ARGETSINGER - REYES-GAVILAN

The marriage of Miss Elizabeth Rose Argetsinger, daughter of the Honorable and Mrs. James Cameron Argetsinger II, of Montour Falls, NY, to Mr. Richard Reyes-Gavilan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rodolfo Reyes-Gavilan, of Hollywood, FL, took place October 23, 2004 at St. Mary's of the Lake Catholic Church in Watkins Glen, NY. Deacon Daniel Hurley officiated. The Bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cameron Reynolds Argetsinger of Burdett, NY and the late Mr. Arsene Rousseau and the late Mrs. Winifred Roberts Rousseau. Amy Victoria Argetsinger of Washington, D.C. was her sister's Maid of Honor. Susan Hobson of New York City was a bridesmaid. William Stingone of New York served as Groom's Best Man. Ushers were R. Tripp Evans of Providence, RI and Joseph Flessa of Oakland, CA. Readers were Jillian Cepeda and Ana Cepeda, both cousins of the Groom; Wendy Gutierrez, a friend of the Bride; Jean Rapp, a cousin of the Bride; and Cameron Argetsinger II, the Bride's brother. A reception followed at the Fontainebleau Inn. The Bride is a graduate of the University of Virginia and received a Master's degree in Architecture from Yale University. She is with the New York architecture firm of Turino Kalberer. The Groom is a graduate of SUNY Albany and received a Masters in Library Science from the University of Texas at Austin. He is the Director of the Humanities Department of the New York Public Library. After a wedding trip to Portugal, the couple resides in Brooklyn, NY.
