Concetta "Esther" Gazerro

Concetta "Esther" Gazerro, 91, of Farmingdale died Sept. 10 at Bartley Health Care Nursing & Rehabilitation, Jackson. She was born and raised in Massachusetts and lived in Newark; Manhattan, N.Y.; Freehold; and Gulf Port, Fla., before moving to Farmingdale in 1993. She was the owner and operator of Esther’s Restaurant, formerly Gazerro’s, in Freehold. She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony, in 1984, and a son, Arthur, in 1977. Surviving are two daughters, Marinda DiDia of Farmingdale and Anna Carom of Ringoes; two brothers, Samuel Yezzi of Fredericktown, Penn., and Donald Yezzi of Tucker­ton; one sister, Frances Ingino of Barnegat; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass was held at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Farmingdale, followed by interment at High Land Cemetery, Ringoes. In lieu of flowers, con­tributions may be made to the Memorial & Honor Program, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

William O. Meisinger

William O. Meisinger, 84, of Middletown died Sept. 10 at Laurel Bay Nursing Home, Keansburg. Born in New York City, he resided in Middletown the past 48 years. He was a mechanical engineer for the Signal Corps, Fort Monmouth, for 40 years, retiring in 1989. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of King of Kings Lutheran Church, Middletown. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Margarete Meisinger of Middletown; his daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Jim Craig of Colts Neck; his son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Peggy Meisinger of Edison; his sister, Pauline Kent of Jeffersonville, N.Y.; and two grandchildren. Entombment was at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Memorial donations may be made to King of Kings Lutheran Church, 250 Har­mony Road, Middletown 07748.

Marian A. Dey Costa

Marian A. Dey Costa, 79, of Keansburg died Sept. 11 at Bayshore Community Hospi­tal, Holmdel. Born in Harrison, she resided in Hazlet prior to moving to Keansburg 38 years ago. She was employed at Charles of the Ritz, Holmdel, for 15 years, retiring in 1986. She served as a U.S. Navy Wave during World War II. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Costa in 1994. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Donna Costs of Manalapan; her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Anthony Martino of Keans­burg; her sister, Anita Ianneillo of Toms River; one granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at Holy Family Church, Union Beach. Entombment was at Holmdel Mausoleum.

Joseph DeLouise Jr.

Joseph DeLouise Jr., 81, of Manalapan died Sept. 13 at The Manor, Freehold Town­ship. Born in New Haven, Conn., he lived in Flushing and Whitestone, N.Y., before moving to Manalapan 28 years ago. He was a commu­nicant of St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church in Manalapan. A World War II Army veteran, he was a film booker and buyer for General Cinema Theater before retiring, and a member of the Motion Picture Bookers Club of New York City. He is survived by his wife, Ju­dith; a son, David of Manalapan; a daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth DeLouise and Brad Kollus of Monmouth Junction; two brothers, Edward and Raymond DeLouise, both of Conn.; and three sisters, Libertina Adams, Julie Diordano and Louise Leopold, all of Conn. A funeral liturgy was held at St. Thomas More Church, followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.

Felicia Wisniewski Denarski

Mrs. Denarski, 89, of East Brunswick died Dec. 16 at Franklin Convalescent Center, Franklin Park. Born in Newark, she resided in Poland and South River prior to moving to East Brunswick in 1954. She was a seamstress at Berman Manufacturing, South River, for 27 years, retiring 27 years ago. She was a communicant of and member of the Rosary Society at St. Mary of Ostrabrama Roman Catholic Church, South River. She was a member of Amalgamated Garment Workers Union, and St. Mary’s Seniors Club. She enjoyed Atlantic City, crocheting, and bingo. She was predeceased by her husband, Sigmund S. Denarski in 1994; her daughter, Patricia Ann Denarski in 1952; and her brothers, Anthony and John Wisniewski. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Eleanor and Walter Holz of North Brunswick; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Mary of Ostrabrama Roman Catholic Church, South River. Arrangements were by Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River. Burial was at St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick

Frank Stanley Pysno

Mr. Pysno, 87, of Sayreville died Dec. 17 at Old Bridge Manor Care Center, Old Bridge. Born in Sayreville, he was a lifelong resident. He was employed at the Borough of Sayreville Public Works Department for 12 years, retiring in 1982. Prior to that, he was employed at Sayre and Fisher Brick Company, Sayreville, for several years. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostka Roman Catholic Church, Sayreville. He was a member of Sayreville Veterans of Foreign Wars Memorial Post No. 4699, and Sayreville American Legion Post No. 211. He was predeceased by his wife, Louise Kalafor Pysno in 1988. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis and Ronald Voorhees of North Brunswick, and Elaine and Steven Hawkins of Tafton, Pa.; three brothers, Edward Pysno and Alfred Pysno of Sayreville, and Chester Pysno of Illinois; two sisters, Jean Pysno of Sayreville and Bernice Kuczynski of South Amboy; one granddaughter; and one great-granddaughter. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Stanislaus Kostka Roman Catholic Church, Sayreville. Arrangements were by Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville. Burial was at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Sayreville.

Joan Ellen Tietz Linke

Mrs. Linke, 72, of Silver Springs, Fla., and formerly of Spotswood, died Dec. 14 at Marion House Care Center, Ocala, Fla. Born in North Bergen, she resided in Hasbrouck Heights and Spotswood prior to moving to Silver Springs, Fla. in 1989. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Fredrick Linke of Silver Springs; her son, Fredrick H. Linke of East Brunswick; her daughter, Debra Ann O’Connell of Allentown, Pa.; her sister, Irene Jones of North Brunswick; and three grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, East Brunswick. Arrangements were by Eckman Funeral Home, Spotswood. Interment was at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick. Memorial donations may be made to Spotswood First Aid Squad, P.O. Box 231, Spotswood 08884.

Angela Pasek Radzawich

Mrs. Radzawich, 80, of East Brunswick died Dec. 17 at St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Plymouth, Pa., she resided in Edison prior to moving to East Brunswick three years ago. She was a school van driver for Edison Township Board of Education, retiring in 1988. She was a communi­cant of St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, East Brunswick. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Louis Radzawich of East Brunswick; three daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela and Lawrence Arnese of East Brunswick, Mary Lou and John Ellis of Knoxville, Tenn., and Cheryl and Anthony Krahl of North Brunswick; her brother, John Pasek of Whiting; her sister, Victoria Kenger of Englishtown; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, East Brunswick. Arrangements were by Brunswick Memorial Funeral Home, East Brunswick. Entombment was at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Memorial do­nations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 246 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst 07755.

Charles D. Boyle

Mr. Boyle, 71, of Old Bridge died Dec. 15 at home. He was born in Bayonne. He was a retired research analyst at the New Jersey Housing Mortgage and Finance Agency. He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War, and was the Army’s heavyweight boxing champion in Korea. He was a communicant of St. Ambrose Church, Old Bridge. He served with the New Jersey State Police. He enjoyed football and, when 16 years old, played semi-professional football in Hudson County. He was predeceased by a brother, Daniel Boyle. He is survived by his wife, Lucille Moran Boyle of Old Bridge; two sons, Charles Boyle and James Boyle, both Old Bridge; two daughters, Kathleen Kohlhepp of East Brunswick and Shawna Smith of South Brunswick; four brothers, Hugh Boyle of Jackson, Maurice Boyle of Marlboro, John Boyle of Rutherford, Patrick Boyle of Bayonne; his sister, Ann Marie Bonner of Bayonne; and nine grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Ambrose Church, Old Bridge. Arrangements were by Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick. Burial was at St. Ambrose Church, Old Bridge.
