice Boggs of Oneonta and Lily Belle Mayse of Chattanooga; and four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was to be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Eva E. Breasseal
BOAZ - Eva Elizabeth Breasseal, 82, died Saturday at a local hospital. The graveside service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Sardis Cemetery with Carr Funeral Home of Boaz in charge.
Survivors include one sister, Miss Ina Hue Breasseal of Boaz.

Lisa A. Carney
HAZEL GREEN - Lisa Annette Carney, 37, died Thursday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral was to be today at 1 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Edd Edger officiating.
Burial was to be in Cameron Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Jackie ''Jim Carney; three sons, Shawn Dupree of Huntsville, Bennie Joe Dupree of Hazel Green and Brian Carney of Elkhart, Ind.; three daughters, Brandy Christian and Terrie Dupree, both of Huntsville, and Brandi Mantooth of Sweetwater, Tenn.; five sisters, Gloria Guin of Ohio, Shirley Lawrence of Indiana, Joyce Castro of Texas, Angela Cleto of Oklahoma and Barbara Stewart of Arley; four brothers, Oliver Guin and David Guin, both of Texas, Randall Guin of Louisiana and Douglas Guin of Idaho; and two grandsons.

Preston S. Carney
HAZEL GREEN - Preston Shawn Carney, 3, died Thursday at a local hospital. The funeral was to be today at 1 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Edd Edger officiating.
Burial was to be in Cameron Cemetery.
Survivors include his mother, Brandy Christian of Huntsville; his grandfather, Jackie "Jim" Carney of Hazel Green ; and his great-grandparents, Bill and Nellie Carney Carsten of Port Richey, Fla.

Ralph T. Collins
LACEYS SPRING - Ralph T. Collins, 75, died Saturday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
Mr. Collins was a native of Bemis, Tenn., and had lived in Huntsville 33 years. He had 20 years service in the U.S. Army and was retired from Redstone Arsenal. He was also a deacon at Bethlehem Baptist Church of Laceys Spring and was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Cahaba Shrine Temple.
Survivors include three sons, Ronald W. Collins of Virginia Beach, Va., Jimmy W. Collins of Birmingham and Timothy R. Collins of Huntsville; one sister, Louise Collins of Jackson, Tenn.; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Fletcher Dawkins Jr.
Fletcher Dawkins Jr., 70, of 3002 Turf Ave. died Wednesday at his home. The funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at St. Rebecca P.B. Church with the Rev. Anthony Stewart officiating.
Burial will be in St. Ruth Cemetery with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include four daughters, Teresa Whitman, Cassandra Fearn and Sharon Enchie, all of Huntsville, and Evelyn Walwyn of Kansas City, Mo.; six sons, Felix Whitman, Michael Whitman, Vincent Whitman, Senate Whitman and Kelvin Dawkins, all of Huntsville, and Calvin Langford of Cleveland, Ohio; one sister, Martha A. Graham of Huntsville; and 18 grandchildren.

Mary E. Flippo
OWENS CROSS ROADS - Mary Elizabeth Flippo, 77, of 615 Piney Woods Road died Sunday at a Huntsville nursing home. The funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at New Hope Funeral Home chapel with G.W. Atchley officiating.
Burial will be in Moon Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary Linda Sue Compton of Somerville and Odell Suggs of Adamsville; one son, Benny Kimbrough of Owens Cross Roads; and nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

John W. Foley Jr.
NEW ALBANY, Miss. - John Wilson Foley Jr., 91, died Saturday at a New Albany hospital. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at United Funeral Service with the Revs. William B. Everett and Randy Hamilton officiating.
Burial will be in Ebenezer Presbyterian Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Walker Foley.
Survivors include one daughter, Ann Champion of Myrtle, Miss.; one son, Gene Foley of Harvest; one brother, Carl Foley of Memphis, Tenn.; and five grandchildren.

Glenda D. Grant
Glenda Day Grant, 55, of 3412 8th Ave. died Saturday at an area nursing home. The funeral was to be today at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Davis officiating.
Burial will be in Red Oak Grove Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Charles Allen Grant of Decatur; one daughter, Karen Holbert of Lynnville, Tenn.; her mother, Dolly Day of Falkville; her father, William Winfrey Day; two brothers, Bobby G. Day of Decatur and Jack Day of Tallahassee, Fla.; two sisters, Wanda Day Young of Hartselle and Mary Jane Brunette of Huntsville; and two grandchildren.

Arthur Henderson Sr.
Arthur J. Henderson Sr., 64, of Huntsville died Thursday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Josephs Catholic Church with the Rev. Thomas Perrin officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Nelms Memorial Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Earline T. Henderson of Huntsville; two sons, Arthur J. Henderson Jr. of Huntsville and Lamont Henderson of Guam; five sisters, Eva L. Stallworth of Hartselle, Ella Mae Henderson White of Savannah, Ga., Alice Fowlkes and Bessie Hines, both of Mobile, and Ansola Garner of Tuscumbia; two brothers, J.D. Henderson and Warren G. Henderson, both of Mobile; and four grandchildren.

R.L. Hudson
BROWNSBORO - R.L. Hudson, 45, died Saturday in Huntsville. The funeral was today at 11 a.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. Mark Wampler and Brad Sharp and Bro. Steve Mann officiating.
Burial was in Fowlkes Cemetery.
Mr. Hudson was a lifelong resident of Madison County and a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Hudson of Brownsboro; one daughter, Amanda of Huntsville; three sons, Matthew, Nicholas and Bradley, all of Huntsville; his mother, Jean Hudson of Huntsville; one brother, Jeff Hudson of Huntsville; and one granddaughter.

Mildred B. Keel
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Mildred Bogle Keel, 77, died Sunday at a Tennessee hospital. The funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel in Murfreesboro with Bro. Paul Gray Cooper officiating.
Burial will be in Coleman Cemetery.
Mrs. Keel was a native of Owens Cross Roads. She was a member of Riverdale Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Warren F. Keel of Murfreesboro; one son, Thomas F. Keel of Orgsboro, Pa.; one brother, Thomas Bogle of Murfreesboro; and one grandson.
Visitation will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

Robert T. Kennamer
SCOTTSBORO - Robert Thomas Kennamer, 68, died Saturday at a local hospital. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Johnny Mack Young and Darrell Chambers officiating.
Burial was to be in Peters Cove Cemetery.
Mr. Kennamer was a retired grocer with Scottsboro Wholesale Co. He was a member of the Broad Street Church of Christ and he participated in the local Lions Club for 25 years.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah Whitaker Kennamer; one son, Tom Kennamer of Huntsville; three sisters, Cora Kennamer of Woodville, Catherine Couch of Guntersville and Lillian Pace of Scottsboro; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Benjamin D. Miller
BLOUNTSVILLE - Benjamin Daniel Miller, infant son of Jeff and Kelly Miller, died Wednesday at an area hospital. The funeral was Sunday at 2 p.m. at Union Grove Cemetery No. 2 with the Rev. Milan Dekich officiating.
Other survivors include his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Don Miller of Oneonta and Judy Williams of Hartselle; and his great-grandmothers, Mae Harvel of Hartselle and Zada Miller of Snead.

Jesse D. Otinger
TRENTON, Ga. - Jesse David Otinger, 48, died Saturday at a Georgia hospital. The funeral was to be today at a 2 p.m. at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Alton Otinger officiating.
Burial will be in Old Sardis Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Gwen Otinger of Trenton; one son, David Dewayne Otinger of Trenton; two stepsons, John Hobbs and Wesley Hobbs, both of Butler, Ga.; his mother, Gertrude Otinger of Fyffe; three sisters, Vera Rollins of Flomaton, Sue Otinger of Attalla and Benita Otinger of Rainsville; four brothers, Gerry "Pete" Otinger of Atlanta, Eddie Otinger of Rainsville, Roger Otinger of Fyffe and Jackie Otinger of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

Richard D. Preston
Richard D. Preston, 61, of Acklen Drive died Sunday at his home. The funeral will be Wednesday at noon at Gallant Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. Wilson Byrd and Alan Waldrop officiating.
Burial will be in Stateline Cemetery.
Mr. Preston was a native of Paris, Tenn., a retired construction worker for Commercial Steel Builders, a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a member of Meridianville Church of God.
Survivors include his wife, Katie Duncan Preston of Huntsville; two daughters, Charlotte Preston and Lisa Preston, both of Huntsville; two sons, Richard D. Preston Jr. of Chicago and Joseph Wade Preston of Hazel Green ; three sisters, Louise McCollum of Meridianville, Evelyn Emerson of Las Vegas and Linda Edwards of Fayetteville, Tenn.; one brother, Charles Preston of Meridianville; and seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 3 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Lionell E. Reynolds
GUNTERSVILLE - Lionell Edward Reynolds, 75, of 2256 Thompson Falls Road died Saturday at his home. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at Gilliam Springs Baptist Church.
Burial was to be in the adjoining cemetery with Arab Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Faye Reynolds; three sons, Anthony Edward Reynolds of Arab, Michael Horace Reynolds and Christopher Dale Reynolds, both of Guntersville; three daughters, Deborah Exie West of Valhermosa Springs, Laura Jane Vanderver of Guntersville and Latricia Faye Quick of West Point, Ga.; one brother, Arlis Reynolds of Arab; four sisters, Willie Ruth Tompkins and Vera Bobo, both of Arab, Shirley Jolley of Huntsville and Jean Shields of Guntersville; and 10 grandchildren.

Donald N. Scharrer
FYFFE - Donald Nelson Scharrer, 67, died Saturday in Selma. The funeral was to be today at 3:30 p.m. at W.T. Wilson Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Odell Sawyer officiating.
Burial will be in Kirk Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Scharrer was a retired machinist, an instructor at a technical school and a member of the Church of God.
Survivors include his wife, Wynn Christine Scharrer of Fyffe; one daughter, Pamela Stahl of Sugarland, Texas; one son, Randall N. Scharrer of Fyffe; one sister, Carolyn Laidler of Trenton, Mich.; and three grandchildren.

Arvil O. Schrader
TRENTON, Ga. - Arvil O. Schrader, 67, died Sunday at a Stevenson hospital. The funeral will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Kerby Funeral Home with the Rev. Rick Dorley officiating.
Burial will be in Macklin Cemetery.
Mr. Schrader was the former owner of the Tire Shack in Trenton. He was also the inventor of ''The Wheel banjo.
Survivors include three daughters, Elizabeth Schrader of Soddy Daisy, Tenn., Starla Hall of Eclectic, Ala., and Pru Johnson of Crawfordsville, Ind.; three sons, Terry Schrader and Ricky Schrader, both of Soddy Daisy, and Kevin Schrader of Flat Rock, Ala.; six sisters, Dorothy Eslinger, Rita Schrader, Linda Dees, Shirley Jones and Dale Devries, all of Ringgold, Ga., and Ruby Davis of Scottsboro, Ala.; and 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was to be today from 2 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Vera A. Steiger
HARVEST - Vera Ann Steiger, 63, of Clutts Road died Sunday at her home. Gallant Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.

NEW MARKET - Mary Thomas, 51, of Deer Trace Parkway died Sunday at a Fayetteville, Tenn., nursing home. Gallant Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.

Martha S. Welch
Martha Sue Welch, 58, of Huntsville died Sunday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Valhalla Funeral Home chapel.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Welch of Huntsville; three stepdaughters, Regina Kelley of New Market, Ruby Osborn of Hazel Green and Janet Morgan of Watertown, Tenn.; one stepson, Charles Welch Jr. of Springfield, Tenn.; one brother, Waylan Rowland of Gadsden; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Faye R. Willis
SOMERVILLE - Faye Rolfe Willis, 75, of 5275 Alabama 36 East died Friday at a Hartselle hospital. The funeral was Sunday at Peck Funeral Home with the Revs. Bill Persons and Harlon Hood and Kathryn Perkins officiating.
Burial was in Shiloh Cemetery.
She was a member of Antioch Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Milford Willis.
Survivors include two sons, Patrick Willis and Herb Willis, both of Somerville; two daughters, Peggy Murphy of Laceys Spring and Frances Couey of Eva; one brother, Perry Rolfe of Somerville; one stepsister, Judy Brown Aldridge of Hartselle; and four grandchildren.
