Escorted by her father, the bride chose an elegant ivory sheer organza over matte satin gown styled in a dropped-waist silhouette featuring a strapless bodice fully embellished in delicately beaded schiffli lace medallions.

The full ballroom skirt swept into its own extended chapel train and featured a double layer of organza, each finished with a row of beaded and scalloped schiffli lace at the hem.

As the crowning touch, she chose a delicate crystal and pearl tiara to hold her fingertip ivory bridal illusion veil which was edged in delicate beading.

Maid of honor was Jessica Unrein of Manhattan.

Bridesmaids were Cori Bitter of Ellinwood, sister of the bride, and Catrina Trindle-Smith of Manhattan.

Andrew Smith of Lawrence was best man and groomsmen were Gavin Rondeau of Lawrence and Tom Ball of Manhattan.

Ushers were Klint Bitter of Olathe, brother of the bride, Carver Bonine of Peculiar, Mo., brother of the groom, and Chris Crowley of Alexandria, Va., brother-in-law of the groom.

Flower girls were Addi Westhoff of Great Bend and Michaela Hayes and Ciara Ross-Murray, both of Manhattan.

Vocalists were Alicia Westhoff and Andrew Murphy both of Great Bend.

Musicians included flutist Annah Clark of Manhattan, violinist Richard Amerine of Hoisington and pianist Bill Spece of Great Bend.

The bride will graduate in December with a degree in elementary education from Kansas State University.

The groom received a history degree from K-State in 2003, and will graduate with a degree in secondary education in 2005.

The couple will reside in Manhattan.
