Mr. Patrick Lee Rich:
Funeral services were held from the chapel of Radney Funeral home on Monday, December 13, 1999 at 1:00 P.M. officiated by Rev. Judd Stinson, and Rev. Libba Stinson. Eulogies were given by family and friends. Pallbearers were Richard Nelson, Mike Reid, Jim Brinson, Joe Helton, Jim Helton, and David Knowles. Interment was in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME, 3155 Dauphin Street Extension, Mobile, AL.

Mr. James Edward Sayers, II:
A longtime resident of Mobile, AL died in a Daphne, AL health care facility on Saturday, December 11, 1999. He is survived by two sons, James Edward (Jes) Sayers, III, of Memphis, TN and Alexander Trawick Sayers, of Robertsdale, AL; his mother, Dorothy Geary Sayers, of Mobile, AL; one brother, Daniel Geary Sayers, of Mobile, AL; two nephews and other relatives. Graveside services will be held at Pine Crest Cemetery on Tuesday, December 14, 1999 at 12 noon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M. Funeral arrangements by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME, 3155 Daup hin Street Extension, Mobile, AL.

Mrs. Claudia Scott:
A native and lifelong resident of Mobile died at a local hospital on Sunday, December 12, 1999. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul C. Scott and granddaughter, Lynn Robinson. She is survived by her son, Gilbert (Kathy) Scott of Mobile; devoted sister, Maudie DuBurg of Mobile; grandchildren, Robin Wilson and Mark Scott; great grandchildren, Albert Robinson, Ashley Williams, Ryan Andrews, Holly Andrews, Justin Scott and Daniel Williams; one great great grandchild, Rachel Williams; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 16, 1999 at 11AM from the chapel of Pine Crest Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 1999 from 5-8PM at Pine Crest Funeral Home. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery. Mrs. Nancy L. Smith: (1 of 2)
A native of Anniston, AL and a longtime resident of Eight Mile, died at her home on Sunday, December 12, 1999. She was a teacher with the Day Care Program through the University of Mobile and was a member of Smithtown Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband, Richard A. Smith, Jr. and a son, Richard A. Smith III. She is survived by her Children, Cecil Wayne Smith, Sherri Kay Browning, Daniel Franklin Smith and Rebecca Lynn Neighbors, all of Mobile; brothers, James Carpenter of Chickasaw, and Richard Carpenter of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Sandra Barber of Pell City, Gayle Stasiak of Saraland and Pat Cain of Maryland; twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 1999 at 2:00 P.M. from Smithtown Baptist Church with interment in Smithtown Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the American Heart Association or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Arrangements by Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Parkway, Saraland, AL.

Mrs. Nancy L. Smith: (2 of 2)

Mr. Edwin Enfred Sundberg:
A native Mobilian died Sunday morning December 12, 1999. Mr. Sundberg served in WWII and the Korean Conflict retiring as a Colonel in the Alabama National Guard. He was a Graduate of Auburn University and a member of the Mobile Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois Sloss on Sundberg and Reuben E. Sundberg and his sisters, Frances Hudson and Ruth Sundberg. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mrs. Betty Jean Bowman Sundberg; two daughters, Mrs. Peggy (Shelby) Guilbert of Shreveport, LA and Mrs. Laura (Les) Greer; six grandchildren, Shelby, Neill and Beth Guilbert, and Austin, Ed and Phillip Greer; a sister, Marion Sundberg McCall of Fairhope. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 14, 1999 from Ashland Place United Methodist Church at 11am. Interment will be in Old Spring Hill Cemetery. The visitation will be Tuesday morning from 10am till 11am in the church parlor. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the local chapter of Alzheimers Association or the Lions/USA Eye Research Institute. Funeral arrangements by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME, 3155 Dauphin Street Extension, Mobile, AL.

Ms. Irma Leah "Bootsie" Boone:
A native and lifelong resident of Mobile, died on Monday, December 13, 1999 at a local hospital. She attended MARC. She is preceded in death by her father, J.P. Boone, Sr., brother, J.P. Boone, Jr. She is survived by her mother, Leah J. Boone; one sister, Elsie (Delray) Holley of Mobile; one brother, W. R. (Guerry) Boone of Pensacola, FL; sister-in-law, Mabel Boone; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and devoted friend, Ethel McGee. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 15, 1999 at 2 PM. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Springhill Avenue United Methodist Church. Funeral arrangements by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL 36606.
