Previously, he worked in the advertising field.
An Army Air Force veteran of World War II, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars in New Milford.
He was a parishioner of Ascension R.C. Church, New Milford, where he served as an usher.
He was a past grand knight of the Knights of Columbus, Oradell; past president of the Republican Club, New Milford, and head of Boy Scout Troop 291.
He founded the New Milford Swim Club, and was a volunteer for the Kessler Institute, Saddle Brook.
Arrangements: Boulevard Funeral Home, New Milford.

MINERVA GUZMAN GIRAO, 52, of Paterson died Sunday.
She was a machine operator for Duradux Co., Clifton, where she worked for 14 years.
Arrangements: The Madonna Multinational Home for Funerals, Passaic.

ABRAHAM GLUCKMAN, 88, of Lauderdale Lakes, Fla., formerly of Fair Lawn, died Sunday.
Before retiring, he owned a lingerie company in New York City.
Arrangements: Louis Suburban Chapel, Fair Lawn.

JERALD GREENGLASS, 74, of Oradell died Monday.
Before retiring in 1994, he owned American Aqualune, Hackensack.
He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II.
Arrangements: Gutterman-Musicant, Hackensack.

VERONICA REDZIA KODY, 79, of Garfield died Monday.
She was a parishioner of Saints Peter and Paul Polish National Catholic Church, Passaic.
She was a member of the AARP.
Arrangements: Kamienski Funeral Home, Garfield.

JOHN P. KOPCHAK SR., 71, of Wallington died Friday.
Before retiring in 1988, he was a die maker for Packaging Corporation of America, Garfield, where he worked for 35 years.
A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2640.
He was a parishioner of St. Mary R.C. Church, Passaic, where he was a member of the Holy Name Society.
He was a member of the Slovak Catholic Sokol, Assembly 1 of Passaic; the Exempt Fireman's Association, and the Emergency Squad, Wallington.
He was a former member of Hose Company 2, the Volunteer Fire Department, the Bowling League, and a former coach of the Little League, all in Wallington.
Arrangements: Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, Van Houten Avenue, Clifton.

RICHARD L. KOSK, 71, of South Hackensack, formerly of Hackensack, died Monday.
Before retiring in 1993, he was superintendent of buildings and grounds for the Leonia Board of Education, where he worked for 10 years.
A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8005, South Hackensack.
Arrangements: Trinka-Faustini Funeral Home, Little Ferry.

RABE SCHIMMELE KRESZNEZ, 89, of Paramus died Monday. She was born in Germany.
Arrangements: Vander Plaat Memorial Home, Paramus.

DOROTHY A. SEBOLD LEHACH of Rochelle Park, formerly of Paramus, died Sunday.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Visitation R.C. Church, Paramus.

KATHLEEN MACERAUDI, 55, of Hasbrouck Heights died Sunday.
She was a parishioner of Corpus Christi R.C. Church, Hasbrouck Heights.

JOHN OLDENBURG of Boynton Beach, Fla, formerly of Oakland, died Saturday.
He had been an engineer.
He had also been Civil Defense director in Oakland, where he worked for 15 years.
He was a member of MDRS, Elks Lodge 2167, and the Power Squadron.
Arrangements: Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home and Crematory, Boynton Beach.

MICHAEL J. ROMANO SR., 73, of Moonachie, formerly of Secaucus, died Sunday.
Before retiring in 1980, he was a mechanic for ITT Continental Bakery, East Brunswick.
Previously, he was a TV repairman.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Arrangements: Trinka-Faustini Funeral Home, Little Ferry.

RUTH E. SACCO, 88, of Clifton died Monday.
Before retiring 20 years ago, she was a registered nurse and supervisor at Wayne General Hospital, Wayne, where she worked for 30 years.
She was a parishioner of St. Brendan R.C. Church, Clifton, where she was a member of the Rosary Society.
She was a 1941 graduate of New York University and a graduate of St. Vincent's Hospital Nursing School, both in New York City.
Arrangements: Burnadz, Gorny, and Opuda Lakeview Memorial Home, Clifton.
