PETERS, MARJORIE FLORENCE
On January 28, 2009 we lost our beloved Marjorie Peters of natural causes. Marjorie was born in NYC on March 2, 1919 to George A. Erikson and Kate Patton Erikson and was the devoted sister of George A. Erikson, previously deceased. On March 12, 1938 she married loving husband Edward E. Peters, previously deceased, in Rockland County, where they truly lived happily ever after. They raised two children, surviving them, daughter M. Arlene Romano and son Edward G. Peters. While Marjorie's children will miss her dearly, they remain comforted by Marjorie's son-in-law Joe Romano, grandchildren Eddie Jr., Erik Peters & Denise Sabo, and nephews George W. Erikson & Robert W. Erikson who also hold very precious memories of Marjorie to share. Marjorie lived to see her two great-granddaughters, Julia Sabo (10 years old) & Makenna Peters (just six months old). Many others in Rockland share fond memories of Marjorie's community involvement, including the Hillcrest Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and Kearsing Edwards American Legion. Her unwavering pride and dedication to her family and friends will never be forgotten.
