CLINTON TOWNSHIP, NJ - Mae P. DiBianca, age 85 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 in the Rolling Care Center, Clinton Township, NJ.

Born in Queens, NY, May 7, 1927, daughter of the late Anthony and Maria Gallo Mainella, she had resided here since 1948.

A Homemaker, she was a longtime communicant of St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, NJ and was a volunteer for over thirty years at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Surviving are her husband of sixty-four years, Salvatore DiBianca: two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas and Diane DiBianca of Delaware Township, NJ and Joseph and Debbie DiBianca of Raritan Township, NJ; a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Joseph Prakopcyk of Raritan Township, NJ; a sister, Gloria Guerci of Bridgewater, NJ; a brother, Richard Mainella of Cape Coral, FL; seven grandchildren, Michael DiBianca, Michelle D'Amico, Allison Fasoli, Richard DiBianca, and Alexa, Amanda and Andrew Prakopcyk; and four great grandchildren.

Funeral Services and Interment were private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.

Bert W. Miller

SOUTHPORT, NC - Bert W. Miller, age 79 years, of Southport, NC, died on Friday, September 14, 2012 at his home.

Born in Newark, NJ, May 28, 1933, he was the son of the late Bert and Mildred Vandenberg Miller. He had formerly resided in Budd Lake, Mt. Olive Township, NJ.

Mr. Miller was a United States Army veteran of the Korean War, serving with the 101st Airborne in Germany.

He was a licensed real estate agent while residing in Budd Lake, and was formerly a police officer in East Orange, NJ. He later went on to operating a packaging machinery business. Upon moving to North Carolina, Mr. Miller owned Miller Builders, where he built many fine homes.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Sonja Bjorklund Miller; two daughters, Kristina Gabriel of Neptune Beach, FL, and Karin Fitzsimmons of Raritan Township, NJ; and five grandchildren: Danielle Gabriel, Andrew Miller Gabriel, Michael Meloro, Jr., Katherine Gabriel, and William Miller Gabriel.

Chapel Services and entombment in Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ, will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 at Noon under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, Gift Processing Center, PO Box 5018, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5018.

Patrick W. Serridge

ALPHA, NJ - Patrick W. Serridge, age 61 years, of Alpha, NJ, died on Thursday, August 23, 2012 in Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Born in Somerville, NJ, February 3, 1951, he was the son of the late Edward and Betty Ruiter Serridge.

He attended Hunterdon Central High School, Flemington, NJ, and served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1972.

A self-employed painter, he was a member of Flemington American Legion Post #159.

He is survived by a daughter, Keely Serridge, and a granddaughter, Makaila Serridge both of Frenchtown, NJ; a son, Tyler Serridge of Alpha, NJ; a sister, Linda Bucher of Hopewell, NJ; and a brother, Edward Serridge of Flemington, NJ.

Funeral services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.

Arthur R. Bianconi

MILFORD, NJ - Arthur R. Bianconi, age 73 years, of Milford, NJ, died on Sunday, August 26, 2012, at his residence.

Born in Manhattan, NY, April 16, 1939, he was the son of the late Raoul Fernandez and Victoria Bianconi.

He was a self employed computer engineer and had resided in Hunterdon County since 1994.

He is survived by a daughter, Erika Rachel Bianconi of Long Pond, PA.

Funeral services and interment will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.

Janet Huff Miller

WEST AMWELL TOWNSHIP, NJ - Janet Huff Miller, age 58 years, of West Amwell Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at her residence.

Born in Flemington, NJ, June 27, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Ira C. and Irene E. Mantz Huff II.

She was a homemaker and lifelong resident of Hunterdon County. She was a member of the Mt. Airy Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are her longtime companion, Robert Trevorrow; a daughter and son-in-law, Megan and Russ Black of New Hope, PA; two sons, Blake Larsen and his wife Jennifer of Metuchen, NJ, and Miles Larsen of Langhorne, PA; two granddaughters, Heather Duffy and Sylvia Black; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Ira C. and Helen Huff III of Valparaiso, IN, Peter and Dorothy Huff of Clarksville, TN, and John and Tina Huff of Pittstown, NJ; and a sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Walter Unorski of Pittstown, NJ.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Mt. Airy Presbyterian Church, 39 Mt. Airy Village Road, Mt. Airy, NJ. Interment will be private. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hunterdon Hospice, 2200 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822.

Lillian Schuyler Crouse Smith

BETHLEHEM, PA - Lillian Schuyler Crouse Smith, age 93 years, of Bethlehem, PA, died on Friday, August 31, 2012 at Moravian Village, Bethlehem, PA.

Born in Elizabeth, NJ, July 14, 1919, daughter of the late Franklin and Elizabeth Bryant Schuyler, she had resided in Bethlehem for the past seven years, having formerly lived in Lambertville, NJ, Pittstown, NJ, Middlesex, NJ and Bound Brook, NJ.

A successful realtor, for many years she owned and operated Colonial Barn Realty, as well as Lillian S. Crouse Realty, Inc., both located in Middlesex, NJ. She was a longtime member of the National Association of Realtors and the Somerset County Board of Realtors.

Her husband of thirty-eight years, George C. Smith, died in 2010. She was also pre-deceased by her former spouses, William W. Crouse, Jr. and Robert E. Scott.

Surviving are two sons, William Crouse of Sarasota, FL, New York City, NY and Bethlehem, PA and Bryant Crouse of Los Angeles, CA; three grandsons, W. Douglas Crouse, Donald S. Crouse and Geoffrey S. Crouse; and five great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will take place Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. in the Cherryville Baptist Church, 594 Cherryville Road, Cherryville, NJ (www.cherryvillebaptist.org) under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Cherryville Cemetery, Cherryville, NJ. Visiting will be Tuesday from Noon-1:00 p.m. at the Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1 Union Street, #301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691-4183.

Jennie M. Chalupa

FLEMINGTON, NJ - Jennie M. Chalupa, age 96 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, in Independence Manor, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Hoboken, NJ, December 27, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Antonia Orazem Ogrinz. She had resided in New Jersey and Florida.

She was a former dietician at the Edna Mahon Correctional Facility, Clinton, NJ.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Frank Chalupa, and by a sister, Mary Grill, and a brother, Peter Ogrinz. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Robert Clerico of Hillsborough, NJ; two sons and daughters-in-law, William and Barbara Chalupa of Malvern, PA, and James and Sheri Chalupa of Ringoes, NJ; two brothers, Gabriel Ogrinz of Port Clinton, OH, and Emil Ogrinz of Sussex, NJ; two sisters, Vicky Border of Lebanon, MO, and Martha Grill of Succasunna, NJ; four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:30 AM in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Summer Road, Three Bridges, NJ. Interment will be private. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hunterdon Hospice, 2200 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822.
