Dallas Cleo Gunter was passed away Sunday, June 24, 2007, in Lebanon.
He is survived by his children, Louella Quakenbush and husband, Russ, of Indiana, Donna Fulcher and husband, Mike, of Batesville, Ark., Dallas Gunter Jr. and wife, Chasity, of Lebanon, Tom Gunter and wife, Tammy, of Ava, Darrell Gunter and wife, Tammy, of Ava, and Wesley Barnum and wife, Amy, of Joplin; two stepchildren, Jamie Osburn and wife, Amy, of Springfield, and Julie Osburn, of Lebanon.
Visitation was held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Mansfield. He will be laid to rest in the Ava born Nov. 8, 1955, in Kremmling, Colo., to Carl and Charlene Kyger Roberts. He departed this life Monday, July 2, 2007 at Citizens Memorial Hospital, Bolivar.
On August 27, 1976, Tom and Jenny Hubbard were born.
Tom was an automotive mechanic for most of his life, spending the last few years as a shop foreman at lnland Truck Parts.
Tom enjoyed country life where be could "tinker" with cars and lawnmowers in his own yard. He was passionate about history and particularly World War II shows on TV.
He was preceded in Cemetery, Brownbranch, with burial following.
Arrangements were under the direction of Ava Family Funeral Home.
Walsie Faye Coberly, 92

Walsie Faye Matlock Coberly, daughter of Walter and Bertie Hilger Matlock, was born into a family of four boys, Floyd, Ray, Hugh and Jessie.
On March 20, 1948, Walsie was united in marriage to Claude Coberly. To this union one son was death by her parents and three brothers, Floyd, Ray and Hugh.
Survivors include her loving husband, Claude, of Ava; one brother, Jessie Matlock and his wife, Cupa, of Harrison, Ark.; a sister-in-law, Lillie Matlock, of Harrison, Ark.; a son, Doran and his wife, Beverly, of Ava; two grandsons, Jared and wife, Emily, of Columbia, and Jeffrey and wife, Eve, of Wakefield, Kan.; one granddaughter, Jena, of Ava; five great-grandchildren, Alijah, Jacob, Savannah, Benjamin, and Wyatt; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Walsie professed faith in Christ early in life and was baptized into the Cotton Wood Church. At the time of her Cemetery under the direction of Christeson Funeral Home, Harrison, Ark.
Visitation will be at the church, starting at 11 a.m. Saturday.
Rodrick Edgar Lethco, 60

Rodrick Edgar Lethco, 60, passed from this life on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2007, in El Camino Hospital, Mountain View, Calif., after a final battle with congestive heart failure and aspiration pneumonia.
born on June 28, 1947, at Goodhope, in Douglas County, Mo. He attended grade school at Goodhope and Plainview, then finished his education in California.
His parents, Clarence Edgar Lethco and Velma Jewell (Barnes) Lethco-Butler, and a stepfather Clarence Elmer Butler, preceded him in death were Glenn McCoy, Stanley A. Bennetts and Archie T. Mahan.
Other survivors are nieces and nephews: Lodena's children, Phillip Martin McCoy; Jane Ann Johnmeyer and husband, Bill; Mark Alan McCoy and wife, Shirley, Kristen, Kendall, and Keenan; Timothy Lynn McCoy, wife Anna, and Alexander; Dora Jo's son, David Edward Mahan; and Nancy's son, Jason Andrew Fureby.
Many cousins, relatives and a wealth of friends loved him unconditionally. Rod grew up in Christianity. He was baptized into the Church of Christ at an early age in Missouri, and loved the Lord above all.
Rod went to California at an early age, attending Selma and Watsonville elementary schools. Due to his mother's failing health, he remained in Fresno with his two sisters, Fern and Nancy, then Fern and her husband, Stan, continued his up-bringing. He attended Cooper Junior High and Fresno High School, and became an associate of arts engineering major at Fresno City College.
In high school he played football; in college he played golf and became a certified scuba diver.
Interrupting his further education, he enlisted in the Air Force during the Vietnam era. His tour of duty was a civil engineering squadron at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Mont., where he worked with and maintained the Minuteman Missiles siloed at various sites on the base and around the area.
After the military, he worked for the Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation on the Central Valley Water Project which vitalized the west side of Fresno County. He worked on the Friant-Kern, and the huge water valves and pumps which took water through the mountains near Bakersfield into the Los Angeles basin. He also worked for Cal-Trans as an engineering technician.
Herbert Allen Cornelius, 78

Herbert Allen Cornelius, son of Luther Leslie and Louise Katherine Peters Cornelius, was death.
Herb is survived by four sons, John Cornelius, of Fort Worth, Texas, James Cornelius, of Lakefield, Minn., David Cornelius, of Fort Worth, Texas, and Daniel Cornelius, of Homer, Alaska; one daughter, Loretta Cornelius, of Minneapolis, Minn.; a number of grandchildren; two brothers, Leslie Cornelius Jr., of Seymour, and Howard Cornelius, and his wife, Mary Lou, of Fort Worth, Texas; three sisters, Lois Goss and her husband, Herbert, of Fort Worth, Texas, Donna Embrey and her husband, Charles, and Lil Norris and her husband, Joel, all of Seymour; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was Cemetery with full military honors, by the Fort Leonard Wood Honors Team and the Webster County Memorial Veterans Association. A memorial has been established to Seymour Senior Center and may be made through the funeral home in Seymour.
