COVINGTON, Ind. – Richard Ellis Martin, 73, of Covington died at 8 p.m. Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2001) at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Danville.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Christian Union Church, Covington. The Rev. Grover Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Lower Mound Cemetery, Covington, with military rites by the American Legion.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Shelby Funeral Home, 622 Third St., Covington, and for one hour before the services Friday at the church.

CHAMPAIGN – Edward Moran, 79, of Champaign died at 6:55 a.m. Wednesday (Jan. 31, 2001) at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.
Funeral arrangements were incomplete at Owens Funeral Home, 101 N. Elm St., C.
Floyd Parrish
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Floyd D. Parrish, 89, of Washington, formerly of Danville, died Jan. 16, 2001, at Sibley Hospital, Washington.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the (Episcopal) Church of the Holy Trinity, 308 N. Vermilion St., Danville. The Rev. Geoffrey Scanlon will officiate. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Danville.
There will be no visitation. Pape Memorial Home, Danville, is in charge of arrangements.

SHUMWAY – Marjorie Irene Reynolds, 78, of Shumway died at 1:53 a.m. Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2001) at St. Anthony Memorial Hospital, Effingham.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Faith Lutheran Church, Shumway. Burial will be in Stewardson Cemetery, Stewardson.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

HOMER – Ralph E. Robertson, 77, of Homer died at 2 a.m. Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2001) at the Urbana Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Freese Funeral Home, 202 W. Main St., Sidney. The Rev. Dennis Meyer will officiate. Burial will be in Newman Township Cemetery, Newman.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

NEWMAN – Donald Lynn Rund, 64, of Newman died at 4:28 a.m. Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2001) at home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Joines Funeral Home, 401 W. Gillogly St., Newman. The Rev. Kevin Nourie will officiate. Burial with military rites by Hume American Legion Post 369 will be in Payne Cemetery, Brocton.

MONTICELLO – Katharine Elizabeth Alexander Stutzenstein, 95, of Monticello died at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2001) at the Piatt County Nursing Home, Monticello.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, 215 E. Washington St., Monticello. The Rev. Dalene Kuebler will officiate. Burial will be in Monticello Cemetery.

Burial will be in Dodge Grove Cemetery, Mattoon.
