Harold E. Fisher, 96, of Brussels, died Jan. 20, 1999, in Alton Memorial Hospital. He married Kathryn Held, who preceded him in death. Surviving are a son, Wayne of Alton; daughters, June Fisher of Brussels, and Doris Johnessee and Virginia Murphy, both of Alton. Services were in Staten Funeral Home in Alton. Wesley Leon Fisher, Sr., 69, of Brighton, died Apr. 17, 2000, in Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He married Jean Plopper, who survives. John O. Fite, 81, of Shipman, died Jan. 27, 1997, in St. John's Hospital in Springfield. He married Dorothy Welch, who survives. Eddington of Worden; a son, Harry of Bunker Hill; sisters, Thelma Schoeneman, Esther Taggart and Verna Kahl, all of Shipman, Dorothy Strohbeck of Brighton, and Merna Buhs of Woodburn; and 14 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
