Mary Lee Burnett Faulkner
(October 4, 1919 - March 23, 2012)

Mary Lee Burnett Faulkner, age 92, of Mena, Arkansas passed away Friday, March 23, 2012 in Mena.

She was born October o4, 1919 in DeKalb, Texas to the late James Blant Burnett and the late Minnie D. Larue Burnett. Mary was married to the late William Lewis Faulkner on May 05, 1935, for seventy years. She loved going fishing and picnics with her family that she loved dearly. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and a friend to all who knew her.

She is survived by:

Sons: Jimmy Faulkner and wife Linda of Greenwood, Arkansas Jack Faulkner of Mena, Arkansas

Daughters: Nancy Abbott and husband Tom of Owasso, Oklahoma Doris Abbott and husband Gus of Collinsville, Oklahoma Nodene Goodgame and husband Dick of Mena, Arkansas Linda Davis and husband Jim of Mena, Arkansas Carla Mosley and husband Steve of Mena, Arkansas

16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren,12 great-great grandchildren.

Sister-in-Law: Arlene Johnson

Brother-in-Law: Dick Golden

4 nieces and 1 nephew

And a host of friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, William Faulkner, parents, James and Minnie Burnett, brothers, Oliver Burnett, Harrison Burnett, J.B. Burnett, Clarence Burnett, sisters, Vera Trolinger and Helen Golden.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 27, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Beasley-Wood Chapel with Brother Donnie Jewell officiating. Interment will follow at the Pinecrest Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.

Pallbearers will be Steve Abbott, Mark Abbott, Shawn Abbott, Richard Abbott, Kenneth Abbott, Bobby Faulkner, Scott Faulkner, Ethan Nahte, David Dilbeck and Nick Mosley.

Visitation will be General.

Floyd Mark Green
(May 7, 1960 - March 26, 2012)

Floyd Mark Green, age 51, of Whitesboro, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, March 26, 2012.

He was born May 7, 1960 in Fall River Mills, California to the late Floyd Green and to Patricia Johnson Green. He was a dry wall construction worker by profession and was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

He is survived by:

Mother: Patricia Green of Whitesboro, Oklahoma Sons: Brandon Samuels of Talihina, Oklahoma Casey Green of Poteau, Oklahoma Rowdy Green of Ft. Smith, Arkansas Jacob Green of Ft. Smith, Arkansas

Daughters: Amber Samuels of Talihina, Oklahoma Crystal Green of Durant, Oklahoma Marcia Brewer of Poteau, Oklahoma

Brothers: Curtis Green of Whitesboro, Oklahoma Phillip Green of Whitesboro, Oklahoma Thurman Green of Talihina, Oklahoma

Sister: Lisa Blue of Talihina, Oklahoma

8 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Floyd was sent for cremation under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena. The family will conduct a private service at a later time.

David Leroy Crawford
(April 10, 1948 - March 26, 2012)

David Leroy Crawford, age 63, of Mena, Arkansas, passed away Monday, March 26, 2012 at his home.

He was born April 10, 1948 in Mena, Arkansas to the late Pool Austin Crawford and the late Mildred Lance Crawford. David was a member of the Acorn Baptist Church and was a loving brother, uncle and friend and will be greatly missed by his family and those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by:

Sisters: Joyce Tolleson and husband Buster of Mena, Arkansas Betty Golden and husband Douglas of Mena, Arkansas

Nieces: Rachel Alaniz of Horatio, Arkansas Dana Kincaid of Mena, Arkansas Misty Hubbard of Mena, Arkansas Melissa Ellis of Keller, Texas

Nephews: Teddy Tolleson of Mena, Arkansas Jimmy W. Golden of Bentonville, Arkansas

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pool and Mildred Crawford , and a sister Alice Marie Crawford.

Graveside services will be Friday, March 30, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Gilead Cemetery in Rocky with Brother Roger Bishop officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home. A visitation for family and friends will be Thursday evening, March 29th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Samuel Haden Rhodes
(January 14, 1938 - March 24, 2012)

Samuel Haden Rhodes, age 74, of Mena, Arkansas passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012 in Mena.

Sam was born January 14, 1938 in Vandervoort, Arkansas to the late Monroe Rhodes and the late Myrtle Lee Lambert Rhodes. He was a retired small business owner in gas distribution. He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church at Big Fork. Sam loved the farm and ranch life. He enjoyed riding horses, farming, raising cattle and anything his grandchildren wanted him to do with them. Sam loved visiting with friends at the coffee shop. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all who knew him.

He is survived by:

Daughters: Molly Lindsey and husband Randy of Mena, Arkansas Marla Parrett and husband Mike of Sherwood, Arkansas

Grandchildren: Toni Lindsey of Mena, Arkansas Dani Lindsey of Mena, Arkansas Ian Parrett of Sherwood, Arkansas

Sisters: Isabelle McClinton of Mena, Arkansas Delia Forrest and husband Ezra of Mena, Arkansas

Brother: Oren Rhodes of Hatfield, Arkansas

Numerous nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe and Myrtle Rhodes, and two brothers.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 27, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at the Beasley-Wood Chapel with Brother Wayne Burns officiating. Interment will follow in the Witherspoon Cemetery in Vandervoort, Arkansas under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.

Family and friends visitation will be Monday, March 26, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.

Holly Hellam Lunsford
(January 30, 1981 - March 18, 2012)

Holly Hellam Lunsford, age 31, of Mena, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2012 at her home.

She was born January 30, 1981 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Loren Hellam and to Vicki Usrey Hellam. She was a member of the Union Mission Pentecostal Church and was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and friend.

She is survived by:

Mother: Vicki Hellam of Mena, Arkansas

Son: Tyler Warren of Ft. Smith, Arkansas Daughter: Joyanna Chaney of Mena, Arkansas

Brothers: Jon Flowers of San Diego, California Charles Hellam of Mena, Arkansas

Sisters: Stacey Roeck of Mena, Arkansas Heather Walston of Hatfield, Arkansas

She was preceded in death by her father, Loren Hellam.

Memorial services for Holly will be held Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 12 noon at Eagleton Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
