Nina Franklin, 1937-2004, Knob Noster

Nina "Mitch" Franklin, 66, of Knob Noster, born Oct. 2, 1937, in Hickory County, near Wheatland, a daughter of Edith Anna Breshears and Troy Edward Sunderland. On June 19, 1964, she was Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday in the fellowship hall at First Christian Church in Knob Noster.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Knob Noster Summer Recreation Program or the Show-Me Christian Youth Home in La Monte, in care of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.

Annabelle Renison, 1917-2004, Nelson

Annabelle Renison, 86, of rural Nelson, born Nov. 3, 1917, in Saline County, a daughter of C.M. Jr. and Blanche Walker Sellers. On July 30, 1939, in Sweet Springs, she was died Aug. 11, 1997.

Mrs. Renison was a lifelong member of New Salem Baptist Church at the Marshall Junction, where she had served as financial secretary for 29 years. She also served as Sunday school superintendent and had taught Sunday school at the church. She was a member of the Women's Missionary Union.

Surviving are two daughters, June Elaine Hieronymus, of rural Nelson, and Deanna Beth Harbit, of Windsor; a brother, Frank Sellers, of Sedalia; a sister, Ruth Jackson, of Marshall; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with the Rev. Don Simmons officiating. Burial will be at the Ridge Park died Tuesday, March 30, 2004, at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.

He was died Friday, March 26, 2004, at his home.

He was Cemetery in Marshall. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time Friday at the church.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the church in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.

E. Eldon Jones, 1919-2004, La Monte

E. Eldon Jones, 85, of La Monte, born Jan. 11, 1919, in La Monte, a son of Ernest L. and Bertha Hunter Jones. In 1950, he was died in 1970. In 1974, he was died in 1995.

Mr. Jones was a Knob Noster High School graduate. He was an Army veteran, serving in the medical corps following Gen. Patton during the African and European Campaigns from July 1942 to January 1946. He was a farmer and stockman. He was a member of La Monte United Methodist Church and American Legion Post 520 in La Monte.

Surviving are four grandchildren, Shea Jones, of Sedalia, Scott Cruse, of Shawnee, Kan., Teri Jones, of New York, and Andrea Cruce, of Shawnee, Kan.; two stepsons, Gary Curtis and Dan Curtis, of Warrensburg; a brother, John Jones, of La Monte; a sister, Marian Hester Glazebrook, of Warrensburg; four step grandchildren; and three step great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by three children, Donna Lee Jones, Rick Jones and Phyllis Cruce; a brother, W.C. Jones; and a sister, Christine Greim.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at La Monte United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Russell Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be Tye Jones, Kyle Jones, Cole Jones, Chance Hearting, Grant Jones, Mark Curtis and Clayton Hearting. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren. Burial will be in La Monte died Tuesday, March 30, 2004, at Four Seasons Living Center.

She was married to Pearly T. Hall, who survives of the home in Clinton.

Also surviving are a granddaughter; and 15 nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son and six brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Sickman & Dunning Funeral Home in Clinton.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home.

Pearlie L. Hagerman, 1918-2004, Versailles

Pearlie Lee Hagerman, 86, of Versailles, born March 18, 1918, in Big Cabin, Okla., a daughter of George L. and Alice E. Parkhurst Dix. On July 29, 1937, she was died March 29, 1978.

Mrs. Hagerman was a homemaker and a member of First Assembly of God Church in Versailles.

Surviving are a son, Jerry Hagerman, of Columbia; four daughters, Millie Jobe, of Sedalia, Barbara Coleman, of Green Ridge, Wanda Hilty and Connie Coontz, both of Versailles; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.

She was predeceased by two sons, David D. Hagerman on Dec. 23, 2001; an infant son; an infant daughter; a great-granddaughter, Taylor M. Coontz on March 21, 2001; and a brother, G. Henry Dix on March 24, 1997.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles, with the Rev. Leslie Howard and the Rev. Gary Petty officiating. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Ron Jobe, Dan Hagerman, Jim Coleman, Robert Coleman, Timm Hilty and Jason Coontz. Jon Hagerman will be an honorary pallbearer. Burial will be in Union Cemetery near Rocky Mount. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Haiti Mission Fund.
