JEAN MARIE VAN HOUTEN BALEGA, 61, of Elmwood Park died Tuesday.
Before retiring, she was a bookkeeper for National Paper & Envelope, Carlstadt, where she worked for 15 years.
She was a member of Valley Bible Chapel, Washington Township.
She was a former member of First Presbyterian Church, Elmwood Park, and had been a member of its Dorcas Society.
She was a life member of the ambulance corps and a member of American Legion Post 147 auxiliary, both in Elmwood Park, and she was a former member of American Legion Post 227 auxiliary, Totowa.
Arrangements: Vander Plaat Colonial Home, Fair Lawn.

JOSEPHINE MAJORIE CUMMING, 85, of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Wyckoff, died May 30.
She was a comptroller for John T. Stanley Soap Co., New York City.
Arrangements: Vander Plaat Funeral Home, Wyckoff.

BEATRICE JOY FOX DUNKERLEY, 74, of Bergenfield died Tuesday.
Before retiring in 1986, she was an office administrator for American Paper Towel Co., Hackensack, where she worked for 10 years, and previously for Kruger Bros., Lodi. She taught English as a second language at the library and was a member of St. John's Golden Age Club, both in Bergenfield.
She was a member of Church of the Good Shepherd, Bergenfield, where she was a lay leader, administration board chairwoman, secretary for the church school board of education, liturgist, and member of the board of trustees and Woman's Society.
Arrangements: Riewert's Memorial Home, Bergenfield.

HERMAN S. FAUST, 85, of West Milford died Wednesday.
He was born in Germany.
He was a group vice president and refrigeration engineer for Howard Johnson Ice Cream Co., Englewood.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was a member of the Seniors, West Milford.
Arrangements: Richards Funeral Home, West Milford.

HAROLD F. HANSEN, 95, of Cliffside Park, formerly of North Bergen, died Wednesday.
Before retiring 14 years ago, he owned Hansen Bros., North Bergen.
He was a member of the North Bergen Kiwanis Club.
Arrangements: Leber Funeral Home, Union City.

ELEANOR E. GRIFFIN HEIMAN, 90, of Fair Lawn, formerly of Tenafly, died Wednesday.
She had been a billing clerk at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, New York City.
She was a parishioner of St. Cecilia R.C. Church, Englewood.
Arrangements: Barrett Funeral Home, Tenafly.

WILLIAM S. JOHNSON, 79, of Carlstadt died Tuesday.
He had worked for Turbeck Industries, East Rutherford.
He was a member of Disabled American Veterans and Veterans of Foreign Wars, Vernon.
Arrangements: Thomas J. Diffily Funeral Home, Rutherford.

ANTHONY G. MARANO, 80, of Singer Island, Fla., formerly of Ridgefield, died Tuesday.
He had been a Realtor and an insurer for 45 years.
He had been director of the Multiple Listing Service and vice president of the Bergen County Board of Realtors.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was a past commodore of the Palisade Yacht Club and a former member of the Elks, Weehawken.
Arrangements: A. K. Macagna Funeral Home, Cliffside Park.

ROBERT MEYER, 73, of Wyckoff, formerly of Hawthorne, died Sunday.
He had been a supervisor for Valley Paving, Ramsey.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Arrangements: Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, Hawthorne.

GENNARO "JERRY" MINICHINO JR. of Paterson died Tuesday.
He was a teacher in the Newark school system for 31 years and had been vice president of the Newark teachers union.
He was a past president and member of the St. Gerard School board and past president of the school board at Don Bosco Technical High School, both in Paterson.
He was past president of Benedetto Croce Educational Society.
He was a Eucharistic minister and former parent advisor of the youth group at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson.
He was a former member of the Hillcrest Ball Club executive board and a Little League coach, both in Paterson.
A graduate of St. Peter's College, Jersey City, he received a master's degree in administration and supervision from William Paterson University, Wayne.

DONARD MURPHY SR., 88, of Rutherford died Monday.
He was born in Ireland.
He owned several service garages.
He held three patents.
He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.

JOHNNIE MAE NORMAN of Passaic died Tuesday.
