WASHINGTON, Mo. - Funeral services for Homer C. Bebout, 76, were held Aug. 18, 2003 at Miller Funeral Home in Washington. He passed away Aug. 15.
Bebout, formerly of Crittenden County, is survived by his wife, Joy Bebout; three daughters, Connie Fields of Reno, Nev., Cathy Carr of Detour, Mich., and Cindy Bebout of Washington; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Treva Bebout and a brother, Rayford Bebout of Boonville, Ind.

Tyson
Joan White Tyson, 58, of Marion, passed away Aug. 25, 2003 at Western Baptist Hospital. She was a member of Seven Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, John Tyson of Marion; a daughter, Andrea Dawn Tyson Butts of Fredonia; two sons, John Keith Tyson of Kingsport, Tenn., and Scott Tyson of Marion; three sisters, Barbara Porter of Corydon, and Betty Hunt and Shirley Gray, both of St. Louis; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Audrey and Clyde White; a brother; and a grandchild.
Funeral services were Aug. 27 at Gilbert Funeral Home with burial in Rosebud Cemetery. Rev. Donnie Howton, Rev. Robert Phillips and Rev. Mike Morrow officiated.

Knoth
KUTTAWA, Ky. - Joseph R. Knoth, 61, passed away Aug. 22, 2003 at his home. He was employed at the USEC Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Paducah and was a retired agriculture teacher at Livingston Central High School after 27 years.
Surviving are his wife, Bernice "Chris" Salyers Knoth of Kuttawa; a daughter, Laura Knoth of Grand Rivers; three sons, Lee Knoth of Kuttawa, Ryan I. Knoth of Hardin and Russell Matthew Knoth stationed in the U.S. Army in Italy; his mother, Josephine Knoth of Kuttawa; three brothers, James D. Knoth and Charles B. Knoth, both of Kuttawa; three sisters, Roberta Robertson of Kuttawa and Ramona Jeffries and Brenda Jeffries, both of Elizabethtown; one grandson and one granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Knoth.
Funeral services were Aug. 25 at Dunn's Funeral Home in Eddyville with burial in Macedonia Cemetery.

Hawkins
Eva Mae Hawkins, 53, of Marion, passed away Aug. 19, 2003 at her home. She was a member of Marion Church of God.
Surviving are her mother, Opal Hawkins of Marion; a sister, Grace Ritchie of Marion; and a brother, Billy Hawkins of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Perry Hawkins.
Graveside services were held Aug. 21 at Crooked Creek Cemetery with Sister Lucy Tedrick officiating. Gilbert Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Warner
Mary Catherine Warner, 67, of Marion, passed away Aug. 19, 2003 at Crittenden Hospital. She was a member of Marion Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Warner of Marion; three daughters, Judy Calvert of Dycusburg, Cathy Warner of Paducah and Sharon Warner of Fridley, Minn.; a son, Ricky Warner of Kuttawa; two grandchildren; and one step-grandchild.
Graveside services were held Aug. 21 at Mapleview Cemetery with Rev. Mickey Quinton officiating. Gilbert Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Adams
PADUCAH, Ky. - Anita Champion Adams, 45, passed away Aug. 17, 2003 at Mills Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Mayfield.
Private graveside services were held Aug. 20 at Hampton Cemetery with Bro. Jim Glover officiating. Boyd Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Surviving are her mother, Christine Swinford Champion of Reidland; a daughter, Tyanna Glover of Reidland; a son, Daniel Adams of Reidland; three brothers, Darrel Champion of Reidland, Phillip Champion of Ledbetter and Johnie Champion of Benton; a granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Champion; and a sister, Brenda Champion.

Bebout
CALVERT CITY, Ky. - William Ross Bebout, 81, passed away Aug. 15 at Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was of the General Baptist faith and a member of Salem Masonic Lodge for 49 years.
Surviving are two sons, Lanny Bebout and Danny Bebout, both of Calvert City; two sisters, Lena Joyce of Marion and Lucille Fisher of Florida; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anna Louise Sullenger Bebout; his second wife, Flora Teckenbrock Bebout; four sisters and two brothers.
Funeral services were held Aug. 18 at Boyd Funeral Home with Rev. Herbert Alexander and Rev. David Winders officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Doom
Jim Doom, Sr., 62, of Crittenden County, passed away Aug. 4, 2003 at his home. He was a retired auto body repairman and a member of Seven Springs Missionary Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Louise Driver Doom; a son, Rusty Doom of Kuttawa; a daughter, Pam Skinner of Grand Rivers; four stepsons, Ronnie Brown, Danny Brown and David Brown, all of Lockport, Ill, and Buddy Brown of Marion; two step-daughters, Sheila Fraliex of Princeton and Barbara Smojd of Biloxi, Miss.; three brothers, Jerold Doom and Petey Doom, both of Marion, and Tim Doom of Hopkinsville; eight sisters, Odie Huff and Wanda Berry, both of Marion, Eula Bates of Paducah, Gail Hackney of Smithland, Marcy Chaney, Hazel Freisher and Barbara Eaton, all of Elkhart, Ind., and Darlene Bessler of Valparaiso, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his a brother, Charles Doom; a son, James M. Doom, Jr.; and a stepdaughter, Diane Brown.
Funeral services were held Aug. 7 at Seven Springs Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Donnie Howton, Bro. Ken Bowman and Bro. Russell Polk officiating. Burial will be in Frances Cemetery.
Morgan's Funeral Home in Princeton is in charge of arrangements.

Ramage
BURNA, Ky. - Donna Ramage, 53, passed away Aug. 1, 2003 at Livingston Hospital. She was a registered nurse at Livingston Hospital and was instrumental in bringing Advanced Life Support to Livingston County Ambulance Service.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip Ramage of Burna; two sons, Dennie Ramage of Paducah and Kevin Ramage of Burna; a daughter, Kaysie Yaw of Hampton; three brothers, Bobby Long of Marion, Eddie Long of Perkin, Ill, and Larry Long of Salem; three sisters, Marilyn Fennell of Nokesville, Va., Judy Donnelson of Souix City, Iowa and Rita Long of Calvert City; and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Elsie Whorton Long.
Funeral services were held Aug. 4 at Boyd Funeral Home in Salem with Rev. Robert Phillips and Rev. Randy Beals officiating. Burial was in Dyer Hill Cemetery.

Brown
Frances Brown, 63, of Marion, passed away July 28, 2003 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. She was a member of Emmaus Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Chester Brown of Marion; two sons, Steve Brown of Marion and Terry W. Brown of Franklin; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adger and Betty Bass Howard.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., July 31 at Boyd Funeral Home. Rev. Max Hansen and Rev. LeRoy Driver will officiate with burial in Tyner's Chapel Cemetery.

Barnes
Funeral services for George Henry Barnes, 82, of Marion, were held July 27, 2003 at Gilbert Funeral Home. Rev. Robert Barnes and Rev. Darrell Clarke officiated. Burial was in Pinckneyville Cemetery.
Barnes passed away July 24 at Salem Springlake Care Center. He was a member and deacon of Marion Baptist Church and a member of Liberty Lodge in Frances.
He is survived by his wife, Mona Barnes of Marion; two sons, Robert Barnes and Kevin Barnes of the Cincinnati area; a daughter, Joye Hunt of Evansville; four grandsons; and two granddaughters.
