Survived by husband Michael; sister Deanna (Joseph) Santasiere; children Linda Collins, Thomas (Ingrid) Vilas and Gary Vilas; grandchildren Frances, Michele, Brian, Marc, Ryan, Seth, Alexander and Scott; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Constance was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited 7:45 p.m., Tuesday, June 6, 2000. Mass will be offered 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 7, 2000 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1800 N. Camino Pio Decimo. BALOGH, Mary I., 86, of Tucson, died June 6, 2000. Born December 17, 1913 in Catasauqua, PA. She was a great cook and we will miss her Nana B cookies. Survived by beloved husband, George J. Balogh of Tucson; daughters, Joan (Don) Carlson of Tucson, Barbara (Eugene) Shukis of El Paso, TX; sons, Dr. Nicholas (Carol) Pazzi of Tucson, James (Rose) Pazzi of Hillsdale, MI; sisters, Agusta Haselhuhn of Pontiac, MI, Helen Sherrill of Sterling Heights, MI; brothers, Byron Danner of Utica, MI, William Danner of Sterling Heights, MI; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren. Service Friday, 1:00 p.m., EVERGREEN MORTUARY. Interment Evergreen cemetery. Friends may call Thursday, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 711 E. ELIZABETH LILLIAN CLEMENT, 35, of Tucson, passed away June 4, 2000. She was born on November 5, 1964 in Wilcox, AZ. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Clement; two children, Laci Clement and Justin Dirks; her parents, Silvestre and Dolores Ledesma; one brother, Silvestre (Maria) Ledesma; grandmother, Mary Rodriguez; her in-laws, Edward Sr. and Peggy Clement; brother-in-law, Edward Jr. (Kandi); sisters-in-law, Teresa (Dan) First and Debbie (Tom) Buzan; aunts and uncles, Esther, Judy, Sally, Nancy, Joel, Albert, Lawrence, Phillip; three other uncles and one aunt; a cousin, David Rodriguez; and many other loving family members and friends. She was an active member of Living Word Chapel and the George Strait Fan Club. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 8th at 11:00 a.m. at Living Word Chapel, 3941 W. Highway 77, Oracle, AZ. 896-2771.

DOEBLER-GLASER, Muriel W., died June 5, 2000. Born Muriel Walmsley in Washington, D.C. August 7, 1910, and educated in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Prior to moving to Tucson in 1980, she had lived for 53 years in Flushing and Southold, New York, summering occasionally in Rochester, Vermont.
After the death of her first husband, James Tait, in 1960, she opened The Wedgwood Shop – a dinnerware and table accessories business – in an historic 17th century cottage in Southold, enjoying a fabulous success. The original cottage had to be enlarged three times to accommodate the growing business. Eight years later, she married Errol Weber Doebler of Southold, who died in 1978. She was subsequently married to Frederick Glaser of Short Hills, New Jersey, who predeceased her in 1991. She is survived by a beloved daughter, Suzanne Alison of Rochester, Vermont; three grandchildren, Keith Friedman of Santa Barbara, CA, Anne Friedman and Rex Alison of Tucson, Arizona; and four great-grandchildren, David, Chelsea, Ari and Ian Friedman.
Muriel was an incredibly caring and thoughtful friend and will be fondly remembered by friends and acquaintances all over the world. Her family and close friends feel truly blessed that her life touched theirs.
She will be laid to rest in Flushing, New York, beside her husband Jim Tait. A memorial service of thanksgiving and praise for her wonderful life will be held on Sunday, June 11th at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Country Club of La Cholla, Tucson, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Odyssey (Dignita) Hospice, Suite 107, 1730 River Road, Tucson, AZ 85718, whose sensitive care eased her transition and provided deeply appreciated support to her family and care givers. Arrangements by the ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. (at Speedway).

HENRY J. 'GORDO' GONZALES, Age 39, passed away June 4, 2000 in a tragic accident. He was a native Tucsonan and lived life to his fullest. Henry is survived by his wife, Barbara of 20 years; and three daughters, Yvonne, Valerie and Michelle 'Monique'; his parents, Estevan and Amelia Gonzales; brother, Steve Gonzales; and two sisters, Elaine Baker and Dehlia Howerton; many nieces and nephews and other family and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 8, 2000 at 9:00 a.m. at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY, 5401 S. Park Ave. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at South Lawn cemetery.

DONALD L. HAMPSHIRE, 77, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2000. preceded in death by parents, Mabel and Albert Hampshire; sister, Edna; and brother, Robert. Survived by wife of 54 years, Glenda C.; sons, Don P. and David A.; daughter, Beverly A. Terrell; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Don served as superintendent of schools in Defiance, Ohio and was a member of Catalina United Methodist Church. Private memorial services were held at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 3551 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19140.

MAY, William R., of Catalina, died May 24, 2000, in his home. Survived by his wife of 55 years, Louise of Catalina, AZ. Father of Allan R. May of Catalina, AZ and Dara Davis of Tucson, AZ.; two Grandchildren; brother of Fern Main of Texas. Memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2000 at 9:00 A.M. at the home of Dara Davis. PAUL MUNOZ - May 26, 2000 - Thank You to the all the nursing employees at the Desert Life Rehabilitation and Care Center for the wonderful care provided to our brother, Paul Munoz, who died May 26, 2000 after a long illness and a broken heart. Special thanks to Helen and Jane of St. Mary's Hospice and for all the cards, flowers, and food sent to our home from friends and relatives.

ROBINSON, Barbara Payne, died June 5, 2000. She was born April 9, 1903 in Deer Creek, OK, to parents Isaac O. and Lois Cummings Payne. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Eugene Payne. She has no living relatives. She obtained a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri and a Master of Arts degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. Mrs. Robinson was a high school teacher in Missouri and taught at Phoenix Junior College in Phoenix. Other career positions included being a reporter for one year in Brazil, the Founding Editor of a state trucking magazine in Detroit, adviser to The Current News in Phoenix, reporter for the AZ Republic and the AZ. Times, Phoenix; she was a writer for the AZ Daily Star and the University of Arizona Press Bureau. Besides reporting the news, Mrs. Robinson had a special fondness for horses. She was featured in the February 23, 1999 issue of the Tucson Daily Citizen as a rodeo parade participant, still having her hat and boots from the 1940's. Her favorite pastime until a recent fall and stroke, was reading daily The Wall Street Journal.
At her request, there will be no services. Memorial contributions can be made to The Mended Hearts, Inc., 4722 N. Mayfair Circle, Tucson, AZ, 85750.
Local arrangements are by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Dodge Chapel.

PRISCILLA ELAINE SERLING - Priscilla Serling, a supervisor at America OnLine's Technical Support Center in Tucson, passed away June 5, 2000 after a four-month illness.
She was a devoted mother, wife and friend to many during her too brief time with those who loved and admired her throughout her versatile career. She was one of the first 30 persons hired when AOL opened its first call center here in 1994, and was quickly promoted into several supervisory positions including the company's Tech Live and Prime Host programs.
Previously, Priscilla had been a flight attendant with Western Airlines, travel agent, and founded her own computer consulting and database design firm, Simplified. Prior to joining AOL, she served as coordinator of group billing at the Westin La Paloma, where she established the hotel's first effective computerized liaison among its front desk reservations, convention services, and accounting departments.
She was born in Boston, Mass. April 23, 1943, and moved with her family to West Covina, Calif., where she attended public schools. She flew for Western for five years, resigning in 1968 to marry Robert J. Serling, former aviation editor of United Press International. The couple lived in Potomac, MD., until 1981 when they moved with their two children to Tucson. Before embarking on a computer-oriented career, Priscilla served as a volunteer counselor with the Tucson Rape Crisis Center and Child Protection Services.
She is survived by her husband; daughter, Jennifer; son, Jeff; grandson, Caleb; brothers Kenneth and Larry; and sister Linda.
Memorial Service, Friday, 3:00 p.m., EVERGREEN MORTUARY, N. Oracle & W. Miracle Mile. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, it would be honored by donations made in Priscilla's memory to the Amyloid Treatment and Research Program, Attn: Dr. Martha Skinner, 715 Albany St. F229, Boston, MA, 02118.

SKAGGS, Bill, 45, cherished and treasured friend, ended his valiant battle with cancer on May 29, 2000. With courage and dignity, he showed us all the meaning of life. He is survived by his partner of 21 years Jesse Kossar; maternal grandmother Carolyn Elliot; parents, Ray and Rose Skaggs; brothers Robert (Karen), Ray (Jennie), Gary; sisters Betty (Gerette) Nelson, KY, JoAnn (Mary), Donna Murray, NV; nephew Troy, NV; nieces Leslie, KY, Michelle, KY, Tiffany NV, Tonya, NV, Kiley and Nicole; several uncles, aunts, cousins, numerous friends and associates. A special Thanks to Ms. Dorothy Kossar for her caring efforts. 'B.J.' accomplished many tasks that he undertook. One that stands out is his, and his life partner, developing and operating J.B. Wrangler and Co. located at Foothills Mall, which made him very proud. Per his request, there will be no scheduled services. In memory, Mr. Bill will be part of the Adopt a Highway Program on Interstate 17, in northern Arizona. Remembrances can be made through UMC Cancer Center or any cancer organization of your choice. COMPSTON, Ronald Dennis, age 56, died June 6, 2000. He is survived by his wife of eight years, Diana Compston of Tucson, AZ; son, Jeffrey (Susan) Compston of San Leandro, CA; stepson, William L. Smith of Tucson, AZ; mother, Gloria (Robert) Hammaker of Fountain Valley, CA; halfsister, Cheryl DelPorto of NV. preceded in death by father, Frank Compston; and halfbrother, Rodney Hammaker. Ronald worked for 26 years as a Quality Assurance Specialist. A memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 10, 2000 at HEATHER MORTUARY, 1040 N. Columbus, Tucson.

GOLDER, Lola J., 75, of Tucson, passed away on June 6, 2000. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Jessie Harris; and one brother, Burl Cosper. She is survived by her husband, Raymond; a son, Greg (Bette) Trahan; a daughter, Lorrie (David) McGee; six grandchildren; two brothers, Jack Harris and Amos Cosper; two sisters, Thelma Castleberry and Norma Jo LeBlanc; and many other loving family members and friends. She retired from Tucson Unified School District's Food Service Industry in 1993 and was an active worker for Pima Co. City Election Boards. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 8, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY. Interment at South Lawn cemetery.

FLENOY C. HAMMOND, 72, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away June 01, 2000. He was born June 17, 1927 in Lake Village, Arkansas. He was retired from the Chrysler Corporation where he worked on the assembly line. He is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy Tumblin Hammon; two sons, David Hammond and Michael T. Odum; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday, June 09, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY, 5401 S. Park Ave. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Dee Bulante and Rev. Lee Norris May officiating. Interment will follow at South Lawn cemetery. McMILLEN, George Henry, 79 years old, died June 4, 2000 in Phoenix. Born on April 17, 1921 in Hopwood, PA. Survived by his two sons, George (Sanan) McMillen Jr., James (Carol) McMillen; three daughters, Jacqueline (John) Phillips, Paula (Harry) Newell, Pamela (Dusty) White; brother, Donald McMillen; sister, Loretta Leoni; 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. TORRES, Angel Araiza, of Tucson, Arizona passed away June 06, 2000. Survived by paternal grandparents, Diana and Luis Araiza; maternal grandparents, Isabel and Miguel Torres; parents, Luis Araiza, Jr. and Edie Torres; uncles, Hector and Daniel Araiza and Miguelito Torres. WHITNEY, Clifford L., 77, of Tucson, passed away on June 5, 2000. He is preceded in death by his wife, Alice and one grandson, Casey Whitney. He is survived by two daughters, Judy (Robert) Lamb, Marjorie (Harry) Figgins; three sons, Charles (Brenda), Danny (Michele) and Clifford; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; two brothers, Donald, of N.Y. and Charles; one sister, Virginia; and many other loving family members and friends. He served in the United States Army and was retired from Anamax Mines. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 9, at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY CHAPEL.
