Cindy Ann Sanny
Jan. 28, 1959-Feb. 17, 2005
Cindy Ann Sanny, 46, of Anderson, Mo., departed this life on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Cindy was born Jan. 28, 1959, in Monterey Park, California. She attended the McDonald County High School. She worked for Southfork Western Wear in Goodman, Mo., for seven years. Later working at the Anderson Elementary as the food service secretary for several years. She and her husband opened their home to many foster children over the years. She was a member of the bowling league in Neosho, Mo., for many years where her team received the trophy one year for the worst score. Cindy enjoyed crafting and shopping with her dear friends. Most of all she enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Anderson, Mo.
She married Garland Gene Sanny on Jan. 31, 1975, at the First Baptist Church in Anderson, Mo., and to this union two sons were born.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Garland,; her parents, Dan Fuller II of Anderson, Mo., and Nancy and Don Davenport of Anderson, Mo.; mother-in-law, Aletha Sanny of Goodman, Mo.; her sons, Levi Sanny and wife, Sarah, and Cody Sanny and wife, Mindy, all of Anderson, Mo.; a brother, Dan Fuller and wife, Dalana, of Pineville, Mo.; two sisters, Donna Davenport of Siloam Springs, Ark., and Debbie Davenport of Springdale, Ark.; four grandchildren, Jarrett Sanny, Journey Sanny, Hunter Sanny and Jaylie Sanny; Catfish, her fifth grandchild is due in May; a very close and dear friend, Rachel Abercrombie and her daughter, Anna who always called Cindy her grandma; along with a host of family and friends that will dearly miss her.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005, at 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Anderson, Mo. Pastor Tony Brandt officiated. Burial followed the service at the Mayfield Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Paul Sprenkle, David Tharp, Ralph Robertson, Joe Platter, Collins Cutler and Gary Denny. Honorary pallbearers were Roger Voris and Wes Hilliard.
Friends paid their respects from noon until 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 18, 2005, at the Walker-Dowd Funeral Home in Anderson, Mo. The family received friends from 6 until 8 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to the McDonald County Child Welfare Fund to benefit foster children in McDonald County in care of the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the personal care of Walker-Dowd Funeral Home, of Anderson, Mo.

Ina Lea Moneymaker
Oct. 9, 1927-Feb. 15, 2005
Ina Lea Moneymaker, 77, of Goodman, Mo., departed this life on Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2005, in the St. John's Regional Medical Center in Joplin, Mo.
Ina Lea was born Oct. 9, 1927, in Fairland, Okla., the daughter of the late Lacy and Esker Jewell (Houk) Huffaker. Early in her life, she resided in Wyandotte and Miami, Okla., Pasco, Wash., and Fordyce, Ark., where she graduated from high school. She then attended North Eastern Iowa, and later moved to Iberia, Mo. In 1961, the family made the move to Anderson, Mo., to live on the Huffaker farm. She was a member of the Banner Church of the Nazarene, the Garden Club of Anderson, the Republican Club of McDonald County, and she also volunteered at Crosslines in Lanagan, Mo.
On October 12, 1996, she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Louis Moneymaker. Also preceding her in death were her parents; a daughter, Martha Lisa Moneymaker, in 1954; and a brother, Kenneth Huffaker.
Ina Lea is survived by two daughters, Mary Catherine Hess and husband Bill, of Goodman, Mo., and Julie Cisneros of Joplin, Mo.; two sons, John Moneymaker and wife Linda, of Springfield, Mo., and Michael Gene Moneymaker of Aurora, Mo.; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, John Huffaker of Hot Springs, Ark.; two sisters, Lorene Treece of Norman, Okla., and Betty VanGilder of Houston, Texas. She attended Goodman Baptist Church and was a Licensed Practical Nurse for 26 years. She had worked at the former Sale Memorial Hospital in Neosho and was also active in the American Diabetes Association.
She is survived by a daughter Jennifer and husband, Dennis Browning II, of Goodman, Mo,; two brothers, Rex Slaughter and wife, Sandy, and Dallas Slaughter and wife, Juanita; one sister, Ohio. She lived in McDonald County most of her life. She was the Public Housing Authority Manager at Noel, Mo., for several years. She received her Bachelors Degree in Music Education. Music was an integral part of her life. She taught, played and enjoyed music very much. Donna enjoyed working outdoors, whether on her job or mowing a lawn or driving her tractor. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Noel, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her father Donald Lee Crumrine and her mother Glenora (Gardner) Crumrine Stevens.
Donna is survived by her stepfather H.B. Stevens; two half brothers, Douglas Stevens and wife of Ohio; one step-sister, Sharon Linder of Missouri-Arkansas Railroad after 45 years in 1970. He attended the Methodist Church.
Leo and Grace Allinder were united in marriage on May 17, 1927, to this union three children were born. Together they were privileged to share 50 years. She preceded him in death in 1978.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Loral Eurit and Lola Kidd, and an infant brother, Cecil.
He is survived by two sons, Leslie Leo Eurit Jr. of Pittsburg, Kan., and Ron Eurit of Emery S.D.; one daughter, Grace Mary Ellis of Stillwater, Okla.; seven grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Services were Friday in Pineville Methodist Church with the Rev. Tom Anderson officiating with interment in Pineville Cemetery under the direction of Wilson Brim-Daniel Funeral Home of Ash Grove, Mo.

Donald Loyd Lair
Aug. 18, 1926-Feb. 21, 2005
Donald L. Lair, 78, of Webb City, Mo., formerly of Goodman, Mo., departed this life at 9:15 a.m. Monday, Feb. 21, 2005, in the Greenbriar Care Center in Joplin, Mo.
Donald was born Aug. 18, 1926, in Tipton Ford, Mo., the son of the late William Thomas and Charlotte Esther (Dodson) Lair. Donald served his country faithfully in the United States Navy from August 17, 1943, to March 26, 1946. In 1955 he was united in marriage to Omah. He lived most of his life in the McDonald County area. Donald was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed fishing and playing his drums.
He was preceded in death by his wife Omah; his parents; a sister, Dorothy Workman; three half-sisters, Ruth Woods, Violet Eppard and Gladys Patton; and a half-brother, Raymond Lair.
Donald is survived by three sisters, Bertha Thurman and Pauline Daniels, both of Neosho, Mo.; and Esther Armstrong of Joplin, Mo.
Graveside funeral services for Donald L. Lair were 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2005, in the Howard Cemetery in Goodman, Mo., with the Rev. Artie Armstrong officiating. Friends paid their respects on Tuesday from noon until 7 p.m. in the Ozark Funeral Home Chapel in Goodman, Mo., where the family received friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Memorials are being directed to Feed the Children, and contributions may be left at the funeral home.
Arrangements were under the personal care and direction of the Ozark Funeral Home of Goodman, Mo.
