Dixon, Howard O., 61, of Jamestown, died Mar. 22, 2000 in his home.
He was born Dec. 30, 1938 in Kane, the son of Dale and Iva Brittain Dixon.
Surviving are his wife, the former Peggy Colley; two sons: John and Kevin Cunningham; four daughters: Lisa Elliott, Terri Abbott, Elizabeth Byers, and Tracey Napier; and two brothers: Melvin and William Dixon.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Carlene Dixon.
Burial was in Lake View Cemetery.

Shields, Gail, 55, of Jamestown, died Mar. 22, 2000 in her home.
She was born Dec. 22, 1944, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Rummell, Sr.
Surviving are a daughter, Renee Varecka.

Exley, Lloyd, 90, of Warren, died Mar. 21, 2000 in Warren Manor.
He was born June 18, 1909, the son of Clara Exley.
Surviving are three sons: Larry, Tim and Jim Exley; and three daughters: Eleanor Stover, Connie Sivi, and Kathleen Myers.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellen Bechtel Exley.
Burial was in Emlenton, PA.

Nasca, Josephine P., 79, of Kenmore, died Mar. 23, 2000 in Buffalo.
She was born Jan. 24, 1921, the daughter of Charles and Grace Castiglia Nicosia.
Surviving are two sisters: Connie Zanghi and Millie Flocco.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Nasca; and two brothers: Anthony and Michael Nicosia.

Graham, Harold L., 74, of Oil City, PA, died Mar. 22, 2000.
He was born Mar. 25, 1925, the son of Frank and Amanda VanDyke Graham.
Surviving are his wife, Helen Luke Graham; three sons: Edward, Richard and John L. Graham; three daughters: Dorothy Allison, Judy Graham and Jackie Graham; and four brothers: Jack, Bill, Jim and Ted Graham.
He was predceded in death by a brother, Bud Graham; and a sister, Lois Mong.

Black, Eugene H., of Jacksonville, FL., died Mar. 21, 2000.
He was born June 11, 1935 in Elizabeth, NJ.
Surviving are his wife, Carol-Ann Black; three sons: Eugene H., III, Andrew and Matthew Black; two daughters: Carol-Ann Parker, and Julianne Sullivan; and a sister, Rosemary Black Allen.

Wade, William J., 63, of Jamestown, died Mar. 22, 2000.
He was born Mar. 3, 1937, the son of Riley and Clara Wade.
Surviving are three daughterrs: Evelyn Shaw, Elaine Basham, and Helen Brown; a son, Mitchell Wade; and a sister, Myrtle Wren.
He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Burial was in Lake View Cemetery.

Stanley, Rev. David C., 75, of Randolph, died Mar. 22, 2000 in Erie.
He was born Nov. 8, 1924, the son of Albert A. and Beatrice Thompson Stanley.
Surviving are his wife, Audrey R. Eveleigh Stanley; three sons: Thomas D., Theodore W., and Timothy P. Stanley; a brother, Richard W. Stanley; and a sister, Beatrice Fontini.
He was preceded in death by three brothers: Lester M., Alfred Gale and Arthur Stanley; and a sister, Harriet Daunt.
Burial was in East Randolph Cemetery.

Hastings, Kenneth Wayne, 75, of Russell, died Mar. 22, 2000 in Kinzua Valley.
He was born June 18, 1924, the son of Alvin and Ellen Hastings.
Surviving is a sister, Lela Anderson.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Leland Hastings; and two sisters: Herma Miller and Gloria Byerly.
Burial was in Morrison, CO.

Loomis, Lorraine R., 88, of Otto, died Mar. 23, 2000.
She was born Oct. 10, 1911 in Utica, daughter of Wilmer J. and Florence Broadley Rickard.
Surviving are three daughters: Catherine A. Adams, Deborah Buyck and Linda L. Wolfe.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson J. Loomis; and a sister, Catherine Sanger.
Burial was in East Hill Cemetery, Otto.

Morton, William L., 62, of Jamestown, died Mar. 24, 2000 in his home.
He was born July 12, 1937 in Salamanca, a son of the late LaVerne C. and Tersa V. Ostrander Morton.
Surviving are his wife, Judith M. Olsen Morton; four sons: Michael, Timothy, W. Scott, and Patrick Morton; and two brothers: Ronald and Thomas Morton.

Bernard, Esther, 89, of Cassadaga, died Mar. 22, 2000.
She was born Nov. 19, 1910, in Fredonia, the daughter of Harry O. and Mabel Walden Blodgett.
Surviving are four daughters: Beverly West Collins, Jacqueline West Paddock, Mary Bernard Holton, and Karole Bernard Lawson; and a sister, Marjorie Valentine.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Gerald West; her second husband, Emil Bernard; three sisters: Ruth McClenathan, Martha Baye, and Ethel Porter; and three brothers: Arthur, Clifford, and Rolland Blodgett.
Burial was in Cassadaga Cemetery.

Larson, Irene Richards, 89, of Grove City, PA, died Mar. 22, 2000.
She was born Nov. 13, 1920 in Mayburg, PA, the daughter of Dr. Frank and Patience McCrea Richards.
Surviving is a son, Mark Larson.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leslie E. Larson; and two sisters: Helen Ege and Joyce Stratton.

Farkas, John, of Langford, died March 31, 2000.
He was the son of the late Matthew and Julia Farkas; brother of Margaret Weber, Ervin Farkas and Irene Agos.
Schiffner, Ben D., 49, of Collins, died March 29, 2000.
He was the husband of Susan (Bowman) Schiffner and the late Karen Schiffner; father of Brandi Schiffner; and brother of Ann Snyder.

Dispenza, Jeffrey L., 44, of Victor, died March 27, 2000 in Rochester, NY.
He was the husband of Patricia (Zollweg) Dispenza; father of Claire Lynne and Andrea Elise Dispenza; son of Beverly Dispenza Gurney and the late James Dispenza; brother of Vanessa Young, and Jody, Jed, and Jamie Dispenza.
