Stephanie L. Rapp, Marshall

Stephanie Lynn Rapp, 15, of Marshall, born Aug. 25, 1992, in Blue Springs, a daughter of G. L. Rapp II, who survives of Sedalia, and Jan Malter Crawford, who survives of Marshall.
She lived in Marshall most of her life and was a member of Malta Bend United Methodist Church. She would have started her sophomore year at Marshall High School this fall, where she was a Bird Cage member, orchestra member and a member of the volleyball team.
Also surviving are five sisters, Cassie Rapp, Jodie Rapp and Jenna Rapp, all of Sedalia, and Loren Rapp and Taylor Crawford, both of Marshall; a brother, Leyton Crawford, of Marshall; her grandparents, Gary L. and Ilene Rapp, of Sweet Springs, Tom and Roseanne Malter, of Malta Bend, and Kathy Dove, of Green Ridge; two great-grandmothers, Helen Rapp, of Tucson, Ariz., and Anna Malter, of Malta Bend; her stepmother, Tracey Rapp, of Sedalia; and her mother’s fiancé, Leon Phillips Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Marshall, with the Rev. Jim Downing and William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will be in Malta Bend died Thursday, July 3, 2008, in Colorado.
She was married to Lewis Paul Jenkins, who died Thursday, July 3, 2008, at his home.
He was married Georgia Koetting, who survives of the home.
He worked for Skelly Oil for several years and later owned Lyles Cleaners in Sedalia for about 20 years. He was an Army veteran and member of the Glensted United Methodist Church near Versailles.
Also surviving are two sons, Ronald Lyles, and his wife, Linda, of Midwest City, Okla., and Morris Lyles Jr. and his wife, Lou, of Irving, Tex.; a daughter, Deanna Stalcup, and her husband, Mark, of Wentzville; a granddaughter who was raised in the home, Teri Burnett, of Round Rock, Tex.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by three brothers, William, Ed, and Sam; and a sister, Nadine.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Glensted United Methodist Church near Versailles, with the Rev. Barry Fieldler officiating.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Glensted United Methodist Church.

Cynthia L. Callis, Sedalia

Cynthia L. Callis, 72, of Sedalia, born Sept. 27, 1935, in Sedalia, a daughter of Edwin Leo and Ruby Lou Bremer Mynatt. On Oct. 30, 1953, in Fayette, she died Monday, June 30, 2008, at her home.
She was died Thursday, July 3, 2008, in Independence.
She was married Orville D. Welch, who Cemetery in Higginsville. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Monday where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Bethel Assembly of God Church or Cornerstone Baptist Church, in care of the funeral home.
