McMillan, Harold B., 84, of Cherry Hill, NY, died Dec. 14, 1999.
He was born Mar. 31, 1915 in town of Cherry Creek, the son of the late William S. and Gertrude Link McMillan.
Surviving is a sister, Pauline Chapman.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul W. McMillan, in 1969.
Burial was in the Cherry Creek Central Cemetery in the Village of Cherry Creek.

Clark, Ida Harvey, 90, of Traverse City, MI. She was born Nov. 9, 1909 in East Ottto, NY.
Surviving are two sons: Dale H. Clark and Bruce H. Clark; and a daughter, Shirley K. Brant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, R. Stanley Clark, whom she married on Aug. 20, 1929, and who died in 1992; and by three sisters: Edna Harvey, Vera VanDenburgh, and Hazel Spires. Interment was in the East Otto, NY Cemetery.

Edgar, William R., 49, of Salamanca, died Dec. 13, 1999.
He was born May 4, 1950 in Jamestown, NY, the son of James W. and Cinderella Muriera Edgar.
Surviving are his parents; a son, James R. Edgar; a daughter, Jessica Edgar; and a brother, James G. Edgar.
Burial was in the South Napoli United Methodist Cemetery.

Mohr, Cherrie, 69, of Salamanca, died Dec. 13, 1999.
She was born Nov. 10, 1930 in Hamburg, NY, the daughter of the late Charles and Esther Curtiss Tebo.
Surviving are four daughters: Deborah Chudy, Dolores Whitcomb, Bonnie Fluent, and Thelma Ames; four sons: Michael, Lee, Jess, and Thomas Mohr; one brother: Charles Tebo; and two
sisters: Shirley Heath and Thelma Pascarella.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leland "John" Mohr, whom she married May 8, 1954, and who died Aug. 2, 1971.

Marsh, Janette M., 33, of Randolph, died Dec. 15, 1999. She was born April 26, 1966 in Gainesville, FL, the daughter of Donald and Helen Fisher Marsh.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Nichole C. Shugars; three sisters: Helen Parker, Debbie Booth, and Victoria Walters; five brothers, Richard, Louis and Ricky
Kasharney; and Wolfgang and Karl Marsh.
She was predeceased by her father, Donald Marsh.
Burial was in the Sample Hill Cemetery.

Towers, Roger P., 70, of Randolph, died Dec. 15, 1999.
He was born Oct. 26, 1929 in Vonewango, the son of Gordon B. and Effie Parker Towers.
Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Shirley Engquist Towers; two sons: Ronald G. and Kenneth R.; three daughters: Jill M. Towers, Wendy Mazzola, and Sharon L. Anderson; one brother: Arnold Towers;
and three sisters: Louise Hale, Doris Brandt, and Bonnita Guth.
He was predeceased by a sister, Jean Towers.
Burial was in the Randolph Cemetery.

Miller, Mary N., an infant, from Conewango, NY, died Wednesday, Dec 15, 1999 in her home.
She was born March 18, 1999, the daughter of Noah E. and Elizabeth M. Shetler Miller.
Besides her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Emmanuel and Levi Miller, and two sisters, Elle and Emma Miller.
Interment in East Amish Cemetery, Conewango, NY.

Pierce, Richard, 51, of Napoli, died Dec. 16, 1999 in LePorte, IN.
Surviving are his wife, Debra Brown Pierce, whom he married March 7, 1987; four daughters: Rachael Pericak, Kimberly Wilson, Brandy Pierce, and Brooke Pierce; two brothers: Russell Patrick and Howard Pierce; and a sister: Birdie Bishop.
Burial was in the Aloysius Roman Catholic Cemetery in Springville, NY.

Wachter, Frances A., of Lakewood, died Dec. 18, 1999.
Entombment was in the Mausoleum at Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Raecher, Richard, 42, of Great Valley, died Dec. 21, 1999 in Olean.
He was born Dec. 31, 1956 in Salamanca, the son of Henry and Gertrude Raecher.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his companion, Beck Schultz; a son, Logan Raecher; a brother, Jack Raecher; a sister, Vicky Brennan, and a grandmother, Wanda Reed.
Burial was in the Green Cemetery, Great Valley, NY.

Donaldson, Yvonne M., 55, of East Randolph, died Dec. 22, 1999 at home.
She was born Sept. 12, 1944, in Ballston Spa, NY, the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Older Clements.
Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Royal J. Donaldson, whom she married Apr. 7, 1962; two sons: Royal J. Donaldson III, and Jeffrey A. Donaldson; two daughters: Cathy L Peck and Angela L. Lockwood; two sisters: Marilynn Clements and Roberta Klementowski; and a brother, Russell Clements.

Gilson, Joseph K., 70, formerly of Jamestown and Erie, died Dec. 9, 1999 in his home in San Diego, CA.
He was born Oct. 14, 1929 in Bradford, PA., the son of the late Leslie and Sadie Nelson Gilson. Surviving are his daughter: Marilyn Gilson; two brothers: John L. and Thomas Gilson; and a sister, Dorothy G. Gilson.
He was preceded in death by a son, Pvt. Douglas Bradley Gilson.
Burial was in Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Palmer, Willard Earl, 93, of Randolph, died Dec. 22, 1999.
He was born June 23, 1906 in Sherburne, NY, the son of Smith Herbert and Florence Bell Hodges Palmer.
Surviving are five sons: David S., John W., Peter S., James J., and Stephen E.; and two daughters: Susan Ashdown and Patricia Staerr.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife of 56 years, Rhea Ivalo Brown Palmer whom he married Mar. 6, 1942 and who died Dec. 19, 1998; two brothers, Alton and Sidney Palmer; and a sister, Elizabeth Quilken.
Burial was in the East Randolph Cemetery.

Tennies, The Rev. Deforest U., Sr., of East Randolph, died Dec. 23, 1999.
He was born Dec. 17, 1901 in Napoli, the son of Cornelius and Amelia Snyder Tennies. Surviving are five sons: Glenn C., the Rev. Lloyd D., John S., Newton C., and the Rev. DeForest U., Jr.; two daughters, Mary A. Yankovich and Ella Broscious.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Ella Amanda Waggoner, whom he married June 30, 1925, and who died Nov. 7, 1968; and by his second wife, Florence M. Peterson; a daughter, Nellie R. Coffy Bennink; a son, Philip K. Tennies; five brothers; and two sisters.

Gilson, Joseph K., 70, of San Diego, CA, died Dec. 9, 1999 in his home.
He was born Oct. 14, 1929 in Bradford, the son of the late Leslie and Sadie Nelson Gilson.
Surviving are his daughter, Marilyn Gilson; two brothers, John L. and Thomas Gilson; and a sister, Dorothy G. Carlson.
He was preceded in death by a son, Pvt. Douglas Bradley Gilson in 1976.

Simcick, Jarod Scott, 18, of Little Valley, NY, died Dec. 26, 1999.
He was born Oct. 6, 1981 in Springville, NY, the son of Robert T. and Joni Bixby Simcick.
Surviving with his parents are his grandparents, Howard and Eleanor Jean Bixby of Ellicottville and Robert A. and Judith Simcick of Little Valley, NY.
Interment in Little Valley Rural Cemetery in Little Valley, NY.

Winship, Robert, Sr. 78, of Salamanca, NY, died Dec 26, 1999.
He was born March 3, 1921, son of the late Mark and Marie Ellis Winship.
Survived by wife, the former Lucille Wilson whom he married Sept. 9, 1945; sons Bobbie, George Robert and Perry Winship; daughters: Carol Winship, Linda Tinsley, and Marilyn Brown.
Interment in Little Valley Rural Cemetery, Little Valley, NY.
