The bride is the daughter of Weldon and Paula Brozek of Great Bend; the groom is the son of A.J. and Delores Schmitz of Caldwell.

The bride, escorted by her father, chose an elegant bridal white sheer organza over matte satin gown styled in a dropped waist silhouette, featuring delicate bow topped double spaghetti straps atop pleated satin bodice.

The full ballroom skirt swept into its own extended chapel train and featured a triple pleated band of matte satin banding the hem.

As the crowning touch, she chose a bridal hat embellished with w hite silk flowers and a delicate English net cage.

She carried a bouquet of sunflowers, accented with wildflowers and grain.

Amy Hipsher, Estes Park, Colo., cousin of the bride, was the maid of honor, Arlene Brozek of Bovina, Texas, and Michelle Brozek of Wichita, sister-in-laws of the bride, were bridesmaids.

They wore black v-neck dresses with ruffled hems and carried bouquets of sunflowers.

Christie Healey of Tulsa, Okla., niece of the groom, was the flower girl.

Her dress had a black bodice with a black and white gingham skirt and she carried a basket of sunflowers.

The groom wore a black tuxedo with a green vest and bow tie.

Leo Schmitz of Medford, Okla., brother of the groom, was the best man, John Schmitz of Grapevine, Texas, brother of the groom, and Kevin Meyer of Wichita were the groomsmen.

They wore black tuxedos.

Jake Brozek of Bovina, nephew of the bride and ring bearer, wore a black shirt and slacks.

Vocalists were Adele, Bob, Kayla, Lisa and Robert Healey of Tulsa, Okla., the groom’s sister’s family and Josh Brozek, Wichita, brother of the bride.

The organist was Millie Hill of Wichita.

The bride is a graduate of Great Bend High School, Barton County Community College, Flint Hills Technical College and Pittsburg State University with a bachelor’s degree in commercial graphics.

She is employed at Total Printing Solutions as a graphic artist.

The groom is a graduate of Wakita High School, Wakita, Okla., and Oklahoma State University with an associate degree in electronic engineering technology.
