John F. Collier, Jr.:
A native and lifelong resident of Bayou La Batre, AL, died Tuesday, November 23, 1999. He was preceded in death by one sister, Sonya Deanna Collier. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd and Annie Ruth Collier, Bayou La Batre, AL; one daughter, Kelli Collier, Coden, AL; four sons, Gregory (Leslie) Collier, Irvington, AL, John T racy (Darrisha) Collier, Coden, AL, Scott Collier, Coden, AL, and Barry (Vallerie) Collier, Irvington, AL; five grandchildren; one sister, Georgia Carol (Doug) Kendrick, Lucedale, MS; two brothers, James V. (Deborah) Collier, Sr., Mobile, AL, and Terry Dean (Deanna) Collier, Irvington, AL; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 26, 1999 at 12 Noon from the Chapel of Serenity Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Funeral arrangements by SERENITY FUNERAL HOME, 8691 Old Pascagoula Rd., Mobile, AL.

Mr. Ralph Edward Compton:
Funeral services were held from the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 24, 1999 at 2PM with Father John Lynes officiating. Active pallbearers Wayne Boling, John Pownall, Billy Compton, Willie Watkins, Marty Emerson, Donel Kidd, Chester Ellison, Pete Petry. Honorary pallbearers were Charles Compton and Curtis Childress. Full military honors were rendered at the graveside by VFW Post 49 Honor Guard Unit. Interment was in Catholic Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME, 1200 Industrial Parkway, Saraland, AL.

Mrs. Victorine Mandeville Nelson:
Age 88 . A native of Mobile, AL and a resident of Daphne, AL for over 66 years died Tuesday, November 23, 1999 at her residence. Mrs. Nelson was a member of Daphne Baptist Church. She is survived by one sister, Tillie Mae Mandeville, Daphne, AL; one son, Braxton E. (Brenda) Nelson, Pensacola, FL; three daughters, Sylvia N elson (Ranny) Bauer, Daphne, AL, Sandra Nelson (Charles) Thompson, Fairhope, AL, Mary Lou Nelson (Harold) Yeager, Silverhill, AL; two sisters-in-law, Mildred Mandeville, Mobile, AL;, Frances Nelson, Daphne, AL; 1 brother-in-law, Jeff Nelson, Mobile, AL, 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 27, 1999 at 10 a.m. from the Daphne Chapel of Wolfe Funeral Home with Rev. Grant Barber officiating. Graveside services will follow at 12 noon at Shellbanks Cemetery, Fort Morgan Road, Shellbanks, AL. The family will receive friends at Wolfe Funeral Home, Daphne, AL on Friday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest s donations to Shellbanks Cemetery Fund c/o Wilhelmina Ryan, 1753 Galloway Lane, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Funeral arrangements are by WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, 28720 U. S. Hwy 98, Daphne, AL.

Departed this life on Thursday, November 18, 1999.

Mrs. Amanda R. Dotson "Rosetta":
A native of Sweetwater, AL and a resident of Mobile, AL was born February 26, 1940 and passed Tuesday, November 23, 1999 at her residence. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Larry C. Dotson of Mobile, AL; five children, Mack E. Pitts, Jr., Dion Pitts, Jacqueline (Johnnie) Payne and Lakeshia Dotson all of Mobile, AL; and Sharon (Kenneth) Battles of Orlando, FL; father, Jimmy D. Adams of Mobile, AL; stepmother, Bobbie Jean Adams of Mobile, AL; three sisters, Carolyn (Ike) Miller and Evelyn (James) Hall of Mobile and Shirley Weaver of Los Angeles, CA; two stepsisters, Edra Adams and Lannie J. Adams of Mobile; two stepbrothers, James Adams of Mobile and Jimmy McMillian, U. S. Army; 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, mother and father-in-law, Lugine and Velma Seals of Mobile; 5 sisters-in-law, 5 brothers-in-law, 2 aunts, a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Friday, November 26, 1999 after 9 a.m. Visitation and Rosary will commence at 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements are by CHRISTIAN BENEVOLENT FUNERAL HOME, INC, 201 N Hamilton St, Mobile, AL 36603.

Hilda Eunice Raley Hutchinson:
Mass of Christian Burial was Celebrated on Wednesday, November 24, 1999 from St. Margaret's Catholic Church at 10:00 A.M.
Celebrant of the Mass was Rev. Patrick Madden.
Minister in the Sanctuary was Rev. Jimmy Gandy.
Pallbearers were Brandon Johnson, Gene Clark, Clint Clark, Charlie Beiza, Jr., Vance Cain, IV, Sean Hornacek, David Grissett and Ricky Godwin.
Interment was in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME, Dauphin Street Extension, Mobile, Alabama 36606.

Frank Edward Jackson (Brusier):
A native of Mobile departed this life on Friday, November 19, 1999 at a local hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and 2 brothers.
He leaves to cherish his memories, a son, Jermaine Zine; a sister, Rev. Evelyn (Jesse) Dixon, two brothers, Richard (Fannie) Harris, Wesley (Sandra) Harris all of Mobile, AL, a host of devoted nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Aimwell Baptist Church on Friday, November 26, 1999 from 9 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral hour.
Rev. Michael Jackson, Pastor, Rev. Ruthi Johnson officiating.
Interment will be in Whispering Pines Cemetery.
Sympathetic and professional services are by MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 1302 Viaduct Street, Prichard, AL 36610.

Mrs. Margie Long:
Graveside services were held on Wednesday, November 24, 1999 at 12 noon in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bob Barr officiating. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. William Daniels, Paul McKee, Kenny Finch and Leo Gibson.
Active pallbearers were Charles Lewis, George Haggard, Tommy Finch, Steven Lewis, Chris Steward and Jimmy Butler.
Funeral arrangements by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, AL.
