It was here he learned the operation of the foundry and fabrication from the ground up. How do you sum up a person beyond the facts of their birth and death and in-between? Parker was one of the few people who could truly be called "selfless", a rare attribute. He was warm, kind, loving, and sweet, a true Christian gentleman. He genuinely loved people and saw good in all mankind. He loved the Lord with all of his heart, mind, and soul. He loved the beach and the river, boats and cars, fishing and football. To stand with Parker at water's edge was to watch and hear him revel in his surroundings. He was, in short, a wonderful man who will sorely be missed by all who knew him. God speed, Parker.
