Bugner 50th
Eugene and Darlene Bugner celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 22, 2006 with an anniversary mass and blessing at St. Patrick Church and a dinner and dance reception at the Knights of Columbus Hall.
Eugene Bugner and Darlene Davignon were married on April 21, 1956, in Wichita at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
The anniversary celebration was hosted by the couple and their children and spouses: David and Cindy Niederee of Derby; Brad and Tammie Bugner and Curt and Nita Bugner all of Wichita; Mark and Julie Smith and Jill Bugner of Great Bend.
The Bugners have 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Nance 25th
Carl and Joyce Nance will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary on April 17, 2006 with a long-awaited trip to Hawaii and later in the summer with their children.
Carl and Joyce Nance were married on April 17, 1981, in Ellinwood.
They lived in Great Bend for many years.
Joyce worked for Fuller Brush Co. as household billing supervisor and Carl worked for Natural Gas Pipeline Co. of America.
In 1989, Carl was promoted to foreman for NGPLA and they relocated to Guymon, Okla.
In 1990 Carl was promoted to district foreman and they transferred to Dodge City.
Joyce worked for Dr. Rod Copeland.
In 1994, they were transferred to Hereford, Texas. In 1998, they attended Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Okla., where they graduated in 2000.
The couple returned to Dodge City in 2001, where they have been pastoring the Victory Fellowship Church for the past five years.

Wheeler 25th
Terry and Peggy Wheeler celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on March 28, 2006.
Terry Wheeler and Peggy Burroughs were married on March 28, 1981, in Great Bend.
Mr. Wheeler is self-employed and Mrs. Wheeler is employed by Kwik Shop.
The couple have resided in Albert and Great Bend during their married life.
Their children are Roxann (Feemster) McQuillan of Salina, Shawna Wheeler and Trishia Wheeler, both of Great Bend, and the late Amanda S. Wheeler.
They have two grandchildren, Cassidy and Tyler McQuillan of Salina.
