Funeral services for Michele Ketchem Koucheky, 35, St. Augustine, who died Oct. 30, 1997, at University Hospital, Jacksonville, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident, will be held at 7 p.m. today at Craig Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Talmadge Ethridge, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be at the Brownsdale Cemetery, Butler. Friends may call at Craig chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
Memorials, in her memory, can be made to the St. Francis House, 70 Washington St., St. Augustine, 32084; or to the Feed the Children Foundation, c/o Craig Funeral Home, POB 99, St. Augustine, 32085.

Clayton Myers
Clayton Edward Myers, 66, Jacksonville, died Nov. 1, 1997, at his home. He was born in Walker County, Ala., and he was a retired brick mason. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and he was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the St. Augustine Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, with Bishop Zane Stephens officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Alabama.
Friends may call at the church from noon Tuesday until the hour of services.
Survivors include one daughter, Linda Stephens, St. Augustine; two sons, Edward Myers, Deerfield Beach, Marc Myers, Pompano; two sisters, Catherine and Ellen; three brothers, Wayne, Bobby and F.D. Myers; and six grandchildren.
Craig Funeral Home is in charge.

Clement Solano
Clement E. Solano, 69, Elkton, died Nov. 2, 1997, at Flagler Hospital East. He was a lifelong resident of Elkton, and he owned Solano Creek Aviary. He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, with the Rev. Patrick Carroll, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Ambrose Cemetery. Prayers will be said at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Ambrose Church. Friends may call at the church from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Survivors include one brother, James M. Solano, Elkton; a niece, Mrs. Joseph (Jackie) Shugart, St. Augustine; and one nephew, Donnie G. Solano, Coventry, Ga.

Mary Tisdale
Funeral services for Mary Maglene Tisdale, 61, St. Augustine, who died Nov. 1, 1997, at her home, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Craig Funeral Home chapel, with Don Ramsey, pastor of Mill Creek Baptist Church, officiating.
Friends may call at Craig Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

Leacy Atkins
Leacy Euland Atkins, 77, 106 Lincoln St., died Oct. 31, 1997, at her home. She was born in Manassa, Ga., and she had returned to St. Augustine 10 years ago from New York City. She was a retired supervisor in a button factor in New York City, and she had attended St. Augustine schools. She was a member of St. Paul AME Church.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul AME Church, with the Rev. F.D. Richardson Jr., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Memorial Park. Friends may call at Chase and Son Funeral Home chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, and at the church from 10 a.m. Thursday until the hour of services.
Survivors include her husband, Obie Atkins, St. Augustine; sisters, Hattie (Mrs. Clyde) Jenkins, Essie Spates, Lizzie Preston, St. Augustine, Idella Adams, Youngstown, Ohio; a brother, Troy Hickson, St. Augustine; an adopted sister, Johnny Mae Hauser; and other relatives.

Domingo Ayo Sr.
Domingo Ayo Sr., 83, St. Augustine, died Nov. 1, 1997, at his home. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the chapel of Craig Funeral Home. Burial will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.

Fred Banks
Fred Howard Banks, 73, Palatka, died Nov. 1, 1997, at his home. He was born in Lumpkin, Ga., and he moved to Florida in 1935. He was a retired carpenter, and he was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, serving in World War II.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Augustine Memorial Park, with the Rev. Wayne Bush officiating.
Mr. Banks was preceded in death by a son, Walter Howard Banks.
Survivors include three children, Fredna Swofford, Guy ``Gator'' Banks, Betty Bush; two stepsons, Tommy and Eddie Rake; an adopted son, Henry Starling; two brothers, Floyd and Charles Banks; three sisters, Martha Rexroad, Mary Carter, Betty Bennett; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Craig Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Hildred Bockler
Hildred L. Bockler, Vicar's Landing, Ponte Vedra Beach, died early today. She was a lifelong resident of St. Augustine.
Arrangements will be announced by Croyle Funeral Home.

Richard Davenport
Richard W. Davenport, 37, died Nov. 2, 1997, at Flagler Hospital West, following a brief illness. Arrangements will be announced by Coleman's Mortuary.

Gertrude Free
Gertrude Free, 88, St. Augustine, died Nov. 2, 1997, at Flagler Hospital West. She was born in Lexington, Ky., and she had resided here for the past two months. She was a retired foreman, and she was of the Pentecostal faith.
Services and burial will be held at a later date in Kentucky.
Survivors include one daughter, Darlene Osiborski, one son, Charles Free, both of St. Augustine; a sister, Ruby Hatcher, Lexington; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Craig Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Eleanor Ann Wright, 72, St. Augustine Beach, died Nov. 2, 1997, at Flagler Hospital West. She was born in Burbank, Calif., and she had resided here since 1986. She was a retired executive secretary, having worked for the California Highway Patrol as well as the U.S. Forest Service. She was of the Baptist faith.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Augustine Memorial Park, with the Rev. Michael Mott, Moultrie Baptist Church pastor, officiating.
Survivors include one daughter, Lea Moullin, St. Augustine; one sister, Marjorie Havis, San Jose, Calif.; and two nieces.

Henry Sams
Henry Lee Sams, 51, St. Augustine, died Nov. 3, 1997, at his home. He was born in Reynolds, Ga., and he had resided here for the past 28 years. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia, earning a BBA degree. He was an active member of Memorial Lutheran Church, and he was the owner of The Nautilus at the Beach.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Dr. Kerry Hinkley, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Memorial Park. Friends may call at Craig Funeral Home chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Flowers are gratefully accepted, or those wishing may make a donation, in his memory, to Hospice Northeast, 1400 Old Dixie Hwy., Suite A, St. Augustine, 32086.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Sams, St. Augustine; his children, Jimmy Childre Jr., Bob Childre, Lynda Kuecker, Charlotte Childre, Erny Childre; grandchildren, Kelly and Katie Kuecker, Jackson and Scotty Childre; two brothers, Dr. Frank Sams, Clinton Sams; and several nieces and nephews.

Lucy Crichton
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Lucy Parker Crichton will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Christ Episcopal Church, Ponte Vedra. Mrs. Crichton died Nov. 3. She was born in Pelham, Ga., and she lived in Milwaukee, Wis., for many years before moving to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1979. She was a longtime member of Christ Church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made, in her honor, to Christ Episcopal Church, Ponte Vedra Beach.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Scott Crichton; her children, Sally C. Lewis, Pittsburgh, Pa., Lucy C. Metting, Concord, N.H., R. Scott Crichton, Fromberg, Mont.; a sister, Chandler Collins, one brother, William Parker, four grandchildren, one great-grandson and other relatives.

Hosea Jackson
Hosea Ezekiel Jackson, infant son of Sennett Jackson, died Oct. 30, 1997, at the University Medical Center, Jacksonville. He was born Oct. 30 in Jacksonville.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Woodlawn Cemetery, with the Rev. Nathaniel Jackson, pastor of New St. James Baptist Church, officiating. Friends may call at Chase and Son Funeral Home chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his grandmother, Sheila Jackson, St. Augustine; one great-grandmother, Dinetha Wilbur, St. Augustine; and a number of other relatives.

William Jones Sr.
William Henry Jones Sr., 67, St. Augustine, died Nov. 3, 1997, at Memorial Medical Center, Jacksonville. He was born in Trenton, N.J., and he had resided in St. Augustine for the past nine years. He was a retired bus operator, and he served as a union representative for the bus operators' union. He was past grand knight of Knights of Columbus, First Florida Council No. 611, and he was a member of Cathedral Parish.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Cathedral-Basilica of St. Augustine. Burial will be in San Lorenzo Cemetery. Friends may call at Craig Funeral Home chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, and prayers will be said at Craig chapel at 7 p.m. Thursday.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lois Jones, St. Augustine; four sons, Isaac Timothy Jones, Jacksonville, William H. Jones Jr., Tucson, Ariz., James Gregory Jones, San Manuel, Ariz., Jeffrey Lee Jones, Jacksonville; a stepson, Michael Wayne Mallory, Tucson; one sister, Evelyn Snell, Garden Grove, Calif., and eight grandchildren.

Dorothy Muller
Graveside memorial services for Dorothy Bernadette Muller, 72, St. Augustine, who died Oct. 23, 1997, at Vencor Hospital, Green Cove Springs, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Augustine Memorial Park, with the Rev. William Mooney, pastor of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, officiating.

Funeral services for Henry Lee Sams, 51, St. Augustine, who died Nov. 3, 1997, at his home, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Irene White, 62, died Nov. 2, 1997, at Heartland Health Care Center, Jacksonville, following a lengthy illness. She was born in Live Oak, and she moved to Jacksonville from St. Augustine in 1983. She was a secretary for McGraw Hill Publishers in New York City for many years, and she attended Florida State University and the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville.
Graveside services were to be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Live Oak Cemetery, with the Rev. Lyman Kirkwood officiating. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a contribution, in her memory, to Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Blvd., Jacksonville, 32257.
Survivors include a sister, Stanley Kellogg, Longwood; one brother, Robert White, Huntsville, Ala.; seven nieces and nephews and eight grandnieces and nephews.
