Lucille J. Ondracek, 1924-2002, Sedalia

Lucille J. Ondracek, 78, of Sedalia, born June 30, 1924, in Howells, Neb., a daughter of Hugh and Josephine Kander Butterfield. On Sept. 14, 1942, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Howells, she was death by a daughter, Julia Rose Ondracek on July 9, 1946; three brothers, Lawrence, Charles and Elmer Butterfield, and two sisters, Mary Ridder and Louella Stramiska.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Savior Lutheran Church, with Pastor Ronald Hoehne officiating. Burial will be in Highland Sacred Gardens died Friday, Aug. 9, 2002, at Tomball Regional Hospital in Tomball, Texas.

He was married to Dorothy Mae Tatman, who death by twin sons, Keith Allen and Kevin Eugene Barrett.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Kidwell-Garber Laurie-Sunrise Beach Chapel in Laurie, with the Rev. Dick Sanders officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Garber Memorial Estates died Monday, Aug. 5, 2002, at St. Rose Dominican Hospital, De Lima Campus, in Henderson, Nev.

She was married to Thomas B. Owen, who married to William H. Merrill, who death by a brother, Manuel Boyer; and four sisters, Hazel Tisch, Edith Thomas, Opal Hodges and Dimple Boyer.

Graveside services and burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Crown Hill died Thursday, Aug. 8, 2002, at Rest Haven Convalescent and Retirement Home after a short battle with cancer.

She was death by a brother, Chuck Tunstall, who death by his paternal grandfathers, Charles Harp, Oren Bilbruck and George Malham.

Private graveside services will be held at Sunset Gardens died Monday, March 5, 2007, at University Hospital in Columbia.

He was married to Jane Hampton, who survives of the home.

Mr. Sullivan worked for Central Soya in Moberly for 32 years, before he retired. He moved to Boonville from Huntsville seven years ago. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, buying and selling guns and attending gun shows, near and far.

He was also active with children as a softball coach for several years.

Also surviving are a son, Kevin, and his wife, Lena, of Boonville; a daughter, Melissa Morrison, and her husband, Mike, of Sedalia; two brothers, Bill Sullivan, of San Antonio, Texas, and Glen Sullivan, of Dexter; five sisters, Delores George, of Mountain Home, Ark., Pat LeCroy, of Overland, Elaine Sondy, of Salesville, Ark., Linda Cooper, of Cape Girardeau, and Vicki Freeman, of Dexter; and six grandchildren, Keith, Sean and Christopher Sullivan and Maegan, Matthew and Maximus Morrison.

He was predeceased by his parents and a sister, Rosemary Avery.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Davis Funeral Chapel in Boonville, with Dr. Kenneth Sears officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences may be left online at www.davisfuneralchapel boonville.com.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association or to the charity of the donor's choice.

Jacob A. Helmig, 1981-2007, Slidell, La.

Jacob Aaron Helmig, 25, of Slidell, La., born Aug. 14, 1981, in Sedalia, a son of Stephen Dale and Robin Renee Edwards Helmig.

Mr. Helmig graduated from Otterville High School. He was a bridge foreman for Massman Construction Co. in Kansas City. He was an avid four-wheeler rider. His passion was his work. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews. He was known for always having a smile on his face.

Surviving are his parents, of Picayune, Miss.; two brothers, Bread Helmig, of Slidell and Matt Helmig, of Otterville; his paternal grandparents, Elmer and Mary Lou Helmig, of Otterville; his maternal grandmother, Melba Edwards, of Otterville; two nieces and a nephew.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Arthur Edwards.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in Otterville, with the Rev. Perry Wolfe, the Rev. Don Simmons and the Rev. Ron Marsh officiating.

Burial will be in International Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Otterville.

Arrangements are under the direction of Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Otterville.

The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
