Nicoletta Nina Pansini Martucci Bamford
Saturday, July 21, 1934 - Wednesday, August 31, 2016
Nicoletta “Nina” Pansini Martucci Bamford passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the age of 82. She was born in Molfetta, Italy (near Napoli) to Antoinetta Gadaleta Pansini and Pietro Pansini. Nicoletta graduated from high school in Napoli and attended 2 years of college in Rome. In 1952 she entered a beauty contest and was crowned “ Miss Smile of Napoli” from among more than 30 contestants. She arrived in America in 1953 and worked as a bookkeeper for 29 years at the Country Club of Indianapolis. She was a member of My Oasis Fitness for several years where she enjoyed aerobics classes. Nina was preceded in death by her parents; her 4 sisters; and her husbands, Armond R. Martucci and William H. Bamford. She is survived by her son, David Creely; grandson, Brandon Creely; great granddaughter, Penelope; and her loving canine friend, Gina Bella. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. in St. Barnabas Catholic Church with visitation at the church beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Westridge Park Cemetery.

Mickel Jacob
Thursday, December 4, 1930 - Tuesday, July 26, 2016
Mickel Jacob, 85, of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016. He was born on December 4, 1930 to Minwer and Zareefeh Saba Sabbah. He was owner and operator of Mike Jacob's T.V. until his retirement at the age of 80. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helena Z. (Markiewicz) Jacob and sister, Farha Sabbah. He is survived by his sons, Dennis (Joy), Mark (Julee), Michael (Yvonne) and John (Angie) Jacob; his sisters, Martha Sufan and Tuffaha Saba; grandchildren, Amanda Frantz, Ashley Jacob, Lucas Jacob, Jordan Jacob, Matthew Jacob, Nick Jacob, Jamie Jacob, Tom Jacob, Chris Jacob, Zechariah Jacob, Dylan Jacob, Jenna Jacob, Ashley Patterson, Abby Speck and A.J. Patterson and several great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, July 29, 2016 from 4 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at Daniel F. O'Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East Street, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church of which he was a member. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Sheila Jean Reid
Sheila Jean Reid, 71, Greenwood, passed away peacefully at home August 11, 2017, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Sheila was born April 7, 1946, in New Britain, Connecticut, to the late William Budge and Selina Elizabeth (Martin) Reid.
She graduated from Charleston (IL) High School in 1964. Sheila enjoyed a 32 year career as a legal assistant with Baker & Daniels, retiring in 2013. An active member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church, she had served on the parish council, sang in the adult choir, was a Eucharistic minister, and was also active in CRHP. Sheila was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling, especially to Hilton Head and also enjoyed the mountains. She will be fondly remembered by a loving family and many friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and his wife, William Budge, Jr. and Ann Reid; niece, Colleen Mary (Reid) Demetre .
Survivors include her husband, Michael J. Chaney; daughter, Lisa McConaha; son, Shane McConaha (Kelly); sister, Christine Robertson; grandchildren, Noah and Bailey McConaha; nieces and nephews, Kathleen Reid Pizzo, Kevin Reid, Kerry Reid, Maura Robertson; great niece and great nephews, Mary Reid and Jackson Reid.
The visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, August 15, 2017, in the Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East Street, where morning prayers will be said at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 16, 2017. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Wednesday, in St. Barnabas Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

Marian Joann Wesley
Marian Joann Wesley, 56, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 28, 2017. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Robert J. and Rose Jane (Goforth) Wesley on April 10, 1961; both of her parents preceded her in death.
Marian worked as a waitress for Denny’s Restaurant for 17 years.
Survivors include her son, James “Jason” Wesley, III of Indianapolis; sister, Shirley “Darlene” Rice; brother, Robert Wesley; half-brother, James Hatter; and nieces, Michelle Dawn Wilde and Misty Rose Ann DeLeon.
Funeral arrangements for Marian Joann Wesley are pending at this time. Care and arrangements are entrusted to the Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East Street (US Hwy. 31 South), Indianapolis. John A. Miller, Jr.
John A. Miller, Jr., 87, Indianapolis, passed away June 15, 2017. Mr. Miller was born on April 13, 1930, in Indianapolis, to the late John A. and Mary Emma (Dyer) Miller.
John proudly served in the United States Marine Corp and worked at Roberts Dairy for more than 20 years. He retired as an assistant assessor after many years with the Marion County Assessor’s Office. John was a member of St. Roch Catholic Church for most of his life. A devout Catholic, he was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 3660. He was known to enjoy an occasional trip to the casino and was comfortable with a fishing rod in his hand. Above all, John was strongly devoted to his Lord and his family. He will be fondly remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and kind spirit.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, James, George, and Monica; a son, Michael A. Miller, and a grandson, William Charles White III.
Survivors include his wife, Delores (Skillman) Miller, to whom he was united in marriage November 5, 1949; children, Anna (Ralph) Everroad, Judi (Gary) Delk, Mary (Stu) Moyer, Ruth (William) White, John (Cathy) Miller, daughter-in-law, Mynevia Miller; siblings, Mary Lula Wheeler, Helen Chalupa, Theresa Whitby, Della Downing, Rosie Clark; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Friends and family will gather to celebrate the life of John A. Miller, Jr. on Monday, June 19, 2017, 5 to 8 p.m., in the Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East Street, where prayers will be said on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at 12:30 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m., Tuesday, in St. Roch Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Roch Catholic Church. The family encourages casual attire in honor of John's wishes.

Jacqueline "Jackie" Fertig
Jacqueline “Jackie” Fertig, 88, of Indianapolis, passed away at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Forest Creek Village in Indianapolis. Born May 15, 1929, Jackie was the daughter of the late Fred and Sarah (Rigdon) Cooke. She was united in marriage to her husband, Daniel Fertig, he also preceded her in death.
Jackie worked as the mail room director at Vernon Insurance for more than 40 years; She retired in 1991. She was an avid reader, sports fan, shopper, and loved flowers.
Other family members who preceded her in death include her brother, Glen Cooke and her sister, Dana Daffron.
Survivors include her sister, Betty Jane Spicuzza, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Jackie Fertig from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 24 in the chapel at the Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East St. (U.S. Hwy. 31 S.), Indianapolis. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Concordia Cemetery in Indianapolis. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to the American Alzheimer’s Association.

Earl R. Riggin
Earl R. Riggin, 80, Indianapolis, passed away peacefully at home August 18, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Earl was born October 11, 1936, in Indianapolis, to the late Richard P. and Jessie (Harmening) Riggin.
He graduated from Manual High School and proudly served in the United States Army. Earl worked for the United States Postal Service for 35 years, retiring as a manager in 1992. He was a member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church. Earl was an active member of the Knights of Columbus, having served at Grand Knight of the Msgr. M. Downey Council 3660 and as Faithful Navigator of the Fourth Degree Bishop Chatard Assembly. He will be fondly remembered by a loving family and many friends.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Patricia (Allen); children, Kelly A. (Garry) Ritter, Annette M. (Doug) Means, Richard E. (Maria) Riggin, Rebecca J. (Jeff) Wycoff, and Michael A. Riggin; brother, Donald O. Riggin; sister, Mary Lou Thompson; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, August 21, 2017, in the Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East St., where morning prayers will be said at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 22, 2017. The Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m., Tuesday, in St. Barnabas Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society or to St. Barnabas Catholic Church.

Kristie Marie Feltz Apple
Kristie Marie Feltz Apple, 47, of New Palestine, passed away August 15, 2017 at Community Heart Hospital in Indianapolis. Born in Indianapolis on October 16, 1969, Kristie was the daughter of the late Albert Joseph Feltz, Jr. and Theresa Elizabeth (Diekhoff) Feltz; both of her birth parents preceded her in death. Following the death of her parents at a young age, Kristie and her siblings were raised by their parents, Peter J. and Carolyn (Feltz) Iaria.
On September 10, 2002 Kristie was united in marriage to her loving husband, Stacy D. Apple and he survives. On April 24, 2005 Kristie and Stacy welcomed their son Seth D. Apple into this world, and he also survives.
Kristie was a 1988 graduate of Beech Grove High School and received her BSN from Marian College. She worked as a Registered Nurse, specializing in pediatrics, at Community Hospital North for 20 years. She was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church in Beech Grove.
Along with her birth parents, she was also preceded in death by her father, Peter J. Iaria and Donald L. Bundy.
Survivors include her mother, Carolyn Feltz Iaria Bundy of Indianapolis; her husband of 14 years, Stacy D. Apple of New Palestine; her son, Seth D. Apple of New Palestine; her seven siblings, Anita M. (Dale) Sears of Indianapolis, Sherrell A. (Duane) Smith of Noblesville, Lisa K. Iaria of Indianapolis, Daniel M. (Jill) Iaria of Indianapolis, Sandra K. Feltz of Indianapolis, Jeffery B. (Tangela) Feltz of Indianapolis, and Joanna S. Feltz Sturgill of Indianapolis, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 18, 2017, in the Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East Street, Indianapolis. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, August 19, 2017 in St. Mark Catholic Church where calling hours will be observed from 10:30am until the time of the service. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Name Catholic Church or St. Mark Catholic Church.
