Mrs. Sandra J. Muldoon

Mrs. Sandra Jean Muldoon, 53, of Coal Hill died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999, at Countryside Manor Nursing Home.
She was a native of Hartman, daughter of the late Harl and Laura Mae Akins Estep, widow of John Muldoon, member of the Coal Hill Baptist Church, Coal Hill VFW Auxiliary, and the Eagles, graduate of Hartman High School and retired from the accounting department of Tyson Foods, Inc.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, James and Kelly Muldoon of Russellville; and one sister, Harlene Rinke of Del City, Okla.
Funeral was at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, at Coal Hill Baptist Church with Rev. J. Nathan Payne officiating.
Burial was in Hess cemetery under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Chris Rinke, Randy Muldoon, Shannon Binyon, Billy Bramlett, Kevin Muldoon, Darryl Muldoon, and Brent Yates.

Mrs. Reba Joyce Neil

Mrs. Reba Joyce (Peepsie) Neil, 57, of Springdale died Friday, Nov. 19, 1999, at Northwest Medical Center.
A native of Lamar, she was a daughter of the late Vaughn Oscar Selby, a Baptist, and member of the American Quarter Horse Association.
Survivors include her husband, Gene Neil; one son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey Von and Michala Garrison of Clarksville; one daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Allen Neidhart; mother, Mrs. Frances Proctor Selby of Lamar; two sisters, Mary Brown of Ozone and Paula Cline of Arlington, Texas; and three grandchildren, Edward Hoepfner of Bella Vista and Ty Roper and Rachel Garrison, both of Clarksville.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22, at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale with Rev. Ron Selby officiating. Burial was in the Sonora cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jerry Ball, Howard George, Bob Houston, Bobby Long, Wade Ramsey, and Kevin Sutton.

Mrs. Mazie Shackleford

Mrs. Mazie Lee Shackleford, 59, of Clarksville died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1999, at St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center in Little Rock.
She was a daughter of the late Samual and Ethel Chancy Bryant and a native of Alabama.
Survivors include her husband, Ken C. Shackleford; two daughters, Debbie Rodriguez of Clarksville and Wanda Cartwright of Little Rock; one son, Samuel Shackleford of Clarks-
ville; one stepson, Kenneth Curtis Shackleford Jr. of Haughton, La.; four stepdaughters, Cheri Hazelwood and Vickie Sue Shackleford, both of Magnolia, Cathy Parker of Little Rock, and Shelia Caruso of Chicago, Ill.; two sisters, Darlene Speake and Doris Bryant, both of Florida; three brothers, Frank Bryant of Florida, J. C. Bryant of Louann, and Andy Bryant of Tennessee; 20 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel with Rev. Darren Richardson officiating. Burial was in Harmony cemetery.
Pallbearers were J. R. Nichols, Larry Hall, William Catlett, Garrett Seakman, Gene Baker, and Robert Nichols.

Lester Lloyd Hall

Lester Lloyd Hall, 57, of Altus died Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Altus and a veteran of the Army National Guard.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Cora Hall; two daughters, Margaret Kinsworthy of Denning and Cynthia Russell of Altus; one son, Lester Leon Hall of Altus; four sisters, Betty Pitts of Tulare, Calif., Patsy Berenzak of Midwest City, Okla., Rosie Pitts of Riverbank, Calif., and Floy Johnson of Charleston; four brothers, Leroy Hall and Lendall Hall, both of Bixby, Okla., Carl Hall of Sallisaw, Okla., and Harold Hall of Clear Lake, Calif.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Private family burial was in the Houston cemetery at Altus.

James V. Carpenter

James Vernon Carpenter, 56, of Ozark died Friday, Nov. 19, 1999, at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith.
A native of Hagarville, he was a son of the late Vernon Carpenter, a truck driver, a former ambulance driver, Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, and a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and John Randolph of the Pleasant View Community; mother, Katherine Mansfield Carpenter Williams of Sandpoint, Idaho; stepmother, Mary Lou Carpenter of Clarksville; two half-brothers, Johnny Williams and Junior Williams, both of Sandpoint, Idaho; one half-sister, Shirley Williams of Sandpoint, Idaho; and two grandchildren, Alicia Nacole Randolph and Christopher John Randolph, both of the Pleasant View Community.
Graveside services and burial were at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22, at the Owens cemetery at Dover under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service of Russellville.
Pallbearers were John Randolph, C. J. Randolph, Marshall Chrisman, Monte Canady, Euel Carpenter, and Raymond Carpenter.

Charles W. Watson

Charles Willard Watson, 82, of Clarksville died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1999, at his home.
He was a native of Alabama, son of the late Charles and Ada Bell Posey Watson, Army veteran of World War II, member of the Full Gospel Church in Clarksville and the VFW, a Mason, and was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Ola Mae Watson, one son, Charles Alan Watson, and one brother, Douglas Watson.
He is survived by three daughters, Dotty Stillwell of Clarksville, Sue Koester of Hartman, and Betty Baldwin of Mishawaka, Ind.; two sons, Jerry Watson and Robert Watson, both of Mishawaka, Ind.; one sister, Gloria McNeely of Lamar; seven brothers, James Watson of Oak Grove, Mo., Ray Watson and Paul Watson, both of Holden, Mo., Robert Watson of Carthage, Mo., Gene Watson of Noel, Mo., and Phil Watson of Clarksville; 17 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel with Rev. J. W. McEntyre officiating. Burial was in Oakland cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Casey Slitz, Gene Baldwin, Larry Gravit, Dusty Stillwell, Nathan Stillwell, and Brandon Stillwell.
Honorary pallbearers were Lee Cummings, Ron Pilling, Jim Moore, Willie Kirk, Jimmy Harden, Curtis Rayes, Timmy Beeman, Ray Austin, and Cecil Hudson.

Mrs. Belinda Waterman

Mrs. Belinda Waterman, 46, of Dover died Sunday, Nov. 14, 1999, at her home.
A native of Clarksville, she was a member of the Full Gospel Lighthouse.
Survivors include her husband, Phil Waterman; three daughters, Rachel Curtis of Lamar, April Waterman of Dover, and Angela Pyburn of Potts-
ville; parents Finis and Katherine Mathis Leavell of Dover; two brothers, Steve Leavell of Russellville and Jamie Leavell of Dover; three sisters, Annette Proctor of Hagarville, Trudy Leavell of Russellville and Tammy McMinn of Dover; six grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial were at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at the Adams cemetery with Rev. Bobby Freeman officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
Active pallbearers were Kelly Hodges, Joe Morris, Lynn Brown, Dennis Bates, Darrell Hogan, and Gary Freeman.
Honorary pallbearers were Dean Hull and Dustin Brown.

Mrs. Annie Waterman

Mrs. Annie B. Waterman, 89, of Russellville died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 1999, at AMI St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville.
She was born at Fort Douglas on July 14, 1910, to William Jesse and Cordelia Ross Phillips and was married to Ed Waterman in June 1942. She was a member of the Church of Christ and was preceded in death by six brothers, Heartsill, Robert, Claud, George and Guss Phillips and Homer Terry, and one sister, Ollie Terry Ross.
She is survived by one son, Troy Edward Waterman of Lamar; one daughter, Juanita Metz of Russellville; four sisters, Louvena Howard and Clara Carter of Russellville, Ella Mae Tilton of Pyatt, and Levi Terry Stone of Missouri; two brothers, Marion Phillips of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Frank Phillips of Tiffin, Ohio; four grandchildren, La Wanda Emberson of Beebe, Jerry Metz of Hot Springs, Jo Ann Russett of Wake Village, Texas, and John E. Metz of Littleton, Colo.; nine great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial were at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at the Fort Douglas cemetery with Eldon Hellums officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service of Russellville.
Pallbearers were Robert Bartlett, Bud Phillips, Varnell Nelson, Terry Yancey, Earl Page, Jeff Russett, and Jesse Donaldson.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
