Nita Davidson Cox
September 27, 1944 until August 16, 2020

Nita Davidson Cox, 75, of Bentonville went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 16, 2020 in Fayetteville. She was born on September 27, 1944 in Colt, Arkansas the daughter of Ethel and Charlie Davidson.

Nita was a graduate of Forrest City High School before moving to Fayetteville. She worked in the Washington County Circuit Clerk’s office and the Tax Collector’s office. Before retiring she worked with passion as a realtor with Coldwell-Banker. Nita was a long-time member of University Baptist Church, and there was hardly a page in her Bible that didn’t have personal notes on it. She lived a wonderful life and loved people. She also loved gardening and loving on her grandkids. After retiring to Bentonville, Nita traveled the country, visiting almost every state.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Roger and Kenneth Davidson.

Nita is survived by three sons, John Cox, Lance Cox and Wesley Cox; ten grandchildren, Hayes, Asa, Caroline, Katherine Allyn, Whit, Campbell, Marin, Crawford, John Berdon and Elizabeth; and many loving friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Second Mile Ministries at University Baptist Church in Fayetteville.

Arlis Dale Robinson
February 10, 1954 until August 14, 2020

Arlis Dale Robinson, age 66, of Harrison, passed away Friday, Aug. 14 (2020) at the Veteran’s Health Care System of the Ozarks.

He was born Feb. 10, 1954, in Harrison, to Helen and Troy Robinson.

He was a United States Army veteran and served during the Vietnam War. He was a hard worker and enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing with his granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his oldest sister, Etta Jane Robinson.

Survivors include two children, Bridgette Robinson, of Harrison, and Jennifer Duvall of Dover; a brother, Carl Robinson, of Ozone; two sisters, Robin Kueter, of Romance, and Barbara Kibbe, of Harrison; and one granddaughter, Abigail Duvall.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 6, P.O. Box 632, Harrison, AR 72602.

Marilyn Ann Langbehn Mansch
June 25, 1933 until August 13, 2020

Marilyn Ann Langbehn Mansch, 87, of Rogers, died Thursday, August 13, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her daughter’s. She was born on June 25, 1933 in Wolsey, South Dakota the daughter of Lillian and Edward Langbehn.

Marilyn was a 29 year resident of Northwest Arkansas and enjoyed spending time with her family, baking, and collecting recipes, working crosswords, reading, caring for others and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Vern; sister Verda; and brothers, Norman and Jim.

Marilyn is survived by sons, Murray Mansch and his wife Emily of Springdale, John Mansch and his wife Patty of Colorado; daughters, Jan Wildenborg and her husband John of Rogers, Mary Lee Herbert and her husband Scott of Rogers; brother, Jerry Langbehn of Wyoming; sister, Carma Lee McGrath of South Dakota, two sister-in-laws; Helen Langbehn, of Wolsey, South Dakota, Phyllis Mansch, of Slayton, Minnesota; twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and relatives.

A celebration of her life will be Wednesday at 10:30am at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church located in Rogers.

Graveside service will be: Friday at 10:30am at Memorial Gardens located in Slayton, Minnesota.

Juanita J. Crow
August 20, 1934 until August 10, 2020

Juanita J. Crow surrounded by her loving family was called home by her Lord and Savior August 10, 2020; even though not all family were able to be present they were there in spirit. She was born August 20, 1934 in Oklahoma City to Lora and Felix Heavner.

She was a loving mother to one son Nick and four daughters Debi, Lea, Diana and Jan. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Juanita was blessed with many friends and family.

Gerri Creel
March 29, 1951 until August 9, 2020

Geraldine Mahr Creel, age 69, Bentonville, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at her home.

Gerri was born March 29, 1951 in New York, NY, daughter of John Joseph Mahr and Emily Moore. Gerri moved to Louisiana as a child and she graduated Louisiana Tech University with a degree in education. She taught at a private school in Shreveport, Louisiana before moving to Little Rock, Arkansas where she was also a teacher. After having children, Gerri focused solely on being a mother and a homemaker.

Gerri was a dedicated wife and mother. She loved her family fiercely. She treasured her daughters and loved every moment with them. She was a very loving wife and she cherished her husband R.H. She especially loved her role as Mimi and she was so proud of her family. Gerri also enjoyed shopping, looking for antiques and taking long drives. Another great joy for her was reading her Bible, going to church and her relationship with Christ. She was always on fire for the Lord.

She was preceded in death by: Her parents

Gerri is survived by: her husband of 49 years, Riley H. Creel, whom she married May 29, 1971, two daughters; Gwendolyn Creel and her wife, Michele Downey of Kansas City, Missouri, Melanie Huson and her husband Matt Huson of Fayetteville, Arkansas, one sister; Sue Mitchel and her husband Ray of Leland, North Carolina, two grandchildren; James Riley Huson of Fayetteville and Griffin Her of Kansas City, Missouri.

Services will be announced by the family at a later date.

Alberta Johnson
April 16, 1922 until August 8, 2020

Alberta Johnson, passed away at home in Gravette, Arkansas on August 8, 2020 at the good old age of 98 years. She was born April 16, 1922 in Toledo, Ohio to Bert and Alma Mulinix.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Henry, Daughter Linda, Granddaughter Dixie, and Great-grandson Brett. She is also the last of six sisters and one brother.

Survivors include: her daughter; Chris Keesee and her husband Charles, of Gravette, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Alberta was a member of the Sulphur Springs Seventh-Day Adventist Church and served as Treasurer for about 30 years.

No services are planned at this time.

Kathleen Lucille Dickerson
December 27, 1928 until August 1, 2020

Kathleen Lucille Dickerson, age 91, of Rogers died Saturday, August 1, 2020 at her residence. She was born December 27, 1928 in Erie, Kansas the daughter of Trixie Powell and George Hager.

She was an only child, working for the phone company for many years, she put herself through Pittsburg State University. She met her husband Aaron while attending college.

She was involved with many organizations; Rogers Noon Lions Club, Quester’s Club, Business and Professional Women, Kappa Sorority, She served as a board member of the Rogers Historical Museum. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church located in downtown Rogers.

She was a career English teacher, serving for 40 years Rogers Public School District. She retired from Elmwood Middle School. She substituted for many years with the Rogers School District after retirement. Through her many years of teaching, she influenced many generations in Rogers. She also inspired many students to serve as teachers themselves.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Retired United States Air Force Lieutenant Col. Aaron Dickerson in 1989, one son; Mark Dickerson in April 2020, her granddaughter; Julie Petree, and her parents.

Kathleen is survived by: three grandchildren; Chris Dickerson and his wife Jennifer, of Bentonville, Sarah Wooten, and her husband Travis, of Rogers, Tony Petree and his wife Rachel, of Rogers, and nine great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Kathleen’s life will be announced at a later date by the family.

Memorials may be sent to: The Rogers Historical Museum.
