ROSE BLANDO LA MONICA, 89, of Fair Lawn died Friday.
Before retiring in 1971, she was a tailor with Roy Inc., Paterson, where she worked for 40 years.
She was a parishioner of St. Anne R.C. Church and was a member of the Happy Seniors Club, both in Fair Lawn.
Arrangements: Vander Plaat Funeral Home, Wyckoff.

MARIE GRAFFIONE LIZZA, 90, of Paterson, formerly of Hoboken, died Thursday.
She was born in Italy.
Arrangements: Santangelo Funeral Home, West Paterson.

EUGENE A. MATTES, 71, of Toms River, formerly of Little Ferry and Oradell, died Friday.
He had owned Ted's Deli, Rochelle Park.
More recently, he owned G-M Wallcraft, a painting and wallpapering business in Oradell.
He was a member of the Trout Unlimited Club, Oradell.
Arrangements: Trinka-Faustini Funeral Home, Little Ferry.

ROLF E. NIELSEN, 75, of Seaside Park, formerly of Bergen County, died Friday.
Before retiring in 1982, he was an executive for the Boy Scouts of America of Bergen County, where he worked for 35 years.
An Army veteran of World War II, he received the Bronze Star.
He was a 1950 graduate of North Carolina State College.
Arrangements: Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, Seaside Park.

ALFRED "FRED" PLUCHINO, 72, of Lewisburg, Pa., formerly of Cliffside Park, died Saturday.
He had been a bricklayer in the Hackensack area.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Arrangements: John H. Shaw III Funeral Home, Lewisburg.

MARGARET SCHLEY, 85, of Garfield died Friday.
She was a member of the Belmont Gardens Association.
Arrangements: Kriso-Fantasia Funeral Home, Garfield.

MAIRE G. SISTO, 79, of Paterson died Saturday.
Before retiring 25 years ago, she worked for the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Pompei R.C. Church, Paterson, where she was a member of the Holy Rosary Society and the Seniors.
Arrangements: Santangelo Funeral Home, West Paterson.

F. DAVID TEDESCO, 55, of Ringwood, formerly of Franklin Lakes, died Thursday.
He was a graphic arts and physics and technology teacher at Pascack Valley High School, where he worked for 30 years.
Arrangements: Vander Plaat Funeral Home, Wyckoff.

RICHARD A. TERRIZZI, 33, of Bayville, formerly of Hawthorne, died Thursday.
He was a self-employed construction worker.
He was a member of the Heritage Rod and Gun Club, Wantage.
Arrangements: Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, Hawthorne.

MARGARET THOMAS, 83, of Garfield died Saturday.
Before retiring, she was a production worker at several area textile shops.
She was a parishioner of St. Mary R.C. Church, Passaic.
Arrangements: Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, Lexington Avenue, Clifton.

MATTHEW J. WILLEM, 50, of Dumont died Friday.
He was a manager for Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6467, Bergenfield, of which he was also a member.
An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he received the Bronze Star.
He was a parishioner of St. Mary R.C. Church, Dumont.
Arrangements: Frech Funeral Home, Dumont.

ROBERTO EMANUEL WILLIAMS, 33, of Little Ferry died Friday.
He was born in Panama.
He was an electrician for Safer Electrical Contractors, Bergenfield, and was an instructor at Gold's Gym, Teaneck.
Arrangements: Volk-Leber Funeral Home, Teaneck.
