DAVID HENRY ADAMS, 65, of Whispering Pines, N.C., formerly of Montvale, died Wednesday. He had owned and operated Montvale Liquor Store. He was an Army veteran . He was a former fire chief and fire marshal with the Montvale Fire Department. Arrangements: Robert Spearing Funeral Home, Park Ridge.

BEATRICE M. BARTLEY of North Arlington died Thursday. She was a parishioner of Our Lady Queen of Peace R.C. Church, North Arlington. She was an active volunteer at the Bergen County Animal Shelter, Teterboro. Arrangements: Parow Funeral Home, North Arlington.

NORMA C. BEVILLARD of Lanoka Harbor, formerly of River Vale, died Friday. She was a real estate broker and owner of Bay Coast Realty, Bayville, for 15 years. Arrangements: Becker Funeral Home, Westwood.

PETER C. CALEGARI, 69, of Northvale, died Friday. He had been a cement finisher with Local 780, New York City, for 49 years.. A veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 162 and American Legion Post 366, both in Northvale. Arrangements: Pizzi Funeral Home, Northvale.

DAISY E. OLSEN CHASMAR, 91, of Paramus, formerly of North Bergen, died Friday. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical United Brother Church, North Bergen. Arrangements: Vander Plaat Memorial Home, Paramus.

MARY E. COATS, 73, of Secaucus, died Thursday. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Guiding Star Chapter 36, Maalas Temple 20, and Daughters of the Nile. She was also a member of Girl Scout Troop 27, the Secaucus Golden Agers, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 3776, Secaucus, where she was a founder of the Junior Girls Unit. Arrangements: Mack Memorial Home, Secaucus.

RICHARD COFRANCESCO, 44, of Glen Rock, formerly of Paterson, died Thursday. Born in Italy, he came to the United States in 1968. He had worked for Tri Dye Works, Paterson. He was a parishioner of St. Catherine R.C. Church, Glen Rock. He was a member of Dyers Local 1733. Arrangements: Scillieri Funeral Home, Paterson.

ALFONSE "FOE" DI AMBROSIO, 82, of Hackensack, died Friday. Before retiring 29 years ago, he was a millwright for Continental Paper, Ridgefield, where he worked for 29 years. He was a parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church, Hackensack. Arrangements: G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, Hackensack.

LEONARDA BRUGNANO DiMARTINO, 82, of Pompton Lakes, formerly of Paterson, died Friday. She was a dressmaker before retiring. Arrangements: Richards Funeral Home, Riverdale.

ALICE K. GATELY, 73, of Clifton, died Thursday. Before retiring, she was a payroll clerk for Jet Line Pool Co., Belleville. She was a parishioner of St. Andrew R.C. Church, Clifton, where she was a member of its 39ers Club. She was also a member of the Monday Morning Seniors Bowling League, Clifton. Arrangements: Allwood Funeral Home, Clifton.

PHILOMENA CONTE HARYN of Paterson, formerly of Passaic and Clifton, died Friday. Before retiring, she worked for Popular Club Plan, Passaic. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Passaic. Arrangements: Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, Lexington Avenue, Clifton.

MURIEL LIPPMAN LEICHTER, 73, of Lakewood, formerly of Bergenfield, died Friday. Before retiring, she was a supervisor for General Motors Acceptance Corp., Totowa. She was a former member of B'nai Brith, New Milford. Arrangements: Belkoff-Goldstein Funeral Chapel, Lakewood.

ANNA M. DAVI LENZA, 84, of Oradell, formerly of Emerson, died Thursday. She had owned Emerson Cleaners, Emerson, for 40 years. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Oradell. She was a member of the Book & Needle Club, Oradell, and its International Relations Club. Arrangements: Volk-Leber Funeral Home, Oradell.

ANNE LEVANTE, 41, of Teaneck, died Thursday. She was an office manager for Chaus , Secaucus. Previously she had been a traffic manager for Mikasa, Secaucus. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Bogota. She was a member of the Lupus Foundation, Elmwood Park. Arrangements: Petrik Funeral Home, Bogota.
