(Mary Ann), and David (Lisa) Chiavetta; sister of the late Pauline Mango, Peter, John, and Mary Antonuccio; also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Fogarty (Michael Nowak); grandmother of Jeffrey and Matthew; daughter of the late Levi B. and Emily (Cunningham) Ellis; sister of Eileen (Don) Palmatier and the late George (Virginia), Richard (Dorothy) Ellis, Leonette (Jack) Gorton; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Fogarty was a member of the American Legion A.J.
