Surviving are sons, Mike and Ron, both of Bethalto; daughters, Carol Puckett of Eldred, and Fay Edmiaston of Bethalto; and sisters, Ethel Lemons and Lois Barrett, both of Zalma, Mo. Dorothy Ann Edsall, 65, of Alton, died Jan. 15, 1997. She is survived by her husband, Webb. Also surviving are a brother, Clemens Schaefer of Affton, Mo.; a sister, Mary C.
