Bobby Wayne Belcher, 66, Loyall, died Jan. 30, 2004, at his home.
A former receiving and shipping clerk for General Motors, he believed in the Church of God faith and was a member of the U.A.W.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Marie Sizemore Belcher; one brother, Dale Belcher; and one sister, Loretta Graham.
Survivors include two brothers: Bill Belcher, Cumberland; and Frank Belcher, Indianapolis; and one sister, Kay Blondell, Martinsville.
Visitation is Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. at Loyall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. John D. Lambert officiating.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Loyall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Dr. W.B. Bingham

Dr. W.B. 'Preacher' Bingham, 82, Middlesboro, died Feb. 1, 2004, at the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Bingham was the pastor of the Binghamtown Baptist Church for 54 years. He conducted over 5, 000 funerals and over 500 revivals. He preached from Alaska to Israel during his 60 years in the ministry. He is the founder and senior administrator of the Gateway Christian School. He led the Binghamtown Baptist Church in media outreach through WMIK Christian Radio and a regional television ministry covering eight states.
He was a native of Stinking Creek in Knox County.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Boyd and Ellen Williamson Bingham; two brothers: Vernon 'Bo' Bingham and Glenn Bingham; and two sisters: Fannie Bingham Carnes and Beatrice Bingham.
Survivors include his wife, Mae Bowling Bingham; four children: Conley and wife, Nancy Jones Bingham; Bonita Bingham Creech and husband, Clyde; Garry and wife, Melissa Howard Bingham; and William Boyd III and wife, Joan Bisceglia Bingham, all of Middlesboro; seven grandchildren: Shannon Bingham Barnard and husband, Steve; John Conley and wife, Missy Eldridge Bingham; Jason Clyde and wife, Mandy, Burnette Creech; Benjamin Cooper Bingham; Gary Nelson Bingham; William Boyd Bingham IV; and James Hunt Bingham and stepchildren: April Wilkerson; one great-grandson, Steven Bryson Barnard; one brother, N.P. Bingham, Harlan; and one sister, Mary Bingham Brewer, Dewitt; and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and other relatives.
Visitation is Thursday and Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Binghamtown Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 11 a.m. at the church with the Rev. William Boyd III and the Rev. Garry Bingham officiating.
Entombment will follow at the Green Hills Memorial Mausoleum.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Gateway Christian School in Middlesboro.
A registration book will be available to sign Tuesday through Friday at Anderson & Laws Funeral Home. The book will be presented to the Bingham family.

Parrie Fuson Burkhart, 81, Kenvir, died Jan. 31, 2004, at the Harlan Nursing Home.
A native of Bell County, she was a member of the Evarts Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester Fuson and Betty Rhodes Haynes; and one son, Larry Clarence Crider; four brothers: Vernon Fuson, Jasper Fuson, Gilbert Fuson and Richard Fuson; four sisters: Carrie Epperson, Liza Mason, Beatrice Saylor and Nannie Fox.
Survivors include her husband, Jeff Burkhart, Kenvir; her three children: Bonnie Lou Reece, Knoxville, Tenn.; Harvey Lee Crider and his wife, Marian, Maynardsville, Tenn.; Clara Jean Pressley and her husband, Ron, Knoxville, Tenn.; two brothers: Mitchell Fuson, Beaver Dam; and Bonnie Fuson and his wife, Virginia, Dayton, Ohio; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted today at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Evarts Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Blair officiating.
Burial will follow at the George Middleton Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as the pallbearers.
Evarts Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Maxine H. Gallez, 80, Evarts, died Feb. 1, 2004, at Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital.
A native of Gordon, she was a graduate of Pine Mountain Settlement School and Valencia Community College. She was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Francis Wayne Gallez; her parents, Sally Cornett Holbrook and Ben F. Holbrook; three brothers: Ray Holbrook, Colon Holbrook and Earl Holbrook; and one sister, Maude Holbrook.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews including Angel Ewing and husband, Joe, Evarts; and Nancy Ewing and husband, Jeff, Evarts; one sister, Shirley Blanton Nantucket; and one sister-in-law, Della Holbrook, Pineville, W.Va.
Visitation is today from 6 to 7 p.m. at Evarts Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted today at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Rodney Freeman and the Rev. Chick Kelly officiating.
Burial will follow in the Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va.

Margaret Jane Hill, 56, Wallins, died Feb. 1, 2004, at her residence following a long illness.
A native of Lee County, Va., she was a Christian and a faithful member of the Tugglesville Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Nettie Bay Walters.
Survivors include her husband, the Rev. James Hill, Wallins; two daughters, Lisa Renee Saylor and her husband, George, Rio Vista, Pamela June Raleigh and her husband, Reggie, Coldiron; a son, James Isaac Hill and his wife, JoAnn, Evarts; eight grandchildren: James Hill, Joseph Hill, Jeff Howard, Chasity Saylor, Sheldon Raleigh, Caleb Hill, Ashley Farley and Emily Grace Raleigh; three brothers, Jerry Owens and his wife, Nancy, Indianapolis, Ind., Danny Ray Owens and his wife, Peggy, Cranks, and Chip Owens and his wife, Tammy, Burlington, N.C., two sisters, Barbara Brock Cameron and her husband, Noble, Rutledge, Tenn., and Kathy Kirk and her husband, Johnny, Cawood.
Visitation is today after 6 p.m. at the Tugglesville Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Nathaniel Saylor officiating.
Burial will be at Saylor Cemetery in Pathfork.

He is preceded in death by his father, Leroy Holden.
Survivors include his mother, Leta Holden, Black Joe; three children: Joshua Holden, Todd Jacob Holden and John Wesley Holden, all of Black Joe; one grandson, Cody Dewayne Ray Holden, Tazewell, Tenn.; three brothers: Tommy Lee Holden, Black Joe; Roy Anthony Holden, Wallins; and William Holden, Black Joe; several uncles, nephews, nieces and other relatives.
Visitation is today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Rich Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conduced Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Phillip Pate officiating.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Rich Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
