Survived by: Mother of Sally Marinelli and Joseph (Joanne) Favata of Florida. Grandmother of Sam Favata, Tammy Ann Coriddi, David (Patricia) Marinelli and Brian Marinelli. Great-grandmother of Anthony and Dana Coriddi. Sister of Anna (Jack) Lessord of AZ. and Rosemary (Howard) Shaffer of AZ. Sister-in-law of Mary Jo, Ursula and Grace Favata. Several Nieces & Nephews.
Born at: Rochester, NY
History: Frances worked at Delco on the Assembly line.
Donations: In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to St. Mary`s Hospice, 89 Genesee St., Rochester, NY 14611 in Frances`s memory.
Services: BARTOLOMEO & PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc., 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 & Long Pond RD.) where Frances`s visitation will be SUNDAY 2-6. Prayers from the Funeral Home Monday 10:15 followed by her Funeral Mass to be celebrated 11 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church (Ridge Rd. W.) Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Carol A. (Obschernings) Barany
July 19, 1945 - September 24, 2001
Pre-deceased by: Predeceased by her husband, William S. Barany; father William Obschernings; brother Andrew Obschernings.
Survived by: Survived by her daughters, Alicia (Greg) Perrigo, Carrie (Fiance Mike Neary) Barany; grandchildren, William James Perrigo, Emma Shea Neary; mother Anne Obschernings; sister Anita Keating; brother, William (Linda) Obschernings; several Nieces and Nephews.
Born at: New Jersey
History: Carol was employed by McCurdy's where she worked as a Human Resource Manager.
Accomplishments: Carol was a very devoted Grandmother. She enjoyed shopping especially at the dollar store. All of the rooms in Carol's home were very well lit. Her children stated "it was not uncommon for there to be 6 or 7 lights in a room." She enjoyed the cheerfulness the light brought to her home.
Services: BARTOLOMEO & PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc., 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 & Long Pond Rd.). Carol's visitation will be Wednesday 7-9 ONLY. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 9:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church (Ridge Rd. West). Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Lavern R. "Chief" Hoyt

Survived by: Lavern is survived by his wife Joan Partridge Hoyt; children, Judy (Larry) Quigley, Bruce (Joan) Hoyt, Brian (Trudy) Hoyt, Janet (John) Schwittek, Thomas (Janet) Hoyt; step-children, Peter Bayes, Paula Bozinovich, Julie friduss, Mark Bozinovich; 17 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brother, Norm Hoyt; sisters, Eleanor Mertz, Virginia Brown.

History: Lavern retired as a supervisor from Eastman Kodak.
Accomplishments: Lavern was a recipient of a Purple Heart. He served in WWII from 1944-1947, as a corporal in the US Marine Corps. He was a member the VFW Post 8495, American Legion Post 893. He fought at Iwo Jima.
Services: NO PRIOR VISITIATION. Family and Friends are all invited to attend Lavern's Memorial Service on Friday September 28, 2001 at 11 AM at Bartolomeo & Perotto Funeral Home 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte. 390 & Long Pond Rd.)Interment in Mendon Cemetery.

History: Mary was a retired Postal Worker and a member of the Gates Seniors.

Services: Mary's Memorial Service will be held 10 AM on Saturday at the funeral home.

History: John was a WWII Veteran in the Pacific Campaign. He worked in Rochester at various bakeries as a baker.
Accomplishments: John loved his family especially his grandchildren. He was giving, reliable, loving, good hearted, hard working & had a good sense of humor. John enjoyed eating, staying at home, collecting stuffed animals, collecting coins & cigars.
