She was born in Ireland.
Before retiring in 1974, she worked for Avon Products, Suffern, N.Y., for 25 years.

MARY Y. BROWNLEE, of Brooksville, Fla., formerly of Maywood, died Thursday.

HELEN L. CAREY, 74, of Emerson died Monday.
She had been a self-employed general insurance broker in Brooklyn.
Previously, she worked for S. S. Pierce Corp.

PETER S. CARUSO, 78, of Wood-Ridge died Monday.
Before retiring in 1996, he was a self-employed printer for 45 years.
He was a member of First Reformed Church, Hasbrouck Heights, where he was a deacon and an elder.

DOROTHY L. CATANIA, 78, of Bogota died Sunday.
She was a parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Bogota.

LEONARD CEPPAGLIA, 52, of West New York died Saturday.
He was a manager at Park Cafe and a former owner of Club Victor's, both in West New York.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was a member of Local 66 of Operation Engineers of New Jersey.

ROSALIA CAMPISI COSTA, 93, of Lincoln Park died Sunday. Born in Sicily, she came to the United States in 1948.

He was born in Italy.

He was a member of the American Legion, the Social Club, and the Contemporary Club, all in Wood-Ridge.

GAIL A. HANNA, 58, of the High Bar Harbor section of Long Beach, formerly of Edgewater, died Saturday.

She was a helper for the New Jersey Chapter of Alpha I and participated in its on-line chat room.
She was a member of Edgewater Presbyterian Church.

JAMES PHILLIP "JACK" JETER, 68, of Paterson died Sunday.
Before retiring, he was a manager at Ames Metal Moulding Co., Saddle Brook, where he worked for 40 years.
He was a Marine veteran of the Korean War.
He was a member of the First AME Zion Church, where he was a Sunday school teacher and former member of its board of trustees.
He was a member of the NAACP and AARP.

M. EDWARD JORDAN, 63, of Toms River, formerly of Ringwood, died Sunday.
He had been a computer programmer for Parents Magazine, Bergenfield, where he worked for 13 years.
Subsequently, he had been a home health aid for Kare Medical, Lakewood.
He was an Army veteran.
