Margie Devine

Margie Lavern Devine, 80, of Hayti, Mo., died Wednesday, April 24, 2002, at her residence.

Born May 16, 1921, in Braggadocio, Mo., daughter of the late James Henry and Johanna Olree Light and she was a member of the Church of Christ in Hayti. On Jan. 12, 1939, in Braggadocio, Mo., she married Lloyd Devine, who preceded her in death on Dec. 20, 1997.

Survivors include one daughter, Jelba Daniels, of Millington, Tenn.; two sons, Jimmy Devine, of Memphis, Tenn. and Larry Devine, of Tucson, Ariz.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two sisters, Adrain Stanley, of Jonesboro, Ark. and Ann Russell, of Fayetteville, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Arie and J.B. Light and three sisters, Opal Pulliam, Jewell Stewart and Sybil Rayburn.

Graveside services were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at the Memorial Park cemetery at Malden.

Pallbearers were family members.

John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of services.

Lelon Tuck

Lelon Tuck, 64, of Wardell, Mo., died Thursday, April 25, 2002, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Funeral services are incomplete with Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home of Wardell.

Farris Wallace

Faris Wallace, 86, of Kennett, died Thursday, April 25, 2002, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Funeral services are incomplete with McDaniel Funeral Home of Senath, Mo.

James Baugh

James Douglas Baugh, 80, of Jonesboro, Ark., died Thursday, April 25, 2002 at his residence.

Born January 15, 1922 in Jonesboro, he was the son of the late John Barney and Louella Higgs Baugh. He served as the superintendent of the Parks and Recreation Board in Flint, Mich.

On September 6, 1941 in Hornersville, Mo., he married Billie Casinger, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include one son James Douglas Baugh, Jr. and wife, Toni Lynn, of Flint; one daughter, Sheron Breunling and husband, William, of Flint; two sisters, Maxine Cheek and Virginia Songer of Jonesboro and one granddaughter, Kimberly Breunling of Farmington Hills, Mich.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Harold Lloyd Baugh and one sister Dorothy Mae Hoyer.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, April 29, at the Senath cemetery in Senath, Mo. with the Rev. Bruce Tippit officiating.

Burial will take place in the Senath cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the St. Bernards Hospice program.

Thurman Crawford

Thurman Crawford, 83, of Kennett died Saturday, April 27, 2002 at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete with Bradshaw-Emerson Funeral Home of Hornersville.

Floyd Fuston

Floyd James Fuston, 71, of Pascola, Mo. died Tuesday, April 23, 2002.

Born in San Saba, Texas on April 13, 1931, he was the son of the late Fred and Ada Bradford Fuston and a member of the Pascola Pentecostal Holiness Church.

On August, 23, 1972 in New Madrid, Mo., he married Sandra Hill, who preceded him in death on September 23, 1976. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Johnny Fuston.

Survivors include one daughter, Stephanie Tinnin and her husband, Michael, of Pascola and five grandchildren, Adam, Amber, Corey, Chase and Bryce Tinnin, all of Pascola.

Funeral services were held Friday, April 26, 2002 in the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti, Mo., with the Michael Tinnin officiating.

Burial was in the Matthews cemetery in Matthews, Mo.

Pall bearers were Danny Walker, Kenneth Britt, Joe Melvin, Garnett Foster, Jessie Beaver and Jerry Rogers.

Doyle Horn Doyle Horn, 70, of Sikeston, Mo., formerly of Cardwell, Mo., and Senath, Mo., died Friday, April 26, 2002 at the Sells Rest Home in Matthews, Mo.

Visitation will be held 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday, April 29, at the McDaniel Chapel in Senath.

Funeral services will be held at noon, Tuesday, April 30, at the Cardwell cemetery in Cardwell.

Earl Loyd

Earl Loyd, 85, of Kennett died Friday, April 26, 2002 at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete with McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett.

Michael Trammell

Michael Thomas Trammell, 29, of Campbell, Mo., died Thursday, April 25, 2002 at the Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Ark.

Born July 21, 1972 in Poplar Bluff, Mo., he is the son of Lauretta Wyatt Edwards of Dexter, Mo. and was a stores attendant for Federal-Mogul in Malden, Mo.

On July 15, 2000 in Broseley, Mo., he married Lynn Ann Peridore, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include one daughter, Delaney Makel Trammell of the home; one son Ethan Thomas Trammell of Bernie, Mo.; his step-father Mike Edwards of Dexter; one sister, Mystie Tankersley of Dexter; two step-sisters, Kristie Peters of Dudley, Mo. and Katrina Edwards of Dexter; one step-brother Robbie Edwards of Dexter and his step-grandparents Robert and Dorothy Edwards of Essex, Mo.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Henry and Stella Wyatt.

Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at the Rainey-Mathis Chapel in Dexter with the Rev. Michael Book officiating.

Burial will follow in the West Pleasant Valley cemetery near Bloomfield, Mo.

Lelon Tuck

Lelon Tuck, 64, of Wardell, Mo., died Thursday, April 25, 2002 at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Born February 14, 1938 in Hamilton, Ala., he was the son of the late Hoyt and Fannie Menzie Tuck. He was a crane operator.

On August 6, 1959 in PawPaw, Mich., he married Joyce Canter who survives of the home.

Other survivors include one son Mike Bradley of Wardell; three daughters, Carolyn Haven, Nancy Piche and Joan Hicks, all of Wardell; three brothers, Clarence Tuck of Bloomsdale, Mo., Charles Tuck of Gideon, Mo. and Roy Tuck of Doniphan, Mo.; one sister Pauline Marlow of Clarkton, Mo.; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Gene and Bill Tuck.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 27 at the Bradshaw-Osburn Funeral Home in Wardell.

Burial was in the Stanfield cemetery in Clarkton.

Farris Wallace

Farris Wallace, 86, of Kennett formerly of Senath, Mo., died Thursday, April 25, 2002 at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Visitation will be held 6 p.m. today, Sunday, April 28, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, April 29, at the First Baptist Church in Senath.

Nannie Bishop

Nannie Lue Bishop, 96, of Miner, Mo., died Wednesday, April 24, 2002, at the Miner Nursing Center in Miner.

Born Nov. 17, 1905, in Blue Springs, Miss., daughter of the late William and Mattie Miller Greenwood, she was a member of the Foster Grandparents program and worked many years in the Kenny Rogers Cerebral Palsy Center at Sikeston.

In Feb. 1938, she married Frank Bishop, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry Bishop and wife, of Sharon, of Sikeston and Calvin C. Campbell, of Swartz Creek, Mich.; four grandchildren, Bill Campbell, Charlotte Fields, Shawn Hanna, Susan Bishop; one sister, Byrdia Martin, of Bradenton, Fla. and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 27, at the Forrest Grove Baptist Church in Cardwell with the Rev. Kenneth Hargrave officiating. Burial was in the Cardwell cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jessie Williams, Gene and Eulas Vaughn, James Bishop, Jerry Highfill and Billy Gene Monk.

McDaniel Funeral Home of Senath, Mo. was in charge of arrangements.

Roger Broom

Roger Broom, 58, of Malden, Mo., died Monday, April 29, 2002, at the Malden Nursing Center in Malden.

Funeral services are incomplete with the Bradshaw Funeral Home of Malden.

Opal Bullinger

Opal Bullinger, 88, of Rector, Ark., died Saturday, April 27, 2002, at the Rector Healthcare in Rector.

Born April 2, 1914, in Lafe, Ark., daughter of the late James and Vera Evans Merideth, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include two sons, Lindle M. and Leland Gene Bullinger, both of Rector; two daughters, Glenda Faye Shipley, of Pleasant Plains, Ark., and Nancy Nelson, of Holcomb, Mo.; three sisters, Mildred Priest, of Albany, Texas, Evelyn Burdin, of Fisk, Mo. and Joan Johnson, of Jonesboro, Ark., 24 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Monroe Bullinger; two sons, James "JR" and Wayne Bullinger; one daughter, Donna Carolyn Bullinger and one grandson, Gary Wayne Bullinger.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 29, at the Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with the Rev. Kenny Burns officiating.

Burial was in the Woodland Heights cemetery at Rector.

Pallbearers were Jerry and Steve Nelson, Curtis Reed, Jarred McCord and Gary and Shane Bullinger.

Honorary pallbearers were Joy and Kevin Nelson.
