Ruth Hacker, devout Christian
Ruth Bearden Hacker read her Bible every night, and every night she was on her knees praying.

Ms. Hacker, who died Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas, loved the Highland United Methodist Church in Fort Thomas, said her daughter, Marlene Peterson.

She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Highland Heights for 50 years, and started attending Highland in 1978, when she moved in with Peterson and her late husband in Fort Thomas.
