Caryn Denise Guthrie-Dennis, 46, of Cotter passed away Friday, December 4, 2015 at her residence.
Caryn was born February 28, 1969 in Mountain Home to the late Orville and Darlene (Oliver) Guthrie.
Caryn’s life was centered on her family, that she loved very dearly, especially her grandchildren.
She also spent time taking care of her chickens, of which many were her pets.
Caryn is survived by her husband, Stephen Dennis of the home; two daughters, Stephanie Sanders (Kenny) of Mountain Home and Laura Crawford of Lexington, Kentucky; one son, Craig Dennis of Midway; four grandchildren, Justin, Natalie, Alex and Aidan and three sisters, Cathy, Carolyn and Colleen.
A memorial gathering will take place on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Conner-Hankins Funeral Home & Cremation Center Chapel.

Darrell Wayne Holland, 65, of Mountain Home passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at his residence.
Darrell was born April 20, 1950 to Worth and Virginia (Rhodes) Holland in Danville, Arkansas.
He was a Navy veteran, having served on the USS Enterprise.
He truly loved God and singing gospel music.
He was a well-known craftsman who owned and operated D. W. Woodworks for over twenty-five years.
He loved his family very much.
He was especially proud of his “girls” and all his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Holland of the home; three daughters, Angie Adkins (Mark) of Jonesboro, Gwen Hammond (Gary) of Mountain Home and Trisha Woody (Derak) of Norfork; seven grandchildren, Mersadeze, Lauren, Audrey, Tristan, Madison, David and Arinne; one great-grandchild, Kennedy; his mother, Virginia Holland of Harrah, Oklahoma; two brothers, Paul and Ronald Holland and one sister, LaJuana Crawford.
He was preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Chester and Mickey Holland and one sister, Diane Staley.
A visitation will take place from 6 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Conner-Hankins Funeral Home & Cremation Center Chapel.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Twin Lakes Baptist Church with Pastor Sam Bailey officiating.
